It’s the worst experience ever

There was not enough of one option for the lunch served in Business Class. Big disappointment. Meal should be served by soliciting the choices of the passenger in order. Passenger should not have to ask for the soup and starters to get them!!! So better training.

Departure gate is left overcrowded & creates a tense environment awaiting boarding. B777 business configuration or pig pens as I refer to them is clumsy, hard to access if you are large, claustrophobic & reverse facing in the alternative. If you are unlucky as we were to draw aisle 14 and reverse facing on both legs going over and returning then preferred meal choices are exhausted by time crew get to u & movie entertainment choice was exactly identical despite flights being 7 weeks apart. Crew abandoned us literally on return home leg when clear we weren’t happy. Won’t fly Qatar again if they continue using B777

Except for the missing baggage everything is excellent.

My check in baggage got misplaced with other baggage. I have been helped by fellow passenger and fellow indigo member to get back my luggage.

The economy seats were ok in terms of comfort. Food was terrible and much worse than on prior trips on Qatar and other middle eastern airlines.

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

I was able to move back to my original seat once in the air, but there was no forewarning of this even with advanced purchased tickets. Just a hassle since this flight was long and all I wanted to do was get some rest."

This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

The last 2 flights which have exactly the same schedule, I used the hotel in that 8 hours between the 2 flights. I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. My second flight with Qatar Airways was on August 2017. My third flight with Qatar Airways was on Jan 208."

I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Miinukset: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Check in process was pretty long. We arrived at the airport almost 2 hours ahead, but were almost last on the line. Try to arrive to the airport 3 hours ahead, just in case. Flight was great. Staff was really nice, the meals were amazing and the entertainment was fantastic. Overall experience was good, except one major item. One of my bags was lost. The bags were supposed to go directly to my final destination of Albania, and transferred directly from Turkish Airlines to Air Albania. I still haven't received my bag, and don't even know where it is or who should be responsible (either Turkish airlines or Air Albania). Communication with each airline is difficult, with no updates and not very good communication....

Better than any other airline I have traveled with. Amazing.

My bags and my kids bag didn’t arrive until the next day, because of that We had to stay in erbil over night rent a hotel until we got our bags next day. They need to do better job on handling bags

MY FLIGHT FROM ABU DHABI TO ISTAMBUL WAS DELAYED, WHICH MAKE ME LOOSE MY FLIGHT ESTAMBUL CHICAGO, WHICH MAKE MAKE LOOSE MY FLIGHT CHICAGO MEXICO, CONTACT YOUR GUEST SERVICE AND DIDNE HEL ME OUT EVENTUALLY AFTER MORE THAN 36 HOURS OF TRAVELLING HAD TO BOOK A HOTEL NIGHT NEAR O HARE AIRPORT AND A NEW TICKET, SUDDENLY AT 12 PM ON MARCH 8 SOMEONE FROM YOU COMPANY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY WILL HELP ME OUT BUT SINCE I HAD MOVE ON THROUGH MY OWN MEAN THE GUARANTEE DOESNT APPLY AND WONT RE IMBURSE FROM YOUR!! MISTAKE INCREDIBBLE TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE

The flight didn’t even happen.

The AC didn't work properly - it was hard to breathe with the mask on and it was quite hot. My girlfriend needed 15 minutes to recover (get some fresh air) after the flight.

The restaurant in the business lounge should work 24/7

We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."

I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

If there were a lower rating than poor, the seats would have won it; Movies were among the worst ever. where do you get them?"

Miinukset: "For a flight from IST-NPL they only had beef options for food. Nepal is a Hindu country and majority of people on the flight were Hindu. It's very inconsiderate for them to bit have planned for more non beef food options. I turned on the service button 3 times within an hour. No one came. Separately I also asked 3 flight attendants for some water. None of them got me water! There were at least four parties with kids younger than 3 and a few older people. It would have been nice if boarding call was made to allow these people to board first so they could settle down camly, without stressing the kids and everyone else behind them!!"

Lost one of our bags from Frankfurt to Palma!

The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.

It was easy to board and store out baggage. The plain seemed old and was not comfortable. There was a couple of unhappy staff who worked on the plane. They also didn’t have our stroller as we exited the plane. They said they didn’t have one. We stood for 1 hour and 1/2 at baggage for it to appear. We checked zero bags to avoid this process.

I've always been very happy with Lufthansa, but this trip was definitely a struggle. Lufthansa had some technical issues which caused a serious mess for one of our passengers. What was really disappointing about that was the number of hours that we and Lufthansa personnel at the airport had to spend to fix the problem, hours that they could have used more effectively in other areas. That combined with the high volume of summer travelers, and short staff, made it a less than optimal experience.

My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.

One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues, which is 100% ok and understandable. I’d much rather be safe than sorry. HOWEVER, when we got off the plane there were no reps at the gate to tell us next steps. It was 7pm and we were traveling with two small children. One hour later (8pm), still no updates, no reps. Most of the airport was closed. Lucky we had plenty of snacks for the kids. One hour after that (9pm) FINALLY an AIRPORT EMPLOYEE (not Lufthansa rep) tells us that she has hotel vouchers and taxi vouches that will be given out in order of family size. Since we were a fam of 4, we got one. Others had to sleep in airport. Got our bags, headed to taxi stands. No taxis because it’s now 10pm on 30 October in menorca, an island that basically closes to tourists by 1 November. Waited with the other 100 people in line for taxis to finally come 30 mins later. Lufthansa did NOTHING. Help desk phone number, online chat, and Facebook chat did not work. No reps at the airport. The cutstomer service aspect is HORRIBLE. If you fly Lufthansa I hope that nothing goes wrong with your flight.

I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."

Miinukset: "Notoriously, on several flights I have recently taken, my economy seats do not recline at all. On long distance flights this is very uncomfortable! And on this flight from Frankfurt to NYC, my bag was lost, making a claim at the Lufthansa baggage dept took a very long time and the clerk said little, explained nothing and seemed annoyed with my questions."

Miinukset: "The fact that Sunday morning my flight was cancelled Saturday night with no apparent reason or explanation given."

Miinukset: "We were not offered veg and non veg options. We were only offered a vegetarian meal. A minute later, the gentleman behind us was presented the two options. We disregarded this on the first flight, but when it happened on the next flight similarly, we asked if we could get our children the chicken meal. The air hostess explained they had no more. But she presented the two options to the fellow passenger behind us. We were extremely offended by the way we were treated. The airlines offers no entertainment for children as do other airlines. In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."

Miinukset: "I was sitting at the tale end. Seat was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying to rest yet flight attendants and several passengers were talking loud. Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."
Plussat: "Lufthansa makes coach travel tolerable. Blankets, pillows, free access to on board entertainment and a large selection of real food, not just snacks, and beverages. All beverages available the entire flight. Plane was clean and everything in working order."
Miinukset: "Nothing to complain about."
Plussat: "I enjoyed my flight. Flight crew was amazing. Comfortable seats and lighting for an overnight flight. Food was good and stuffing."
Miinukset: "Headsets were collected half hour before landing (minor issue). Except for the recommendations for this flight, movie highlights were well hidden in the entertainment system."

Miinukset: "Crying babies-but that's not the airlines fault at all"
Miinukset: "Still didn't get to destination. Two hours delayed was enough to make me miss the connection flight which result in a extra 7 hours wait in Munich for a 9 hours total. But they compensate all that with a 10 euros voucher, well worth the trouble."
Plussat: "The Lufthansa flight and crew were fantastic. Nice plane with amenities. It was far better than our return flight on Air Canada."

Plussat: "Once I got on the plane, everything was fine and easy. The airport drove me crazy and the lack of confirmation on my ticket was more than annoying."
Miinukset: "The late notification of a change in gate number and the lack of confirmation that I had a reserved seat on the flight. I was kept in suspense right up to the minute I boarded the aircraft. Very nerve wracking."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours, for a reason they never made clear after they let the passengers wait in line for 45 minutes to board. Once aboard, the Lufthansa planes were much much less comfortable than the Air Canada plane I took to Frankfurt. There is very little space and the seats are crammed together. The food they served was very bad, especially again in comparison with Air Canada. Once we arrived in Toronto, they made us wait nearly an hour before exiting the aircraft. It would seem that the Toronto airport would have to know we were coming and should have prepared accordingly, but apparently not. We sat, several passengers missed their connecting flights and were angry. I nearly missed my flight, having to run and race through customs (who are in no hurry)."

Miinukset: "My chair did not recline at all, which make long fly very uncomfortable. When I complained to fly attendant, she said that there is nothing she can do about it. The table in front of the chair was also very hard to open."
