Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

This flight was a bit of a let down compared to our departing flight. The food was pretty bad, I couldn't even cut the meat. But the thing that made this less enjoyable was the terrible check-in process. We waited over 70 minutes to check in for Business class. Numerous people almost missed their flight, which made the line even longer. I've never waiting in a standard line that long to check-in, so to experience it for Business class was disappointing at best. Also, the flight attendants weren't as friendly as the ones on our flight to London. One of them with dark hair was great, but the other 2 were grumpy and seemed irritable most of the flight. The experience was quite different from our flight from SEA to LHR, so it was a bummer to end the trip on a mediocre note--especially with the cost of these tickets.
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin

Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.
Last minute gate change at Charles de Gaulle, required me to walk further to alternate gate for my flight to Punta Cana.
It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Miinukset: "My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting."
Miinukset: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

The breakfast on offer was terrible. We booked through Flybe, with our reference no and a flight no that was different from Air France. We could not book in on-line with this no, and could not do it automatically at the airport either. We had to book in at the desk. Same thing on the way back, except that even at the desk, the Air France check-in man had difficulty. He told us first of all to go to Flybe desk, but we couldn't find it and had to come back.What went wrong here? It was a shambles. I hope I will get a response to this."

My direct flight was canceled and I had to go through Atlanta. I checked out my luggage through customs in Atlanta and checked them in to Philadelphia. I boarded on Friday, bags arrived on Monday at 6 Pm. The suitcases are bashed in, the contents spilled and ruined my expensive bags and shoes . I had to throw several cooked foods away because they had gone bad. My original ticket from Accra to London on Oct 6 was canceled without an explanation. Then the flight 24 hours later, was changed . It was a nightmare without any explanations or compensation.

Miinukset: "I've never been help so much by a flight staff they were fantastic. The food was topical airplain food but the entertainment was pretty good and the over all experience was really nice."

Miinukset: "Since my flight was connecting from London to New York we barely had a break even though we were suppose to have a 2.5 hour layover. As soon as we got off our first plane we were directed to American Airline security where they questioned me about my trip and what I did in Spain. Then I was directed to TSA where it took a long time to get through the lines. I got to my gate an hour before take off and they were already boarding. I didn't have a moment to take a bathroom break or grab a drink/snack. But again, this experience was not all that bad because all the positive notes listed above."

A very nice BA agent met me as I deplaned at London Heathrow and ran with me thru Terminal 3. Helped me clear security with a priority card and ran to my gate with 2 minutes to spare. The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. The flight attendants were OK but not excessively helpful."

Miinukset: "I checked in online and had my seats reserved and I only had one piece of luggage to check in. In LAX, as long as I checked in for the flight on time, all I had to do in LA was go to a kiosk and check my luggage myself and give it to the people who work at the counter. The whole process took 5 minutes. However, even though I was checked in For my flight, in LHR, I was told that I still had to wait in the long line for those who needed their boarding passes among checking in tons of luggage. I was given a paper ticket lthough i already had one in my iPhone apple wallet. Besides waiting, for what I thought was a waste since I only had to check in luggage, the gates seemed so far away and the scheduling boards don't indicate right away as to what gate I need to go to. Luckily, my app told me what gate and I was hoping it was correct because I had to walk so far. Basically my gripes were with the airport and not with the flight itself. One thing bout the plane from London to lax, it seems the bigger the plane, the less legroom I had. I felt too close to the people next to me. The plane from Paris had more room."

Was told it was on the next flight and should be arriving by 1-2:00pm depending who you talked to. I was told they don't start delivering lost luggage until 5:00pm. At 6:00pm I call for an update. No update available other than its on it's way. I called again at 8:00pm, 9:00pm 10:30pm & 11:15pm. Still no update was given. At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"

Miinukset: "Sat near the back. Pre dinner drinks ran out before they got to us. When they came back with more, they skipped us by starting further back. We brought that to their attention and got our drinks, but they never offered drinks again."
Plussat: "The crew were very nice and friendly."
Miinukset: "The seat configuration in business class is the worst of all carriers I have ever flown. Very uncomfortable in so many ways."

Miinukset: "Due to the age of the plane there was no outlet to plug in your phone."
Miinukset: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"
Plussat: "The flight crew was amazing. The entertainment system was great"
Miinukset: "Landed almost an hour late. Food was HORRIBLE. worst pasta of my life. The crew while kind, we busy chatting in the galley most of the flight. Never came around (besides the initial drink cart and the meal) to offer water or check on passengers. They forced me to close the window while we were flying and I bought a window seat so i could look out. The boarding process was very slow and disembarking took ages. Problems with loading the baggage led to an issue at baggage claim where they were stuck."
Plussat: "We waited an hour to board with a wheelchair and were the last on and I had to push. Gate personnel were inattentive and dismissive."
Miinukset: "Food was pretty mediocre"

Miinukset: "They didn't give a direct flight but gave to Mumbai and then from Mumbai to Hyderabad. Had to collect my luggage and recheckin those."
Plussat: "Flight attendants were pleasant."
Miinukset: "no complimentary beverage service - maybe that’s common in Europe but as an American I was used to getting some kind of a drink."
Plussat: "Six years ago, after a very bad experience with this airline, I swore never to use BA again. However, this year, because of my children, I found myself on this airline again and had a very positive experience. The flight was on time, luggage was transferred without a hitch, the food was excellent and in-flight entertainment had a great variety to choose from. The 747 provided a very steady flight experience. Personnel were reasonably helpful. Continue this kind of service - it will help you remain successful."
Plussat: "The new boarding process (just one general call, rather than a bunch of zones) was simple, quiet, and efficient."
Miinukset: "The seats were very uncomfortable. There were small ridges on the left and right side - perhaps to compensate for the very shallow seat depth. But these made it hard to sit more on one side of the seat than the other, something you'd want to do if you were sat next to someone who took up a good deal of armrest area. Media screens had a good selection but were unresponsive and had poor picture quality."

Plussat: "I loved the safety demonstration video it felt like watching a movie and got everyone’s attention. Simply amazing and glad to see a lot of diversity. Flight crew were amazing too. Am Gobsmacked wow"

Plussat: "The plane was not full and therefor gave us an opportunity to spread out."

Miinukset: "Cancelled the flight with no explanation. This is the second time in a row my return flight to BWI from LHR has been cancelled."
Plussat: "The entertainment, food and crew were good"
Miinukset: "The seats on the 747-400 were less comfortable than the Airbus 300 going to London. The airbus also provided several more inches of legroom."
Plussat: "The chicken and cheese risotto meal was excellent. One of our flight attendants, Sharon, stood out from the others with her service and friendliness, however all crew was good. Airbus A380 was the smoothest flight I've ever been on."
Miinukset: "The pepperoni pizza wrap snack was not good."
Plussat: "Premium Economy seats LHR-SAN. Comfortable, decent food, nice variety of entertainment. This flight is the best way to get from San Diego to Europe."
Miinukset: "The TV portion of the entertainment system didn't work, but there were enough movies to keep me occupied for the 11 hours of the flight."
Miinukset: "The BA crew at the check in needs improvement. BA has different standards from other carriers that make it confusing. Bag sizes for on board carry on luggage accepted by other carriers are not accepted by BA. So you can fly in with one carrier and then BA says that the bag cannot go on the flight. In a different flight our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to the next day. I have been trying to find out how to get compensated for this as it says on their website and have not been able to do that yet."
Miinukset: "For the 2nd time, neither me or my husband got our food choice...it has happened everytime we have flown. And we purchased full fare business class seats! I can understand once and maybe for one of us but it has happened EVERY time. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I sadly left my laptop onboard and I called the number for SFO BA Lost and Found for 48 hours....every 20 minutes. NO ONE answered and no one returned my messages. I finally had to drive back to the airport to talk to a human....a 5 hr round trip. No laptop turned in and it didn't turn back up in London. So clearly, cleaning crew stole it. That in its own right is a problem but NO ONE returning my calls. Completely unacceptable. I got the duty manager's email and emailed him TWICE over TWO days before he returned my email. I highly doubt I will fly BA again, I'm afraid."
Plussat: "Flight crew was incredibly nice and professional. They were particularly attentive to another passenger that had food allergies. The seats were comfortable, with neck support and low back pillows. The over-intercom announcements were just enough to keep passengers aware of relevant info. There were lots of entertainment choices on the tv in the back of the seat. The first meal was really good (pasta). Thank you for a great flight."
Miinukset: "The boarding gate was not announced until very close to boarding time and boarding seemed a bit of a free-for-all. The second meal/ 'hot snack' of a pizza pocket was gross."
Plussat: "The crew were very nice and helpful"
Miinukset: "The inflight entertainment system was at least 15 years old and it did not work in my seat despite numerous attempts to reset. As someone who cannot sleep on flights I was very uncomfortable and annoyed that I had to sit through 12 hours of flying with nothing to watch or listen to."
Plussat: "Arrived 30 minutes late after problem at gate with the Jetway not retracting. Ground staff were pleasant. In-flight staff were friendly and helpful. Food was okay."
Miinukset: "Having to pay to select your seats is bargain carrier behavior. My family of four had to pay nearly $400 extra to select our seats in advance instead of having them assigned to selecting them the day of the flight. Seats were cramped and not too comfortable. I flew Air France on a previous trip to Europe and it was much more comfortable seating. The in-flight entertainment system kept freezing up and had to be reset multiple times. The touch screen (which is the method of navigation through the system) did not work. On a 5 hour flight that would be an inconvenience - on an 11 hour flight it is a bit more of a problem."
Plussat: "I enjoyed everything about my experience from booking through the airport, flight and customer service. Great job!"
Plussat: "Staff was extremely friendly"
Miinukset: "Seats were too close and comfort was hard for the long flights. I wish premium economy was better explained to one world partners prior to booking so there would be access to better seats."
Plussat: "The complimentary meal was very good and a decent amount of food that satisfied my hunger. Free wine."
Miinukset: "The lady at the check in counter changed the seat I paid to reserve from the front to the back of the plane without informing me"

Miinukset: "A few peoples televisions, including my own, just stopped working midway through the flight. The crew didn't offer us much to drink (like they didn't walk around offering water enough). Also paid extra for seating which we did not get the seats I paid for pretty sure."
Miinukset: "Delayed and poor food"
Miinukset: "Everything. no one helped me with the upgrade no time due to poor customer service."
Plussat: "Boarding process and crew were efficient."
Miinukset: "Seats were super-cramped, could not lean back to anything approaching a comfortable level, food was very ordinary, and the entertainment choices extremely limited."
Miinukset: "The in-flight entertainment had issues about an hour and a half into the 8 hour flight. The crew reset individual seats with no improvement. They made any announcement asking people to stop hitting the call button about it because they were aware of the problem and said that if there was no improvement they would reset the entire plane's entertainment system which they never did. Therefore, we did not have any functioning entertainment for the remaining 6.5 hours of the flight."
Plussat: "Nothing in specific. But good service and people."

Plussat: "The staff were prompt is serving food and drinks, good selection of movies on board."
Miinukset: "Other passengers weren't the best, and unfortunately there were many small children on the plane, which meant it was very noisy."
Plussat: "Seat selection options, easy to use online services"
Miinukset: "Entertainment system did not work at one of the seats on flight home. Flight was pushed off, causing it to land at 3:30 am."
