Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Miinukset: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

The flight was delayed for five hours due to airplane issues.
So much fun to be delayed 3.5 hours so you land at 12:12 a.m. CT and then discover there are planes stacked on the tarmac but no open gates. We’ve been sitting in a hot plane for 1:20 and have no estimate when we’ll get a gate. This was poor gate management by American Airlines and DFW. Every AA flight I am on of late has been problematic at best.

American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."
Miinukset: "I was advised by customer service agent over the phone that it would only cost me $100 for an extra bag on my flight and that it would remain the same whether i paid it online or at the airport. However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

Miinukset: "super cranky flight attendants who looked and talked to us like we are idiots. Not just my feelings; the rest of my travel group of 7 agrees...."

Miinukset: "I paid for an upgraded seat on this flight and wished I hadn't. Whole rows of seats were empty and I would have been more comfortable in my original seating, according to the seating plan during online check in the entire plane was booked out but for a few seats."
Miinukset: "It was a much older plane than I'm used to, and a really long flight to have no entertainment options. Seats were more cramped than normal, and even numbered weird, it took me some time to find my seat. Overhead storage was very difficult to get into."

Miinukset: "The leg room under the seats is impeded by the seat support structure. This is not such a problem on other planes."

Plussat: "Our flight attendant, Sabrina, was fantastic. Quite friendly and helpful. You can tell she loves her job. She patiently answered questions and made the flight really pleasant."

Miinukset: "The entertainment consisted of an IPad that you had to rent, and the attendants were not cheerful not helpful.... Just in a constant hurry."

Plussat: "Different announcements for boarding occurred almost simultaneously, making it hard to understand what was being said."

Miinukset: "They didn't clearly call zones, so I wasn't sure when I could board and ended up being one of the last people to get on the plane."

Miinukset: "Too much late. I missed all my itenerary planned by Campus France. I had to pay for a taxi and a new train ticket."
Plussat: "Again, we arrived safely but a bit late."
Miinukset: "We're on a flight for 10 hours and our breakfast was a piece of banana bread. After a very disappointing dinner. Really didn't cut it. Have to access entertainment on my device - no thanks. Overall they just did everything on the cheap."
Miinukset: "Because of a three and a half hour delay on the first leg of the journey, I missed the overseas flight. They out me up in a hotel, but I had to wait 24 hrs for the next flight. There was no attempt to get me on another flight and so far no willingness to compensate me for the other travel I had to rebook."

Plussat: "Had to change initial flight due to passport problem. Customer support was excellent. The man who rebooked our flights (air canada representative) did an excellent job."

Miinukset: "We arrived from Rome at 3:30 - we wouldn't have made our 5:25 flight to Boston if I hadn't contacted an agent 2 times stating we were STILL in the security line"
Miinukset: "One flight cancelled and the rebooked flight was delayed 2 hours, causing us to miss connections. We ended up arriving in Montreal 9 hours after originally scheduled going from Columbus, Ohio to Montreal."
Plussat: "It started with some of the computers were not working some of the people that worked there had very bad attitude,"

The sad part is, vayama and Air Canda (mis-spelled on purpose - deserves even less respect) do not even offer a partial credit if I want to cancel. Never am I going to use any of these or perhaps visit a bass-ackwards country like canada"

Miinukset: "The tragedy in Brussels closed the airport and canceled the flight, and my agent has been unable to get the ticket refunded despite all his efforts."

Flight was cancelled by the airline, the morning of the flight.
Up-to-date entertainment such as movies.
I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.
Booked flight on Iberia.com. There was no way to contact them to make a desired date change. Nobody answers the phone and social media refers you to phone channels. Vueling refused to help and referred us back to Iberia who doesn’t answer the phone.
Plussat: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Miinukset: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"

Miinukset: "We specifically paid and picked seats in advance towards the front of the plane and when we checked in at the counter the day of they reassigned us to different seats that they choose at the back of the plane without giving us any type of explanation for doing so. What was the point then in charging us extra to pick our seats?! Also when the person in front of you reclines their seat back you are left with very little room."
Plussat: "The plane didn’t have coach puls class that I paied for and they gave me an upgrade to business class! Great Surprise!"

Miinukset: "The crew was not good at all. there was no water service, one had to go to the kitchen and beg for water. in particular the male crew was not happy to help with anything. the snack before landing was served 45 mins before arrival so everything had to be rushed. Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience"

Plussat: "I loved the Madrid airport!! Iberia out of Madrid is lovely."
Plussat: "The plane arrived safely, it will get you where you want to go."
Miinukset: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."
Miinukset: "I didn't have any video for over two hours. I had to speak to 4 different crew members to get them to reset my monitor. They were not very friendly."

Plussat: "Flight from tel aviv to Madrid was awful. Bathroom was dirty and no hand soap. Ordere d a special meal and never came. It was so cramped you couldn't move. I was betwee 2 tall men who placed there legs under my seat. No direction for connection flight."

Plussat: "The staff is incredibly friendly and they serve you a lot of food and drinks. I think the seats on the larger planes are older but they are more comfortable for me and I loved my movie selections! I took 4 flights with Iberia 2 long ones (11 hours each way) and two shorter ones (5 hours each way) and they were on time, friendly and very comfortable on every flight! I will definitely be flying with them again!"

Miinukset: "once we got to the airport (JFK)- Iberia ran the flight, we waited over 3 hours (yes 3 hours) for our luggage with very little information about why it was delayed some said security, some said weather we got announcement that it would be there in 15 min then monmentarily but we still waited 2 more hours this experience- esp the poor information in addition to the wait really tainted my expereince. I would not fly Iberia again and recommend that FinnAir not affiliate with them"

Plussat: "The crew in Madrid was extremely helpful. We almost missed our flight because of traffic getting to the airport but they were able to help us check-in quickly and get our bags on board. We were honestly impressed by their efforts as we were very late. In addition the plane was comfortable and the entertainment offerinand were great. For such a long flight it barely felt that way."
