The check in was easy and took about 2 minutes. The hotel store was stocked with anything you at want or need. It was clean! So clean! The rooms, lobby, elevators, restrooms- very clean. Elevators were fast. Parking was a non issue with their parking garage. Center of everything in downtown Denver. I only wish the pillows were more comfortable. They were fluffy and looked pretty but as soon as you lay your head on them they fell completely flat. I had to use the decorative pillow from the chair in our room to put behind my pillow so I had at least a little elevation. My husband had to roll his in half to sleep. The only other thing is that there was no microwave in our room so leftovers couldn't be eaten. Not that big of a deal but would've been nice.
I loved the location. It was central to everything. The hotel and rooms were very modern and luxurious. They already charge an arm and a leg, but the also charge their own guests to park overnight. It was $35 every night I was there!. Next time I'll stay further, pay less, and still have quality sleep. I can just Uber.
Staff was great. Location is perfect for taking in LoDo area - walk to anything. Some of the tower rooms could use updating and hopefully replace a few of the shower/tub combos with walk-in showers. Bartenders, desk staff all very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. Shower/tub combo in Tower rooms.
Facilities were clean and the staff was helpful. Location was good being right in downtown Denver and parking wasn't terrible either. Inappropriate party favors littering the halls and the excessive noise of all the party goers ensured that it would be a restless night.
Loved the location. Right near lots of shopping and near the shuttle bus that moves all the way around down town Denver. We didn't take advantage of the hotel weekly activities but it was nice to have the option of being social in the evenings and getting solid breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay here again in the future. The couch in the room was fairly stiff. Restroom door is sliding and doesn't actually lock. Shower also doesn't close, was a standing shower.
Big room Staff states one thing and/or does one thing clean, but does/or do something else.
I got a pleasant welcome. Room was ready. Great morning coffee
N/A Made the reservation through kayak at booking.com. the cost was supposed to be $150 for the night... I asked the front desk for a receipt and they put it off on booking.com, never received the receipt from booking, but there was a charge from Hilton.com for $235 on my card 2 days later when I checked. Front desk staff effectively told me to pack sands, then took us for an extra $70. This is not the first kind of issue I've had with kayak s 3rd party hotel booking, it has to get better or im done using kayak for hotels.
The staff, specifically Stefan Stefan, were really wonderful. The art in the lobby and on the floors was brilliant. The room was comfortable, the bed was great. Loved the Neutrogena products in the bathroom Somebody missed a spot vacuuming. There was a nasty little pile of fingernail clippings in the corner of the room by the window. We valued our privacy and our time, so we didn't ask anyone to come up and fix it. But that definitely detracted from the stay. Otherwise, pretty darn good.
Great location new hotel great value for your money
The location was great and everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed our staying . The parking meter was a little confusing. Our day parking end up $27 dollar a day instead of $17
Room layout and breakfast Valet parking very expensive and very disorganized. Had to on the street wait over 30 minutes to have car brought up
The valet boys were cute. The valet boys wouldn't come home with me.
A/C didn't work. Over heard several customers complaining about the same issue.
Clean, efficient, friendly, value, accomodating of request for shower,.Personal assistance using the get-around for their guest PC and re-setting my TV channels. Casper at the desk Walter the maintenance man helped me with those. This was my third stay here. I came for the Phish shows and plan to patronize the 11th Ave. Hotel every labor day weekend when Phish comes.
Location and price. No A/C, only fans and open windows. Also, the bathrooms were not cleaned and the floors in there were always dirty - so bring flip flops. One more thing - never any hot water. The "beds" are just single mattresses. I'd never go back.
