Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Miinukset: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

This could have been prevented if they had done all of the checks beforehand. All of those passengers stuck in a plane during a pandemic. Not very smart !!!!"

Miinukset: "The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them."

When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

Miinukset: "The personnel service during the flight was mediocre. In my opinion they don’t know what is customer satisfaction. They have to show that they like what they do with a simple smile. They are not doing the customer a favor . That is their job a good customer satisfaction"
Plussat: "A flight attendant went out of her way to bring my wife some nuts from first class, since she said she missed having the packages of nuts and pretzels in economy."
Miinukset: "The stand-by for business class upgrade process is anything but clear."
Miinukset: "It was operated by United Airlines. Absolutely no food oe entertainment, limited comfort."
Plussat: "Arrived early, short layover. The plane to Hawaii was much more comfortable"

Plussat: "I loved the flight, the service, and the whole experience."

Miinukset: "Sat on the plane for over 2 hours due to mechanical issues, then there was a medical emergency, then the crew was over their time and had to be replaced, while deplaning there was another medical emergency, finally got in the air 4 + hours later. When flight landed sat on the tarmac for 45 min waiting for a gate! United offered a $50 voucher as compensation. Are you kidding me?!?!?! $50????? You cannot get a customer service person on the phone, they told me it is a "back room department" I had to email and wait to see if/what they will do. Absolutely ridiculous!!!"
Plussat: "Not much"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. Missed connection. United did not pay for hotel even though there were no more flights for the evening. Could only get me on a flight the next afternoon late. I had to buy a ticket to get home in the morning, no food voucher given, had to pay for something to eat, and again had to pay for a hotel or would have had to sit through the night and all day Sunday Waiting for a flight 24 hours later for the next flight. Very bad service."
Plussat: "The space of the plane since I volunteered to be at the emergency door I felt comfortable..."
Miinukset: "Not giving me my seat number because my ticket was not a standby ticket and I seem to think that the agent thought that I was on standby but I have to go to him several time to make him understand that my ticket had a confirmation number and I did a reserve and I needed a seat number it was not on standby when he checked it he said okay and I also explained to him that I was a military personnel ... The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution..."
Plussat: "I liked the extra room economy plus afforded me. It was a long flight, no real complaints. What can you expect from a 16 hour flight."
Miinukset: "No major issues or concerns"
Plussat: "Plane was delayed 1 1/2 hrs,, my seat had no entertainment and there was a barrier under the area for storing our personal carry-on under the seat. I had to shove my small backpack into the that area. It was not east I would have appreciated a better"

Miinukset: "2 hours late for departure. Female flight attendant was not understandable on the announcements, because of her lack of English skills and she did not know how to use the PA system."
Plussat: "It is hard to do poorly on such a short flight"

Miinukset: "The very back of the plane. United must have changed the type of plane as our seat assignments didn't make sense. Thankfully, we were able to change them when checking in at Newark airport."

Miinukset: "the crew, especially one sour faced woman,with long hair who was always occupied with her tablet, kept missing me when distributing refreshments. Very old movies offered for entertainment, my headphones didn't work. The smell of the breakfast rolls which had been heated up in their paper wrappers, literally made me nauseous and I had to throw up in the restroom. The take off was delayed causing me to miss my connection to SNA in Houston."

Miinukset: "Because of United's failure in Pittsburgh, I was unable to make it to IAD to fly from Washington to Manchester."
Plussat: "The flight was a lot more than what I had expected. I have spent my life staying in many hotel rooms and my fair share in planes, this was an excellent flight. It was on time both from Appleton to Chicago and Chicago to Houston. I have no complaints."
Plussat: "Seats were comfortable and the most surprising was the leg room. I am 6'1" and it really helped. Food was average, have had way better on other aircraft carriers."
Miinukset: "No charging point. Tray was not working properly. The entertainment screen was difficult to use. The touch screen was very difficult to use."

Miinukset: "I was unhappy with the handing of my luggage when unloaded plane side in Houston. The unwillingness of the representatives of United to help was extremely dissapointing. My flight being delayed I guess was just the icing on the cake."
Miinukset: "The delay at the end of a long day kicked our butts. United's communication via boarding agents, the United App, etc was terribly delayed and unacceptable. Not having pilots in place to fly the plane was unacceptable. We will find an alternate airline in the future if possible."

Miinukset: "Pilot announced we would arrive early in Seattle. When we go to Seattle we waited 30 minutes for a gate and actually arrived late. When we got to baggage claim we had no claim area posted for our flight; another 15 minutes waiting to find out where our luggage would be"
Plussat: "Flight on time, bathroom was clean. Flight attendants did their jobs, but were arrogant"
Miinukset: "I checked in online and was asked to pay $25 for my 1 checked bag, but was told at airport i shouldnt have been charged bcuz 1st checked bag is free. Why did i have to pay $25?"
Plussat: "Crew was attentive, got my membership upgrade without hassle. Enjoyed economy plus with the extra leg room."
Miinukset: "Older plane with older entertainment options."

Miinukset: "Nothing really. I would like it if pilots would be more interactive. Tell passengers landmarks and cities/states they pass over. Seems no one does that."

Plussat: "In seat entertainment was pretty good. Food was also surprisingly good, though it would have been nice if bigger. To be fair, it was typical sized for an airline meal."
Miinukset: "They ran out of wine in economy. I had two tiny cups and then was told they were all out. Seats in economy plus only barely reclined. I just can't sleep on an overnight flight when sitting virtually vertical. I was seated in economy plus so the legroom was reasonable."
