The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.
A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Plussat: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Miinukset: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Everything about this flight was excellent. Great service, friendly staff, smooth flight, great entertainment. I was traveling with children and the staff went above and beyond to make them comfortable during this flight. Probably the best service I have ever had on a flight.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Check in was a disaster. We had to check in to each leg separately - and had to figure that out on our own. Buying a FinnAir marketed flight created a nightmare.
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Stay clear!!!"

Every other airline will give you at least drinks and snacks on a commuter flight and meals on international. No online checkin, no seat selection until ticketing, incredibly expensive flight change fees, flight service was bad. I will not fly Norwegian airlines again."

Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."

Aunque la compañía lleva tiempo con huelgas que provocan retrasos y cancelaciones tuvimos la suerte de que no afectó a nuestro vuelo. Todo fue perfecto

Not have you stand outside in baking heat while waiting to board and then have a freezing plane

There was way long delay.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
It was fine apart from some of the other passengers and their poor mask wearing. They aren’t supposed to be worn under the chin.
Gate opened 45 mins before allowed to enter the airplane. Crew did not act to maintain passagenrs safety when landed. Passangers startwd standing and opening overhead compartments while olane was still moving
Due to Covid-19 checks and paperwork and not being in the EU anyone directions could have been clearer, I saw people who were very nervous and panicky.

Miinukset: "The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience."
Plussat: "Easy boarding, plane looked clean, crew all smart and genuine smiles. The bonus is we arrived early and their were no Benidorm p..s artists on board. Excellent."
Miinukset: "Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Plussat: "For the price, you just can't beat Ryanair. The only thing that spoilt the flight were 3 drunk passengers opposite and behind who were noisy and kept annoying other passengers, however the cabin crew handled the problem very well."

Miinukset: "2 hour delay and no information, even changed boarding gate and did not inform passengers who was already waiting."
Miinukset: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

Miinukset: "Ridiculous boarding situation, expensive onboard food and beverage. Upright seats. Advanced check in always seats your group apart to encourage you to purchase seats. Budget airline that trust to milk their clients for every penny. Only use them if no other option."

Miinukset: "On both flights we were called tbrough for boarding only to be kept queueing for over half an hour before actually boarding the plane. On the flight to East Midlands when everyone was on board we were then told due to an air traffic restriction we had to wait another 45 minutes before we could take off. On the return flight after queueing for half an hour only after I asked why we had waited so long were we told that the plane HADN't EVEN LANDED YET. So both flights were delayed with no explanation from anyone. Also all announcements on both flights were very difficult to hear above the engine noise. I am afraid that this experience has made me realise that I will NEVERTHELESS fly with Ryanair again. I would rather pay the extra and fly with a better airline."
Plussat: "The flight there and back got us there early each time despite being late departing. Choosing your seat is the ideal thing to do, even if it is only £6 more its worth it."
Miinukset: "There was no Aircon on the plane out which made it an uncomfortable flight out there and caused for certain people to smell slightly. The staff on the flight back weren't overly great and one accused a bloke of snatching when actually his bag was just heavy. She also had attitude towards others which made me think, whats she going in this job."
Miinukset: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."
Miinukset: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Plussat: "It was on time"
Miinukset: "The cabin was freezing. Also, most passengers were made to check cabin baggage at the gate, reason given as 'a full flight. but once on The plane, there was many empty seats (6 alone in the two rows around me) and the overhead lockers were about half full."

Miinukset: "Me on row 2 ...wife row 18. All because we didn't pay 'extra' for seats that we had already paid for in the price of a flight! So, basically, if you don't pay, then Ryanair purposely separate couples in punishment. As a frequent flier, this was the very last time myself and my family will be using Ryanunfair!"
Miinukset: "Couldn't get to flight because of national strike. Lost my money, not fair."
