On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.
The flight was too short to have food and entertainment. Otherwise excellent.
I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.
I was not able to take the return trip back to Boston as scheduled. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Very disappointed with the level of Lufthansa service.
Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

Be clear on Carry on and personal luggage!
Passport control at Kastrup was unacceptable. The booths were not staffed for 45 minutes creating quite a backlog. Not an SAS issue, I know but it colored my overall experience
Food was not tasty. One glass of wine should be free
Accommodating crew: forgot to order vegetarian food and they were able to find something. Paid US$60 extra for preferred room and it really was more room! Also bid on first class upgrade and got it in one direction!
SAS seems to like setting up flights that aren't ready to take off and then causing passengers to have to go through multiple transfers to get to their destination. The transfers also don't include the upgrades you paid for previously if their with a different airline. It is better to pay the extra hundred or so dollars to fly with an actual proper airline like Air France. Expect surprises if going with SAS.
You have to pay for water. FOR WATER.
Everyone boarded and then we sat for well over an hour with occasional updates from crew that the airport was slow loading luggage. It's hard to believe the airline or airport are serious about COVID prevention when they deliberately leave customers in crowded conditions. First international flight I've had where passengers were charged for beer, wine, and even water.

The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family."

I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

Boarding the plane in Stockholm was one of the most unorganized setups I've ever witnessed. Something so simple was made so complicated. Second, their seat recliners go so far back that you barely have space in front of you and can barely see your tv screen. On my previous flight I was in a row where there was no one in front of us so I didn't get to experience the recliner situation. Passengers on the plane were getting into fights. So bad."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
I really enjoyed this flight despite the fact I couldn’t sleep. The food was tasty, and the staff very helpful. The entertainment was good enough to keep me from being bored.
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Staff was very rude at verona airport
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Food was my least favorite but everything else was good

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Lähtöselvitys hidas vimeisimmillä tuli kiire lähtöportille
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
Check in extremely slow. Only one hour after regular check in was open, somebody came and opened the priority check in desk . The seats on this line Tel Aviv-warsaw -tel aviv are not reclinable at all . That’s weird and uncomfortable. The crew was nice .
When I arrived at the airport they left me to stand by. Did I ask why? They informed me that the fly was oversold. Finally, when they finished the boarding process, they confirmed, that they gave me the boarding to go to Milan. I arrived at the airport two hours in advance and the flight was delayed.
Great airline feels a lot more expensive than other budget airlines. No complaints whatsoever
Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).
Plussat: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."

Plussat: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Miinukset: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Plussat: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Miinukset: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Miinukset: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"

Plussat: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Miinukset: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
Plussat: "Flight was delayed. I missed my train home to Ipswich. Long journey home ver late at night"

Plussat: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Miinukset: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."
Plussat: "Comfortable seats. I chose premium price so no issues at check-in. Staff was fantastic! This was my first WIZZ Air flight. It will not be my last!"
Miinukset: "Boarding did not provide order as everyone crowded to the front. Needs better lines."
Miinukset: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Miinukset: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."
Miinukset: "Was delayed on tarmac due to security error, not their error, but they seemed unwilling to at least give people complimentary water or coffee. Cheap airline they are!"
Miinukset: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."

Miinukset: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Plussat: "the flight to and from liverpool was for me flawless easy quick boarding punctual and good plane and journey ....others complain about the baggage charges but if you read the policy and take heed of the rules then you won’t go wrong"

Miinukset: "Because we booked through Kayak/lastminute it was impossible to add luggage - so cost of one suitcase was same as cost of flight!!!!"
Miinukset: "The bag policy with the airline makes the cheap flight not worth it. Only one carry on allowed and each checked bag is $50"
Plussat: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Plussat: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."
