The plane was filthy again
We had a connecting flight both with Ryanair - both delayed nearly missed it.
1h30 hour late with no infomraiotn in MAnshester Air port.very bad organisation
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Plussat: "Patricia, our flight attendant, was kind and accommodating. Props to her!"
Miinukset: "Ryanair operations at Bordeaux Airport is extremely poor. I arrived 2.5 hours early and still stood in line to check in for an hour because two flights were checking bags with TWO EMPLOYEES! It's 120+ people, and they needed more people working! The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."
Arrived early at destination😎
Due to Covid-19 checks and paperwork and not being in the EU anyone directions could have been clearer, I saw people who were very nervous and panicky.
Plussat: "I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake"
Miinukset: "Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard"
Plussat: "Terrible crew rude and impolite"
Plussat: "Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company."
Miinukset: "Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back."
Plussat: "Next just to check if a person say that they have paid luggage . Just to have a look. Not just jump to you have to paid. I would have paid for something I had already paid for. That’s all. Not only was it a waste of time for me and for them as well. As the air hostesses had such attitude."
Miinukset: "I know the customer is not always right but it would not kill them to check if someone say something."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice but somewhat disinterested. Perhaps because their average age was 14?"
Miinukset: "The whole luggage thing is a nightmare! Ive never gotten SO many pre-flight messages! I kept paying MORE Euros, for an already overpriced flight.....and never was really sure what I was paying for??? And STILL had to smash one piece of luggage into the other??? I think ill do easy jet next time!"
Plussat: "It took off and landed"
Miinukset: "Ryanair is always the worst flight, so many corners cut"
Plussat: "Cheerful staff."
Miinukset: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"
Plussat: "Friendly stuff, good price."
Miinukset: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."
Miinukset: "The heat, insane air con not working"

Plussat: "My own boarding was went ok"
Miinukset: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Miinukset: "I tried to check in on line but their website had major issues. When I arrived at the airport, Ryanair hit me with a 40 Euro surcharge for not checking in on line. Worst airline I have ever experienced in my 40 years of airline travel."
Plussat: "Bordeaux terminal is horrible, not enough seats. Rough landing. No ground staff at stanstead. Massive passport queues. All round horrible experience."

Plussat: "The most relaxed Ryanair flight I have ever been on"
Plussat: "Cheap fare"
Miinukset: "I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my flight. When it was time to check in at the airport I was greeted with a scowl and was told I needed to pay 80€ per ticket because I didn’t check in 2 hours before. In all my flying I have never heard of this kind of policy. They were uncompromising and rude. They also demanded an additional charge of 50€ for my checked bag which should have been 1€, apparently, had I complied with the unknown terms."
Plussat: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Miinukset: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Miinukset: "Delay was make rest of trip worse cos my other communication away without me. And I have to find alternative way"
Plussat: "Fast, efficient, no stress So Glad that Ryanair did away with unallocated seating No passport control at Liverpool meant my time from landing to home including picking up checked luggage was 20 mins."
Miinukset: "Their website is difficult to navigate, if you are overseas and do not have access to a printer, they will charge 15 Euros to print your boarding pass at the airport. The seats cannot be reclined. It is not inexpensive, as they will make you believe, a charge of 40 euros per checked baggage.... you are better off taking a regular airline, sometimes."
Plussat: "Short cheap flight"
Miinukset: "Nickel and dime charges for EVERY "extra" Flight was 1/2 hr late!"
Plussat: "Nice crew, good care of passengers, flight on time, new and comfortable planes"
Plussat: "Crew was nice"
Miinukset: "Super delayed, made me Miss my train connection"
Plussat: "Cheap! That's why we book right? The actual flight was fine!"
Miinukset: "Security and immigration lines were massively busy and incredibly disorganized. The solution was just to delay the main flights. And weird up stairs then downstairs again to get to the plane. Happens!"
Miinukset: "Allocation of seats saw my wife in 5c and myself in 31d. 31e was vacant."
Plussat: "It was in time."
Plussat: "I liked that my priority seat meant early and quick boarding. The crew was friendly and competent. The plane was clean. I had no checked luggage so traveling was not stressful. Overhead bins seemed roomy enough."
Miinukset: "Nothing is free - not even a coffee on the early morning flight. Might be that I've been spoiled with American airlines. Not crazy about having to check in and purchase seat online. It seems the seat selection - from basic economy - should be included in the ticket price. Again, maybe spoiled by American airline companies."
Plussat: "Efficient takeoff procedure and left and arrived right on time"
Plussat: "Nothing. It is hard to imagine businesses advertise on the plane. Why would any reputable business want to be associated with this company?"
Plussat: "I'll never buy tickets in ryanair again. Did not tell us we could show the boarding pass in the cellphone, they literally robed us, thats robbery"
Miinukset: "Didnt like nothing everything awfull, 15 euros to print a boarding pass when the ticket cost 60, no way"
Plussat: "I paid for priority boarding only to find out that everyone loads the same bus and makes a mad dash for the airplane to get on. The first 90 people with carry ones get their bags ons so because I was beat by 90+ to get on the plane, I lost my place to put my luggage in the overhead. Why did I pay priority in the first place?"
Miinukset: "Priority boarding is a scam."
Plussat: "Great experience overall! Softest take off and landing Ever!"
Plussat: "We were " made" to put our bags in the hold. We accept that after 90 passengers this is usual, however on this occasion we were tight for time and the other queue boarding the same flight, that came to the gate late were not "asked" to put their carry on bags in the hold. Poor service Ryanair, what would happen if we refused? It was done in an unfair manner and when questioned we were brushed off with a mumbled response. We will look at other low-cost airlines in future."
Plussat: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."
Plussat: "The team was nice."
Miinukset: "DELAY on this route is very normal appearance."
