The ground crew in Munich did an unbelievable job of getting us to our connecting flight within a short time window their efforts were outstanding and our luggage even made the transfer within a 50 minute window!
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.

The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

The terminal was filled with tired and frustrated travelers, and to make matters worse, the Lufthansa staff were temperamental and condescending to many. At the peak of the chaos, the Lufthansa staff went out on break, while hundreds waited in line for over 8 hours. We expected more - much more - in one of Lufthansa’s own German domestic hubs."

Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

Miinukset: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

L'avion a eu presque 2h de retard et nous avons été enfermé dans l'avion pendant les 1h50 sans un verre d'eau et avec très peu de ventilation alors que nous devions porter des masques. C'était inhumain et inadmissible. Ils savaient que l'avion ne pouvait pas partir tout de suite (ils avaient annoncé 2h de retard), pourtant ils choisissent de nous faire entrer dans l'avion. Nous avions très peu d'informations et aucune information sur le pourquoi du retard. C'est une expérience que je ne souhaite pas renouveler.
This is a cheat. You toke money from me but you didn't give us my ticket. When we reached the airport security said I don't have any flight booking while I had booked a ticket and your careless behavior I have to get another flight. Gave me back my money or I'll do a police case.

Miinukset: "Whole. Families split up , inc young children, one group of ten spread all round the plan. Just two of us me row 27 better half row 8 ! Only Jet 2 do this too to punish you for not paying to sit together."

Miinukset: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."
Miinukset: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."
Miinukset: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."

Miinukset: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Miinukset: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."
Plussat: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Miinukset: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Miinukset: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Miinukset: "The plane arrived in Palma late, the gate was changed twice, we were told before boarding that there are no drinks on board and that we should buy drinks before boarding in the nearby shops. The plane took of with more than 70min delay. Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."
Plussat: "A very average flight, cannot complain. the newer mod seats made so much more room on the plane."
Miinukset: "When you buy tickets as a collective and check in with plenty of notice; it's an absolute disgrace to charge to sit next to your travelling partner. Ryanair going out of there way again to rinse there customers for every penny."
Miinukset: "I'm a frequent flyer. This was my first and last flight with Ryanair. It started at the check in desk. The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."
Plussat: "I found the bright yellow advertising obnoxious. I didn't like the hard core sell of products on board. There were a ton of kids on board and it was loud but that can't be helped."

Miinukset: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"

Miinukset: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Miinukset: "i didn't know that I could have carry-ons if they fit in little airport blue box. This is a key incentive to choose Ryanair over a competitor."

Plussat: "The staff & crew on the Ryanair flights I take are kind, caring and very professional. I am a regular flyer Thank you Ryanair Also I need to use OCS in both Palma & Dublin they are super! This makes my traveling so much easier and relaxing."
Plussat: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Miinukset: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."

Miinukset: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."
Miinukset: "I can't believe that I had to pay 45 euros per ticket because I didn't check in 2 hours before. I had no internet access and it sucked having to pay this amount. When I booked the ticket it should have highlighted that I needed to checkin before else it would cost me 45 euros more!!! I am completely turne OFF by Ryanair!! I travel extensively and this is the first airline that I had rip me off"
