Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Miinukset: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Everything good except comfort of seat.
Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Plussat: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Miinukset: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."
Plussat: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Miinukset: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Miinukset: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Miinukset: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

Miinukset: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
Check in personnel were awesome! Weather problems in Chicago caused us to be on an earlier flight but our luggage didn’t make it to our final destination.

I loved the FinnAir blueberry juice
Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.

The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Miinukset: "I didn't like the cramped spaces, especially when the person in front of me would put their seat back. It was hard to get in and out if you needed to use the restrooms and to eat with your food on the tray table ."
Miinukset: "Had a horrible time reserving a seat ( willing to pay) because the confirmation number changed and I was not informed. Took several calls to BA, a trip to the airport and an act of god to finally mange it. Was very stressful."

Had to leave the airport to pick up my bag, re-check it and come back through security. Would not have made it if the flight crew hadn't let me exit the airplane first!"

Plussat: "Flight was on time. Check in staff, Lounge + lounge staff and Cabin crew were on par with expectations (very good). Disembarking the plane at Heathrow was organised, immigration process (I used the e-gates) was very quick and bags arrived promptly."
Miinukset: "Many ground staff on hand - but felt overall lack of coordination specifically after security check at the gate, with yet another boarding card check which seemed a bit pointless as boarding cards were checked before gate security as well? Eventually boarding the plane - one lady ended up in the wrong line for upper deck seating (which shows that the numerous boarding card checks they failed to give proper guidance on what line to join)."
Plussat: "Was able to get a bulkhead seat. Wheelchair staff were very efficient at LHR and TPA. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "The there was not a legroom class (or bulkhead seat)that could be pre-specified. I do not really care about other extras extras for premium economy. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front."

Miinukset: "Paid for tickets in advance and were not given assigned seats until arrival at the airport. Were placed on standby as the flight was oversold. Thankfully we didn't miss the flight but this caused some unecessary stress."

Miinukset: "The replacement plane was very old. The entertainment screen was actually smaller than my phone, with just 4 low definition movie selections that started at preset times. My phone had 45 HD movies that started whenever I wanted them to. Toilets were dirty and in poor condition."
Delayed flight 5 h!!! Poor food and beverage, less comfortable and bad service
See other explanation. This flight didn't happen. It was canceled and rebooked less than 12 hours prior to departure. I was rebooked on United through DC. Actually through both DC airports! Arriving at one and flying from the other. It took over an hour on the phone to be rebooked in and out of the same airport on to Athens.

Miinukset: "Flight was more than 2 hours late - same as the flight from Columbus to Toronto when we left- the ground crew did not know or care where the plane (a replacement craft) was coming from or when it arrived and let it sit on the ramp for about 15 minutes before marshaling it in and the seats we got after waiting all that time were excessively worn and felt like we were sitting in bowls. The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."

I had to work that day and the mishap completely threw mms schedule off and costed me my job."

Miinukset: "Food wasn’t spectacular, and being limited to credit card purchasing is always a problem for many travellers. Pre-purchasing options are a great option except for last minute wishes."

Miinukset: "Terrible food and entertainment on the flight to and from Santiago. Felt squizzed like a sardine in the can in the middle row. I will never choose Boening 777 for overnight flights. Transfer in Toronto was confusing. Delayed arrival caused problems in retrieving luggage and made a stressful experience getting to Chicago flight on time - not mentioning sluggish US border check in Toronto. For my next trip, I would rather pick another airline and transfer airport."

Seats were pretty comfortable with sufficient leg room (I am tall), but if you are a wide person (or next to one) it would have been pretty cramped. Neither of my flights (to Newfoundland) were full so we all had a bit of extra space. Food was adequate but could be improved with fruit instead of dessert."

Miinukset: "I have never flown an airline that served dinners without offering a vegetarian (typically pasta) option as a standard meal. Had no idea that I would need to request this, so I did not have dinner on the flight, as the meals were either chicken or beef. At this point in the 21st century, a meatless diet is a widespread life choice, for either ethical or health reasons. I would really like to see a pasta option as a default. Thanks for taking feedback."
Plussat: "Good flight everything was pleasant but..."
Miinukset: "My bag did not arrive for close to 2 hours after we landed. About 15 bags were released on the carousel at an appropriate time and over an hour later the rest of the plane's bags arrived. The staff were not overly concerned. They announced a number of times that the bags were coming, it was almost comical. I have dealt with this before at Pearson I don't understand why it takes large amounts of time to unload bags from the plane? Or why a few bags arrived and the others took 2 hours? I am not sure if Air Canada has any control over this or if it is Pearson's responsibility but I would appreciate if you could forward this complaint to the appropriate folks. Thanks."

Miinukset: "In order to have a vegan or any special meal they ask you to call 48hs before. I've done online but the site I used for booking didn't pass the options requested. Then at checking counter they can't add it not even the return flight. This option should be able to be added anytime! Then why they can't put the meat aside for the hot plate so at least we could eat the rest. Also when preparing vegan or vegetarian meals you can just give cookies and cakes or white pasta! Any meal should be balanced, as for vegen meals it also have to have some vegetal complete protein combination."

Miinukset: "My luggage did not arrived until 4 days in to my trip. I was told that some of my luggage ended up in China. It messed up the wedding ceremony that I went for. Gifts that I bought all got broken, the bag all torn. Air Canada refuse to upgrade my flight as a compensation. All their representatives did not help or provide any support. Other than stating "we are sorry". I and my family and friends will never fly with air Canada again."

Also, your wifi on the plane isn't strong enough to download the app, forcing people to rent the iPads. I see what you're doing, air canada, and it sucks. Next trip to Europe will definitely not be with your airline!"

Dinner came at 8:30, after staring at those with special meals eat and finish an hour before everyone else, they should wait with the rest of us. Breakfast was pretty lackluster. Their online app and check in is awful- they should hire new coders and UX designers to increase functionality."

Miinukset: "Booked 4 months in advance - flew solo. Only window seat left was at the very back, near where the crew prepared everything. The entire flight was spent listening to them prepare meals, discuss their trip itinerary, shifts and how Air Canada treats them, as employees, so poorly. The crew were very short with most passengers and it seemed over staffed."
Plussat: "My scren was´t working ok, and the screen of my sister seat was in ¨wait please..¨ half of the trip. The boarding wasn´t on time but the crew memebers where really nice. Overall okey"
