Flight itself was fine.
Boarding was late, as were all the other Icelandair flights I took on this trip.
My wife and I wen business class called Saga class we have flown first class on other airlines and know the drill. In this case we were wrong The Saga class passengers were in line when we were told we would need to wait for 55 members of a high school soccer team to board. Did not have a lot of time to settle in Saga class once they were on

The Reykjavik Airport is terribly disorganized. Not enough seats to sit in. People sitting on the floor waiting for their flights. Looked like conditions in a third world country. Long lines to wait for flights to leave and to buy food in the food court. An absolute zoo. MY FLIGHT TO KANSAS CITY WAS NOT EVEN ANNOUNCED. I noticed that people were walking up to the check in gate. I asked a couple of people if the KC flight was boarding. They said that they weren't sure, but they were going to check. It turns out that it was the KC flight, but it was NEVER ANNOUNCED. Horrible airport administration. No excuses for all the problems at this airport.
Nice fast in and out process. Good duty free shop
It was delayed which made the change of planes in Reykjavik stressful
I like traveling with AirFrance in general.
Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!

He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board.
he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.
Flew KLM 27 years ago and the airlines seem to be stuck in the same era. Food is poor quality... Have you recently checked the Gulf carriers.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
Good service onboard, good food. On time.
Friendly attendants. Decent food, and frequent snacks and beverages.
No charging ports for electronic devices.
Flight delayed more then an hour without anyone knowing anything about it.
Modern plane with wider than normal economy seats. Wide screens with a variety of new movies. Food was good. It’s still airplane food but it’s good. Easy process after all with booking m, checking in, onboarding etc
The service was very nice and courteous
The seats don’t match up to the comfort level and privacy of the other airlines
