I liked the comfort. Food was meh, so was service, and entertainment options for movies were unimpressive.
Breakfast should be more real not frozen & heated stuff Lunch & dinner were also terrible. Seats were very cramped to say the least. Doesn't deserve the rating it gets
Late departure but almost all of the time made up in flight.
Take off and landing the smoothest I have ever experienced,. The crew were awesome and their overall services excellent.
The three people behind us continued kicking our seats and after two attempts to resolve, they got aggressive and loud. Very uncomfortable and frustrating for 15 hours flying.
The boarding procedure was ABYSMAL. It is infuriating to be asked to "social distance" and wear masks when the airline is unable to conduct boarding in an organized and efficient way. The crew was totally incompetent in informing waiting passengers. No microphones. No digital display of boarding order. No staff assistance. Waiting for WAY too long with no explanation. It was perfectly awful. Food was eatable but completely tasteless. Not nearly enough liquid distribution.

Miinukset: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

TA should enforce carry-on restrictions - MANY passengers brought significantly oversized bags, causing delays and difficulty finding space in overhead bins. IST is very inefficient with security checks. We went through THREE security checks and had our passports checked SIX times before finally being able to board. There is also a significant lack of vendors offering food, newspapers, and such in the gate sections. One of our worst airport experiences in 40 years of air travel. TA does serve very good food, so thanks for that. Comfort-wise, padding in seats needs to be improved, as does leg room. If you are six feet tall or more, you will be aching after 5 or 6 hours, let alone 11.5 hours.

Everything was excellent, the boarding could have been done better as far as who is boarding first and so on..the lines weren’t organized well so even with business boarding there were lots of people who went in front and there was one kind of line that made things slower

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

It's hard enough being gluten free but to find that nearly every airline just thinks that fruit is acceptable is disappointing. They did provide a gluten free bread roll rather than the usual rice cakes but on two recent legs, didn't heat it. When I told the flight crew the second time that it is inedible when not heated, he was great and said he would do that. And it is nice to eat grilled vegetables which are delicious but sometimes particularly on a long flight, a bit more variety is needed. Turkish Airlines is excellent but fixing this would make it great."

I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Lufthansa no longer flies local hop flights within Germany, forcing flyers who land in Frankfurt/Munich/Berlin, to take trains to their final destinations within Germany. What used to be a 40 minute flight from Frankfurt to Nuremberg is now a 3 hour train ride. If you want to fly direct to your destination city within Germany, then fly another airline from outside the country. Those flights are allowed to local airports.
I paid over $1500 for the ticket. I requested a refund from Lufthansa, but all they could offer me in return was $100.

Mobility service needs to be better managed.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
There is only one plug to charge electronic devices for two seats, and it is a regular plug so you need a USB adapter. Other airlines often have two USB’s per seat. The entertainment screens are a bit quirky and sometimes non responsive to touch. I had the same issues both ways on my trip.

I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I am not accustomed to eating like that and was disappointed (though hungry!). Not a whole lot of room in my seat, I'm 5'6" and slim, but at least the seats recline and glide forward a bit and the head rest bends to catch your head IF you can nod off. I appreciate the civility that still exists under stressful circumstances."

It was mentioned that it was international flight but they have refused to honor those rules. I have used the same bag on other airlines and did not have any problems."

One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."
Miinukset: "Seats recline too much. When the person in front of you reclines his/her seat, you feel like you're in a tunnel with the seat back just inches from your face. However, the flight attendant was very kind and asked passengers to lift seats for the main meal, which was very nice."

Miinukset: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

Miinukset: "Width and depth of seats - very small. I especially noticed the depth - very narrow. As usual bearly room between row in front. The food was very average. I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."

Knowing that we couldn’t choose our seats when checking in initially!!! We were not the only ones separated on this trip and we all had to sweet talk each other so we could swap and sit together. This makes the life of the crew so hard as it is not their fault and clearly many people were affected!! Lastly stop using small planes for your Brisbane flights!!!!!!! We pay good money and deserve better. This is not the first time"

This is not my fiest time to use kayak app but this time was thr worst and it changed my mindset about travel agents, unfortunately my friends were correct when they said to book directly through airline not kayak..!!!"

Miinukset: "Again I found behaviour of few Crew Members a bit rute for instance i asked hor headphone from one of the attendant and she immediately told me that it cannot be missing as she put the headphone there by herself making me feel like as if i stole the headphones. I was bit speechless though i really wanted to reply to her but it would have been rude. Second thing I did not like about flight was foir serving. In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."
Plussat: "The staff were great and very nice and helpful. It was very quiet in business class and we enjoyed that as economy was really crowded. The business class lounge was nice but needs a quiet area where people who have long layovers (like us) can lay down and have a darkened room for a bit of rest."
Miinukset: "The seat I was in was very hard and definitely needs more padding. My but was killing me during the flight but the cabin crew helped me by gin I got me 2blankets to fold up and sit on. The pillows are way too big and hard. I recommend paring them down the size they currently are. I was in seat 7-E. The business class bus was last to come so we waited for a long time to get to the plane. Most of economy was boarded before us. But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

We got stuck with $350 in baggage fees, because a clause stating that we were not allowed a check-in bag was buried in the fine print for our ticket purchase. The website was not working prior to our return flight, and if it had worked, we would have been able to get at least a discount on this outrageous fee. But , despite this, (we took a screenshot) the counter staff in Abu Dhabi would not give us the discount. A baggage fee for $350 dollars for one bag? There is word for this. Thievery."

I had over 15 hours of layover and no one had the courtesy to provide neither the airlines nor the online booking agent(site- Kayak)information on pre hotel booking. I have travelled through many other airlines who provide accomodation for long layovers without prebooking on arrival. It was a very unpleasant experience with the airlines. Upon asking at the service desk for accomodation the simply denied and informed about prebooking which I had no clue about. Thank you anyways. Hope someone else doesn’t suffer like this"

Understanding of English is not that good. 2.Had problems checking the luggage all through despite connection was through star alliance. 3.Had to wait in airport in transit to get boarding passes. Did not understand why it was despite having booked seats early. 4.Seats provided were not good. 5.Also head phones didn't work. I told staff three times and still no response. Finally gave up i had booked because ratings were good. But service was not even close to expectations. Dissapointed."

Miinukset: "This flight had the potential to be good as the entertainment and food options were good, but I felt cramped and the volume of the surrounding passengers was awful. There were three crying babies, which I know neither the airline nor the families themselves can control, as well as one child with special needs who was making a lot of noise the whole flight. I wasn't able to sleep at all for that reason. Additionally, I was disappointed that the flight was late and that the deplaning process was so long – we taxied for a long time and there was only one staircase, so we were very late."

Simple requests from fellow passengers were regarded as inconvenient intrusions. The gal in my section would act like she had not heard the requests and then when the passengers would repeat themselves, she would snap, "Please wait till I've finished my service." She rarely would make eye contact with anyone while doing, "her service" and acted like it was a major inconvenience. It was a long flight but the crew on the way to New Delhi on Jet Airways were exceptional and made the flight as pleasant as possible. The Eithad crew lacked this attitude."

Miinukset: "The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair. We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early."

Plussat: "The service was spectacular to begin with. It was consistent, frequent and ultimately satisfying. It was a very comfortable ride with enough space for a broad guy like me. What I love most is their selection of entertainment. I have to say that in the 16-17 hours I flew with them (which I just came home from) I never felt claustrophobic, uncomfortable, or bored. I was in the middle seat. I love their flight progress and flight time. Their timing was very accurate. In fact, both flights landed earlier than expected."

Miinukset: "If you are flying from AUH to JFK, they pre-clear you for US Customs. What they don't tell you is that the cut-off to get to the gate is one hour before departure. I took a leisurely stroll down to the gate when he signs said 'boarding soon' and was denied entry to the flight. The next one was in seven hours, so I spent the night in the terminal. The big slap in the face, aside from how rude the staff were: they won't just put you on the next flight. You have to buy a new ticket, full fare. It cost me more to get home than the original round trip ticket did to begin with. Trying to discuss this is fruitless - they are absolutely not interested in helping, but instead use phrases like "you are the one that is wrong" and "why should we pay for your mistake". Essentially, I was held hostage in Abu Dhabi and forced to pay a heavy charge to leave."
