Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying
A pre historical 747-400 in which the entertainment systems were not working. Service is what all India leg of flight of all foreign aircraft. Hopefully, TATA will turn around Air India soon. After paying the airfare needn’t be treated as second class citizen.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
Service and food could be better. Horrible food and crew service.
Lufthansa canceled a segment of my 3-leg journey. After waiting (no exageration) 5 hours for a Lufthansa agent to come onto chat, they informed ne that only a travel agent could work with them to find a replacement itinerary...then they disconnected the chat. Next day, email notified me that they had fixed my itinerary by providing a train voucher, and recommended that I "select a train that gets me to Munich with enough time to check for my next connection". By the time we did baggage pickup, customs, and passport control, that non-existent train would have to travel 1,000km/hr to make that happen. ... and oh yes, only a travel agent could work with them try to find a later connection for me, AND I'd have to pay the difference between my advance-booked fare and a last-minute fare. So I paid for a second set of tickets.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Crew not helpful. Food quantity very less. Leg space less. Entertainment videos not wide range
Airport checkin at Frankfurt was very very slow. Thanks to Lufthansa waiting for all passengers to board despite the delay
Connecting flights are delayed and there was no proper care
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
Entertainment could have been better particularly the Indian movie choices were awful and OLD

Miinukset: "These scheduled flights on Jan 1, 2019 were cancelled by Lufthansa and we were not informed of these scheduled cancellations either by email or SMS. We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Miinukset: "Original 5 pm flight was cancelled because there was no Crew or plane, even though it’s a United hub. Though flight cancelled early, United could not get me home same day so provided hotel and meal. Next day flight scheduled 7:05 then 8 am, but even that time came and went without boarding. 15 hours delayed and no hurry getting the plane to depart at the stated time. Total lack of customer service and concern"

Miinukset: "As many of you know, Frankfurt/San Diego is a new service offered by Lufthansa. It touts direct flights to and from Europe. It’s main advertising draw was connection to the east. Many of their connecting flights at Frankfurt are scheduled within an hour of arrival. This possess a high risk of missing your connecting flight. I experienced this personally as a major number of my fellow travelers missed their connecting flights. Though Frankfurt has good directions, transfers take a long time due to multiple security checks and due to the size of the Airport. LAYOVER OF AT LEAST TWO HOURS WOULD BE BEST. Anything less, you risk missing your flight. I was personally selected TWICE for ‘random check’ for the same flight! Not sure how that can happen! The flight itself is long and arduous. the economy seats are small, cramped and don’t recline much at all. The entertainment selection was very limited. The TV touch screen barely worked. The food was tasteless and service was not much better. I have a hard time sleeping on flights with such bad seats but we had air hostess who kept talking the whole flight and that did not help with resting my eyes. I highly suggest taking a different airline through LAX. I personally feel like driving to LA and taking a flight there would be the wise move."

Plussat: "Our flight from BLR to FRA got cancelled because of bad weather. The agent at the check in desk immediately put us on an alternate AIr France flight via CDG to LAX, which left an hour before our FRA flight. The service on the flight was excellent. But we are most thankful for the quick re-booking on a different alternative, ensuring no hiccup. We will only be flying Lufthansa from now on, and recommending Lufthansa to all friends and colleagues."

The Etihad ground staff didn’t communicate about new flight timings in bengaluru & didn’t escort or help passengers when we are stuck in security. Other airlines took responsibility to escort passengers. The food was good AUH- BLR; AUH- WAS . Others like WAS- AUH & BLR- AUH. Food was horrible. Etihad looting money in name baggage policy. No communication to passengers about cabin baggage policy.
Unusually slow checking process. Can improve on that. Food was okay but can improve on that also.

Then came back to request for seating and they again made believe my security will be declines if i waste timein requesting seating. Got a flight between 2 males for a 15 hour flight and a run across the airport with a heart problem . I will never fly Eithihqd and also will not recommend to anyone"

Also the meal from Abu Dhabi to Bengaluru was the most delicious I've ever had on any flight, which includes some international first class travel."

Miinukset: "I was in the center seat and I am not a large person. That this flight did not give me even the minimum body space. Perhaps it would make sense to offer a travel class where, in advance, one might choose a larger area but not as large as under business class. At least economy plus. Please!"

Miinukset: "Everything about it. Flight delyaed by..wait for it..46hrs..not storm not snow not rains..just mechanical issues which we were not updated about for 24 hrs...multiple round trips to airport and 100s of us were yelled at, by the "polite" etihad staff."
