I had no other option except cancel the trip which was not an option and so I paid. There should be some fairness! Rampur"

Miinukset: "We seen other flights go out to the same destination before ours even though everyone should be delayed by the weather. Even flight taking off an hour after our scheduled flight got there a few hours earlier."
Plussat: "Boarding was easy. The flight was smooth. It was a short flight (1.5 hours) so there was no food, but coffee, tea, water and juice was served."

Miinukset: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."

Miinukset: "Terrible planning with too few ticket counters that created a huge line and massive delays First European airline that I have travelled that offered no food"
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."
Plussat: "Nice aircraft (A321) and informative ground staff."
Miinukset: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest."

Miinukset: "My seat could/would not recline, passenger in front of me had his seat in recline for most of flight. it was a long uncomfortable flight."
Miinukset: "No food or even water"
Plussat: "Boarding was quick and easy. Decent amount of overhead space. The pilot was friendly. USB ports for charging phones at the seat. Free bottle of water at your seat."
Miinukset: "No overhead fan. When flight got really hot, no way to moderate temperature. No choice of food at all, unless you are in economy plus. I don't remember the last time that a trans-Atlantic flight had at least a meant, or fish, or vegetarian dish. Usually, at least two or three dishes. On SAS, everything has to be ordered ahead of time. Some of the flight attendants were friendly, some not so friendly. No free alcoholic drinks even with dinner. Limited regular drinks - they are only served with food, aside from that you have to purchase even the non-alcoholic drinks. The food just wasn't very good, even compared to other airline food. Compared to other companies, relatively small selection of entertainment. I had considerably more choice on a domestic flight than on a 9 hr. international SAS flight. Storage pockets at the seat are pretty small."
Miinukset: "Old screens and poor movies selection, tight leg space, not really offered much to drink."
Plussat: "One crew member was particularly nice and personable."
Miinukset: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."
Plussat: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were pleasant. We received pillows and blankets and a bottle of water upon boarding. Dinner and a snack was served. The seats are comfortable."
Miinukset: "The snack was some kind of pickled vegetable strudel. I wish I could have had a choice of something else. I didn't like that for the whole we were only offered one complementary soft drink."
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled due to a bomb alert. No food or hotel compensation. Stuck in Copenhagen for a day and night."
Plussat: "The gate agent at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire ground crew did a good job. The crew was friendly and attentive. The plane was clean. The entertainment options were more than adequate. Bathrooms were well kept."
Miinukset: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."
Plussat: "Quite a contrast between international and domestic flights. SAS had a blanket, pillow, water bottle, and earbuds on each seat. We were served TWO meals including a full dinner. Flight crew was very polite and responsive."

Plussat: "I was running late for the flight due to bad traffic en route to the airport. Nonetheless, the staff was very understanding, and called me to the gate once I finally arrived to assign me a seat since I wasn't given one when I checked in online. They upgraded me without my asking... to an economy plus exit row, so I had lots of room during the 8 hour flight to Copenhagen. The plane was new - an Airbus A330 - and the flight crew was friendly and helpful."
Miinukset: "Cheap airline, entertainment system failure, paying for soft drinks?????? Food was an absolute disaster on one flight and no food service at all on the second flight. Abysmal service on both legs. Call for further details."
Plussat: "Plane was clean, flight staff was friendly."

Miinukset: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."
Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Miinukset: "I didn't like that we waited an hour to take off I had to run through the terminal in Chicago to catch my flight to Dallas. I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

Miinukset: "The crew was completely rude. They banged my knee with the food cart and didn't even apologize. The seats are so tight and the people in front of me had their seat in the reclining position the entire flight."

This was not a Lufthansa flight, but the rude attendant insisted on enforcing Lufthansa rules on an SAS flight and refused to even allow me to voice an objection. I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."

The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."
Plussat: "I tried to check in a 30 lbs suitcase. There was no gate and they asked me to carry the check in plus my carry on down the steps to the airplane on the field. I had to refuse and then one of them carried the checkin down the steps."

Miinukset: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Miinukset: "The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it."

We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Miinukset: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Miinukset: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."
Plussat: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Miinukset: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."
Plussat: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Miinukset: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."
Plussat: "Flight was on time which was surprising given a late snow storm in Tallinn."
Miinukset: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Miinukset: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."

Miinukset: "Checked in luggage is only 20kg, there's no entertainment in flight."
Miinukset: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Plussat: "Staff was friendly and helpful- finding the proper terminal was fairly easy even without assistance got the tickets for a great price ( need to use an actual credit card as your bank card WILL NOT work for booking although the bank card will work in the shops with in the airport which made life nice as I was able to get a coffee shortly after exiting the plane"
Miinukset: "My only complaints are beyond the position and abilities of the air line or staff - although a few of the flight attendants seemed a bit tired"

Miinukset: "Baggage policy is ridiculous. Seems random who pays and who doesn’t but they clearly target Americans. How can you fly a long haul flight and not provide water without paying????"

Plussat: "Pilot was good, Dreamliner comfy and the flight was smooth despite some bad weather. But the flight attendants on this airline are terrible. A flight attendant dropped something in a passenger's lap not once, but twice. Seemed annoyed when I asked the for things. Horrible you charge for water, also"

Plussat: "The flight was punctual and there were no issues taking off or landing."
Miinukset: "Some crew members refused to speak or try to understand French; others did not speak English. This was very confusing for me and I had to interpret for my neighboring passengers. This should not happen on a Paris - Los Angeles flight. In flight movie selection was poor."

Miinukset: "Everything. The service overall is terrible. Experience was nothing to write home about. The attitude of the cabin crew / flight attendants have to be one of the worst in the industry. You get what you pay for."
Miinukset: "When you pay over 500 per ticket and don’t even get a glass of soda water or a bag of pretzels, I find it disgraceful. I will never fly Norwegian again and I will urge my friends and family notnto."

Miinukset: "20 hours of flying and there was a very limited selection of movies to watch, but all passengers are required to watch a very bright video of one of your planes flying through the sky for the last 20 minutes of the flight. Please include some snacks and water during international flights."
Plussat: "Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that."
Miinukset: "Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather."

Miinukset: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Plussat: "The dimming windows, the screen in the headset with movies and games, and the direct flight."
Miinukset: "Small area in which to try to sleep, which is to be expected. Not smaller than other airlines."

Miinukset: "I PAID for food and never got my food. I booked my ticket in February and sat at the end of the plane near the bathroom and those were not the tickets I selected. My wife wanted water and a blanket and they charged us for both and never gave her either one. The worst flight ever. I will now reconsider using this airline"

Miinukset: "Wish I knew I’m advance the importance of choosing a non-middle seat. The middle seat for 9+ hours was pretty miserable."

Miinukset: "In first class: Seats were as hard as wooden benchs and seating area was minimal. Food did not meet the quality of fast food. Sound system was staticky and basically unusable. In economy: The seating area is sufficient for small children only. Nothing is provided for passenger comfort, not even water."

Miinukset: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Miinukset: "My flight to Rome was cancelled due to the snowstorm and after being redirected to Milan and then Budapest and then Paris, I knew I would never get on the Rome leg of my trip. I would have liked some weather update or communication about the trip as I just kept tracking it online. Sadly missed the flight and lost the money but I know Norwegian doesn’t control the weather"
Plussat: "The price was great but did not realize I needed to pay extra for luggage (a small suitcase) and there was no service for drink or food unless you pre ordered a meal. So good to know! Check in leaving JFK was pretty long and not so smooth but all went well! Intertainment was fine and seats comfortable!"

Miinukset: "due to the congestion at jfk although the lane was there, we could not find a gate to board from. we were supposed to board at 930pm, didn't end up boarding until 330am...this would have been fine but when we arrived in stockholm they indicated the bags did not come along with the flight and provided no updates on timeline for their arrival. i am here for important meetings on monday and tuesday and need the suits packed in my luggage..unacceptable all the way around.."

Miinukset: "The seats in economy are extremely close together and difficult for a long overnight flight. Beverages are not offered but they will bring a cup of water if you request it. Check in was a disasters and took a very long time with 3 different check points and a lot of angry customers."

Plussat: "I felt this Airlines was very accommodating, efficient and easy to travel with. The flight crew that we had both coming and goin were very good. AND of course, it felt like getting to Europe was finally manageable in the time needed to get there. Now west coast travelers can almost go as easily as our east coast counterparts!! Please Norwegian... bring us more!"
Miinukset: "Being a true foodie, and having opted to fly Premium Class, perhaps it would have been better to get our food NOT served as a boxed meal."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 2 hours. Passengers were all on board, plane had power outage and no AC for over an hour. It was a nightmare! you have to preorder meals PRIOR to day of flight...if not, you don't get a meal during the flight (but you can overpay for snacks)."

Miinukset: "We arrived 15 minutes late because our previous flight was delayed so they wouldn't let us on the plane. They said we lost our ticket and the next flight is next week. Now Wer on the way to cologne Germany to travel to Orlando tomorrow. We had to pay a 1000 more Euros. We don't have money and we might get fired from our job. Wer very upset and we need to speak to management. Non of this was our fault."
Plussat: "Overhead bins for luggage are large and easy to access. Staff was mostly helpful. TV in headrest."
Miinukset: "Small seats. Low on board luggage weight limits. Flight was delayed and boarding took a LONG time- not organized properly. Poor movie & TV show selection for an 8 hour international flight."

They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"
Plussat: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Miinukset: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."
