Rude staff! It wasnt a problem that our flight was overbooked, but that your staff was so unproffessional and inpolite! I havent seen such a behavior anywhere! We Are family of 4, 2 kids, had seat reservations, and was turned off for the flight! Waited for 5 hours on the airport, was forced to buy visa even though we didn’t want to enter Turkey! We were offered airport hotel and got hotel 1,5 hours from the airport!! Horrible experience!!!

I enjoyed my flight experience with the crew, food and entertainment. Unfortunately I sat beside an obnoxious passenger and should have asked to be moved.

At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."

The boarding at the Vienna airport was an absolute chaos; no rhyme or reason, no order just everyone shoving; I thought I was in some 3rd world country where the concept of organization and order has not reached 21st century. The web site is one of the worst, not intuitive or clear at all; it took me forever to book a seat and having to pay for it, another slap in the face. I traveled with Austrian air many times but this was just so frustrating and disappointing.

Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

When I boarded the overhead luggage was full could not find space to secure my bags. The flight attendant was very rude did not assist me and made me wait. Other people traveling without luggage pushed me to pass by. I was told not very nice things. The flight was overbooked and overall horible experience."

One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

Miinukset: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Plussat: "Our seats 35 A & C were comfortable as they were to the back of the plane where it narrows to two seats per side row. Seemed like extra leg room. Crew was very friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful. Good movie choices. Bathroom was clean and nearby. Plane seemed newer Boeing model. The City Airport Transport (CAT) train from the Vienna airport to city center was fantastic. We were able to check our luggage and get boarding passes where we boarded the CAT at the metro station and did not have to wait in line at the airport...wonderful system!"
Miinukset: "At the gate there was a line formed for a second passport check but it was not clear to passengers that they needed to go through this line. A significant number of us had SSSS on our boarding passes which required us to go through a second, more thorough, TSA security procedure. We had to remove shoes, take electronics including phones from cases, have purse contents gone through by personnel, be screened for residue, etc. Due to this process and the fact that we were not advised to stand in the line, a number of passengers went through the second security check at the last minute which caused our takeoff to be delayed. The pilot made up the time during the flight. I ordered low sodium meal which ended up to be the same food at both meals which was a disappointment - pasta with tomato, eggplant sauce."

We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Dear Sir, The flight was delayed for 2 hours. After 2 hours the flight was cancelled and KLM was trying to transfer us to another flights. Unfortunately there is no flight to Manchester which led us to cancel our flight booking with KLM and rebook with Qatar airways to catch the flight same day. Regards Amjad Juma

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Miinukset: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"
Plussat: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."
Plussat: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"

Canceled flight. After two other airlines and loosing my luggage for almost two weeks, I arrived home 11 hours late.

Flight didn’t happen; it was cancelled. Chatdeal not taking responsibility to refund, even though they have my money.

Complete ineptitude of staff dealing with overhead luggage resulted in an HOUR delay!!!

The food was terrible and the crew didn’t speak any Scandinavian language and were very loud like on their own trip

I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

All people could really hear was "boarding now", which created a bit of a rush of everyone. It would be helpful if there were an SAS representative to stand next to the line, to physically say to people, 'Okay, we are now only doing priority boarding. If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane. Thank you." This will to help guide people BEFORE the ticket check."
Plussat: "- Good selection of movies and very surprised and happy they're not censored! :-))) - Seats were fairly comfortable. - The boarding/seating process was good because when other people started to cut-in-line, SAS folks reiterated to those cutting in line that they need to go back to the end of the line and wait as others were waiting before them."
Miinukset: "- Only having one soft drink during the whole 9hr flight for SAS Go. Only coffee, tea and water are free. - Was thinking of upgrading because I had one extra baggage, but was told that I still wouldn't be eligible for one free extra baggage if I upgraded to SAS Plus NOR SAS Business - There was only one option for dinner, which was Meatballs. The meatballs were worse than IKEA ones. I'd rather eat the IKEA meatballs than those. I usually finish my main meal and I didn't eat it because it was that bad."

The aircraft was stripped down to the very basics (not even the magazine pocket was there) so there was nowhere to put anything other than on your lap, the seats were as close as they could be so the whole thing was uncomfortable and cramped. The crew didn't smile, welcome anyone on board and treated us like cattle....however the flight arrived on time and went without a hitch. This is transport at its most basic with no embellishments, but it does deliver you as promised. Would I recommend it? - probably not as the whole experience is painful, but if you are prepared to take a deep breath and expect nothing, that is what you will get!

I asked about refund at ryan air check in desk and nobody knows what we should do. Ryanair makes it so easy for customers to pay add on fees but they won’t refund you when you pay by mistake. Total non sense."

If you remember to do it too much ahead of time, then you get charged a fee. If you remember to do it too late, then you get charged a fee. --The fee for missing the check-in online window is exorbitant (50 euros per person) and seems to be a punishment more than anything else, since I don't see how buying and installing a kiosk for customers to check-in at the airport would be less cost effective for the company. Particularly when you consider the cost of the employee's salary whose sole job it is to sit and process the "late check-in" paperwork at a different window. --The luggage fee is among the highest I've ever encountered and also has to be "processed" at a different window with a Ryanair employee who literally fills carbon copies of paperwork in for every single person in line. (There must be a more modern option for their infrastructure than this.) My husband and I had to go back and forth to this other window since the people at the check-in window didn't bother to tell us that we'd have to process the luggage fee + the check-in fee at the separate window. --Finally, the boarding process was chaotic, crowded, and late. And I was kept awake the entire flight by flight attendants making several announcements about Ryanair promotions, including employees pushing actual carts full of non-food items (like cologne) up and down the aisle to sell as if the airways were a flea market. Overall I would have saved time, money, and huge headaches if I had booked a pricier flight up front. At least those companies have some integrity."

The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."
