Leaving the AC off in 100 degree heat while waiting to take off was not good.
Didn't catch my connection and Delta couldn't rebook me for 3 days....
The seat back entertainment screen didn’t work at my seat. Staff was great.
Plussat: "We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible."
Miinukset: "Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle."
Plussat: "Middle seats not booked. Cabin very clean, bathrooms kept tidy throughout trip. Very friendly crew. Appreciated cold drinks and selection of snacks,"

Plussat: "While biased since I was in First class, everything was enjoyable and as expected of a first class experience. The free Wi-Fi on this flight made it extra special- can’t wait until its standard on all flights!!"
Miinukset: "Only real complaint is that Delta doesn’t seem to restrict size of bags taken as carry on and the time wasted but some trying to squeeze their obviously oversized bags into overhead compartments is painful."

Miinukset: "My flight to PDX was quite bumpy so food and beverage service were impacted, which I totally understand. However, the fact that I was not served at all, does not sit well with me! They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Miinukset: "I’m not a seasoned traveler and packed some needed items for our home out-of-state in an oversized bag. That bag ended up costing me $200 extra at check-in. I could’ve Fed-ex’d for cheaper or put into two separate bags for cheaper. Then, my flight was delayed an hour."

Plussat: "Gate personal kept us notified about flight delay. Flight crew was very positive on plane and they were as miserable about the delay as we were. Snacks and drinks were brought out. The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry."
Miinukset: "Flight was supposed to depart at 0730. Actual departure was 1045. Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."
Miinukset: "I has nothing to do with the flight it self! The original fight was cancelled from Minneapolis to Atlanta (with no notice) I found this out by calling!! I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"
Plussat: "Counter agent found reservation but not ticket number(?). She was very helpful and nice but Delta reservation system was a total mess. Barely made boarding even though we arrived airport plenty of time before the flight."

Almost a perfect experience. Great crew, boarding, service, on-time departures and arrivals, no issues with luggage. Only thing they need to improve is in-flight entertainment. The byod model is now standard on most other airlines. I was unable to use their product because my earbuds are wireless…
Everything could have been better. The customer service was horrible! My flight got delayed and that lead to domino effect of loosing reservations in my vacations.

Miinukset: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

Also they made me check my carry on because it was slightly larger than the recommended size, even though it fits in their recommend size criteria."

Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour
Treated first rate in first class. The crew had such a happy, even jolly, demeanor that one couldn't help smiling and enjoying the experience. Thoughtful enough not to wake us for breakfast when they saw wife and i sleeping soundly after early morning departure. We would gladly fly Alaska Airlines again.

It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
It was hot af. The flight attendant was incredibly rude, in addition to waking me up 2x to keep getting things out of the bin over my seat without a courtesy apology or anything. I hate flying American.
The staff was very friendly, they were enforcing good safety practices. It's pretty good value for the money, too.

Our connecting flight landed on the other side of the airport and after literally running through DFW, we were told our flight home had already boarded, we arrived at 6:21, flight left at 6:30. American Airlines screwed us again. Just paid $300 for a rental vehicle so I could make it home."

However, in this case, AA was pretty good, especially the check-in staff at Rome Airport who were excellent. The check-in, boarding and de-boarding processes all went well. Plane was relatively modern, with USB charging ports for phones. Movie selection was good, though the TV selection could be expanded. The food was ok. Seating not bad. All of our luggage, including a child's carseat, was delivered on time and intact. Pleasantly surprised."
Miinukset: "This was an updated 737 with pleather seats and a sleek look inside. But what matters most is leg room for me. There was none. I flew for 5 hours in totally cramped conditions. I loved the page in the mag about seat exercises to keep your leg circulation up. Couldn't bend my knees even. Disgusting"

He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. Plussat: "I was able to try the recently redesigned coach cabin seats which are OK for a short flight. But I wouldn't want to be seating in them for more than 2 to 3 hours top specially on the window or worse a middle seat. The crew was attentive up to a point (just saw them boarding and when given a cracker and some water during the flight). I think American can do a better job providing comfortable seats or even a nicer meal during flights."

Plussat: "I loved our flight from Anchorage alaska to Los Angeles California. Flight attendants were kind and helpful. We had plenty of leg room and it was great flight. Loved our window seat."
Miinukset: "I didn't like that the flight attendants snarky attitudes when we would ask for son."
Plussat: "I liked having a window seat."
Miinukset: "My screen was broken, so for 6 1/2 hours, I was unable to watch any movies and didn't see the safety video either."
Miinukset: "Delay, first told it was weather related, then mechanical. Re booked on a flight by AA that would never make connection. Paid over $1,000 for a flight leg that one way and direct on another airline (Alaska air) was $281.00 and the agent took so long to find redirect flight that they couldn't book. Total mess! While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"
Plussat: "Worst experience food is very bad"
Plussat: "Pilot did a great job coming into SFO airport. Had to abort landing and do it again."
Miinukset: "Unless we slept through it, no food or snack was served. It was a 6+ hour flight. I was awake for water and soda offerings but not even nuts. To be fair, I may have been asleep but I woke up every time a drink was offered. We came from a connecting international flight with no time to get a meal. We grabbed a bagel as we rushed through the airport. I didn't pick the flight so we couldn't have more time."
Plussat: "Honestly I enjoyed every little moment. I haven't traveled to Atlanta in 9 years and let's say traveling with AA is great. Starting from the check-in up until baggage claim in atl. Everything was speedy! I'm so happy that I went with AA I had a spectacular arrival."
Miinukset: "Tiny seats in Economy, BA on the way to New York was so much better! Faulty seat which wouldn't recline properly and faulty entertainment system!! Having to pay extra for seat choice and then getting a tiny with no leg space or side space, again the BA plane on the way out was much better"
Plussat: "The crew was fantastic, the flight was smother and on time, boarding was timely"
Miinukset: "The plane was older with a poor entertainment system"
Plussat: "Service and staff were great!"
Plussat: "The plane left on time."
Miinukset: "At Heathrow -- The passengers were sent thru three security checks to get into the boarding lounge...after the TSA standard check. There were no bathrooms, no water and not enough seats for everyone. It was hot, loud and there was no exit once you entered. This is one of the worst pre-boarding situations I have ever had, ever. The security people were unnecessarily slow and difficult."
Plussat: "The trip was great. Very courteous crew & the cabin crew was very efficient with a big smile and helpful. Great flight."
Miinukset: "The first leg of the flight out of Huntington was 4 hours late as the flight was cancelled due to one of the crew members not showing up. It was a very uncomfortable delay. They stated that one of the crew was sick. There was no notice about the delayed flight."
Plussat: "All personnel where polite,helpful, and respectful. Greg to have wifi and power chargers."
Miinukset: "There was no real entertainment on the screens. No movies."
