Flight was delayed multiple times, and at some point the aircraft changed. My seat was reassigned as a result, but my mobile app boarding pass didn’t reflect the change. I didn’t learn of the reassignment until I was already on board, and new seats were much worse. To pile on, my new seat was broken, which made for a frustrating 9 hour flight.

My seat next to the emergency exit could not be reclined. The meal was just fruit and sandwiches. I appreciated the fresh fruit but the sandwiches were mediocre.
I do not understand why you don’t offer Wi-Fi at a rwasonable cost
It did not allow me to check in and left seats in advance or get a boarding pass. When specifically asked agent at gate for the row that had extra leg room, as my so. Is 6’4” she gives us a row where the seats do not even incline nor is there any extra room. Also the temp in Avon was high, making many passengers sweat Improve customer service !

My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Almost lost my connection between Frankfurt-Houston because German police decided to check passports as passengers were coming off the plane. From Paris-Frankfurt flight. Then check for a second time before going into terminal (getting off the bus) and finally a third time for regular immigration.
An hour and a half late, which forced me to miss my connection to next flight.
The food was good No choices at all The seat, the table and surrrounding were not clean Very disappointing for Lufthansa airlines!!
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Miinukset: "Where to begin? During the booking process, there was no indication my travel partner and I would be flying Air Canada, and not Lufthansa. We were seated in the last row of the plane with painfully little legroom — even for two women of relatively small stature. The plane was not equipped with modern conveniences of operational wifi, music, or any other means of entertainment over the ten-hour flight. We were nearly an hour late to depart, but were unable to hear anything over the speakers regarding the cause for the delay, nor could we hear any of the flight attendants' safety instructions. What we could hear, however, was the surprisingly loud and nearly constant DINNNGGGG of the passengers' call buttons as they summoned the flight attendants. Because the flight was an overnighter, we attempted to sleep, but it was nearly impossible to do so due to the noise. I had earplugs in and could still hear the chimes, which were positioned right above our seats and made for an unpleasant experience and cranky travelers. The food was subpar as expected, but it would've been nice to be surprised with something resembling a fresh piece of fruit or vegetable. The flight crew was polite and one of the attendants took pity on us and offered a complimentary shot of whiskey, which partially alleviated the discomfort of the experience. That man is a saint and we surely hope he is better taken care of by this airline than we were. Overall a miserable experience. Will definitely rethink flying both Lufthansa and Air Canada in the future."

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

Miinukset: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
Plussat: "Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule."

Miinukset: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."
Plussat: "Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards"
Miinukset: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

Miinukset: "Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation."
Plussat: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Miinukset: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."
Plussat: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Miinukset: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"
Miinukset: "I leave my jacket in the hanger when I get off the airplane I realized that they didn’t gave it to me. I inmeadiatly tey to go back but I couldn’t I went to the counter and they said that there was noting on the plane !"
Plussat: "The flight had a delayed of 2 hours due a system issue, but the flight was comfortable, and the airplane was clean."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the check in, the personnel there were not so friendly and had discrepancies. We were a group of 6, and 2 of us were able to drop the bag in the check in. But the others were told that needed to wait 30 mins."

Miinukset: "There should be more layover time as I almost missed my flight and My luggage was delayed!!"
Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Miinukset: "Too much of hassle checking in as the airlines partners with a couple of other airlines like Jet Airways, WestJet & Aircanada. The food was just okay and the cabin crew refused to serve extra butter. When you are serving extra bread, make sure you serve the butter as well. How could someone eat bread by itself?"
Plussat: "The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good."
Miinukset: "However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight."

Plussat: "Was upgraded to Business class, so the food was acceptable. Comfort score also reflects the Business class seat. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient."
Miinukset: "One bag did not arrive in Toronto, apparently delayed in Paris."

Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour

There is no food or alcohol allowed to be served on the flight.
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane

Plussat: "The Captain was well spoken and informative. The entire crew really seemed to care. They were so efficient. All of this happened in white-out conditions, on the Sunday after Thanksgiving—the busiest travel day in history! They were AWESOME. And the gate agents took advantage of 3 people who didn’t show to let my family sit together, which I really appreciated."
Miinukset: "The flight was great. I just want American Airlines to stop donating any money at all to those horrible, treasonous Republicans!"
Miinukset: "Things are getting smaller, we're paying more for less and less; it's all reducing except the cost. Generally flying is no longer 'special' it's kind of routine, like cattle herding--and the customer is the cattle."
Plussat: "A bit more legroom than united airlines. Tvs were a plus. The service was excellent and they give you a full can of soda instead of just a dram."

Afterwards after landing the plan had to wait another 15 minutes waiting for the gate. American Airlines atributed the issue to weather conditions in Vancouver, false."

Waited 20 min only to hear a bunch of lies about how they asked the flight attendant to look but she couldn’t find it - should have just walked back on plane to do it myself. Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

Miinukset: "The food was terrible, it’s getting worse every year. It’s worse than hospital food. One extra luggage was 80,00 Euros which I find expressly pricy when usually it doesn’t cost more than $50.00 US dollars"

Miinukset: "They didn’t load enough “for purchase” food. This was a six hour flight! They has no options left excepthummus and chips. This is second flight on American this year where they don’t supply the plane appropriately."

Miinukset: "I booked a LATAM flight for a 10.5 hour flight specifically because they have better in flight entertainment. I arrived at the airport and found it it was operated by AA. 10.5 hours with zero in flight entertainment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

We sat on the runway an hour because we were overweight and had to burn off fuel (which lead to me almost missing my connecting flight. they didn't ask before having someone sit next to me (when the seat was suppose to be free). was woken for every reason except food. check in was a nightmare and I was selected for extra checks (so I couldn't check in online). Terrible. Will never fly American Airlines again!"
