Service was excellent but food was mediocre
Check in crew was very unreasonable and charged me for excessive baggage when I was only 2 kgs over They wasted a lot of time and flight was not on time. They charged extra a a cup of coffee.
Since it was a long journey should have better service and address all comfort and concerns for passengers.
The flight was great but layover was 14 hours and nothing was provided by the airline to cushion the wait.
Correction it was Doha to BKk I had seating problem. Phl to Doha was a goody

I had a horrible experience booking tickets in kayak. Got cancelled the last minute and had to give a hefty price. No customer support as well.
Qatar airlines denied issue of any Boarding Pass to me at the Airport Check in counter, siting the reason that pre-booking of Covid Test appointment 'on arrival' at Kolkata Airport (CCU) was a mandatory requirement, even if I was not traveling from (or through) any of the 19 (nineteen) 'AT-RISK' countries notified by Govt.of India for the purpose of International Arrival. Moreover, Air-suvidha form of Govt of India which I had pre-filled with required documents, never asked me or redirected me to any Covid test pre-appointment site 'on arrival' by the international passenger. The QA executive at the Houston (Texas, USA) air-port check in counter informed me about this about this and said it has come from their internal memo. They even denied issuing me a copy or to take any photo of the same internal note. Though as per our understanding the same is not required as per Govt of India's latest guidelines in related to international passengers arriving in any of the Indian airports (including Kolkata). My subsequent telephonic call to Qatar Airways Customer Care centre also did not help. They only could inform me to send a mail using 'feedback' link in the Qatarairways official site and ensured that it would be replied within 12 hours. Even after making a complaint (through Feedback link in QA official website), I have not yet received any reply from them even after 4 days (besides an automated acknowldgement) of my complaint. In none of their earlier communication to me, neither Qatarairways nor by 'Kayak' / Indian Eagle, this requirement (even if it was mandatory) was ever been ever communicated to me. Suffered a huge loss due to this. Very much disappointed with the Qatar airways.

The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"

On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !
I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Miinukset: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Miinukset: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Miinukset: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Plussat: "I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable."
Miinukset: "Ethiad was not helpful at all and did not provide any same day help. They’re customer service was absolutely terrible."

Plussat: "The seats were very comfortable with good leg room. Food was excellent. Cabin crew was friendly and accommodating."
Miinukset: "The entertainment screen looked aged. Very slow and not so good resolution. Certain sections of the Abu Dhabi airport are disappointing. Bathrooms in that particular section of the airport were really dirty and broken. Also travelling by bus to the airplane is not desired for such a major airline home airport. I read somewhere that airport is going to go through major renovation in 2019, so I hope it will become as good as Dubai airport"
Miinukset: "The person checking me in at Delhi was rude. Didn’t let me take the cabin bag that others were allowed to take."

Plussat: "The flight from AMM to Abu Dhabi was excellent. Movie selection was excellent. Everything was excellent. The flight from Abu Dhabi to Muscat was so so. It might be due to the short duration."

Miinukset: "Front ppl at the counter was absolutely horrible. I will never ever recommend any one to fly with Etihad airways.i travel for work and I never had a experience like this. Never in my life."
Miinukset: "Was not allowed to board flight, had to purchase a second d ticket, told no seats available until Sept 17 which was a lie, after an additional charge of $750.10. Could not reach customer service. Ended up buying a ticket with another airline. Would like some reimbursement in this."

Miinukset: "The fly agency supposed to advise me a hotel inside the airport I asked to be inside the terminal so I had to cancel the booking in there and lose money because the hotel they advised me was outside the terminal not inside"
Plussat: "Accurate. Take off was smooth. Crew were sooo kind. Boarding was fast. New computer was fantastic. New movies ."
Miinukset: "1. Seats were really narrow. 2. Although my first plane from Seoul to Abu Dhabi was for 10 hours but only one meal served and it was omlette with sausage And at the beginning a small toast sandwich served. This indeed very strange because everytime I flied with Etihad you serve 2 meals one of them is meat or chicken with rice. I was really starving until the next glight because when we left Incheon airport it was 12.55am and most restaurants were closed. Please try to solve this issue"
Miinukset: "Some times we did not take food from crew, I and my kids are slept. When we woke up kids feeling hungry, they are not provided food"
Miinukset: "Overall the flight was okay. What was disappointing was that our luggage didn't reach Prague at the same time. I have a meeting tomorrow and really wanted to take a bath upon arriving at the hotel. The problem is, all my clothes were in my luggage. Add to the fact that I have an early meeting tomorrow and I don't know what time my luggage will arrive."
Miinukset: "The staff at Kathmandu airport Etihad check-in counter was very rude. He asked too many unnecessary personal questions and asked to present the document to verify."

Miinukset: "The guest services agent at Delhi when I checked in was very strict about having a through ticket at my destination which almost caused me to miss my flight. I had previously checked with the consolate at my destination and there was no such requirement. Upon arrival, there was no concern whatsoever about having a through ticket. I know she was just doing her job, but this caused a lot of unnecessary stress."
Plussat: "Good in-flight service. professional crew."
Miinukset: "Extremely strict on carry-on baggage weight policy. I wish I knew about this policy before going to the airport. Ended up paying $110 more, having to move stuff from my carry on bags to checked in luggage."
Plussat: "Service is excellent, seats are comfortable, food is tasty and the entertainment system is top class. To add to all of this the Crew is really friendly and helpful."

Miinukset: "My luggage is lost. I have to wait for 3 days for it to get to my final destination. That is very upsetting."
Miinukset: "We did not get our bags (total of 6 bags) - It was extremely difficult with an infant and a toddler to manage without clothes and meds. Staff was extremely arrogant during the flight, not helpful at all. Boarding process was a huge disaster - no planning, no zone boarding and unnesessary panic. Lastly food, worst frozen food. The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

Miinukset: "We got rerouted through Singapore for an unscheduled stop, had a flight crew change which added 3 hours onto the flight which caused me to nearly miss my connecting flight to Bahrain. I did make the flight being the last person to board, but my bag did not."

Miinukset: "This is the last time to travel with etihad , very bad staff and not coorporated at all except for ( business and first class) Accordinh to my 2 experience with them they did not componsate me for the flight was missing because of their delay and the other one because checked in desc dont accept my bag even if i checked in and i have the boarding and they did this just to buy new ticket for 300 euros ? For nothing and waist time I gave them 0 out of 10"

Plussat: "the only thing that stands out was the agent who checked me in at Entebbe. She was pleasant and helpful. Most things were ok, but not special."
Miinukset: "Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle."

Miinukset: "Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience"
Miinukset: "I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics."

Miinukset: "Checking in could be made easier by the airline communicating with the staff. They were not aware i had an email that i could check in luggage and they were not helpful or providing good customer services - unprofessional & inexperienced. Lost my luggage both ways."

Plussat: "Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job."
Plussat: "Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge."
Miinukset: "I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

Plussat: "We were delayed boarding slightly, delayed sat on a steaming gate shuttle then sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours while storms passed. But the crew gave regular updates, provided food and water, allowed us to walk about. It was as plesent as such a situation could be."

Miinukset: "Very disappointing, Lufthansa airline sold my return ticket to another customers with out notifying me, so i’m stuck in here now and i have to find another ticket. And of course the flight is not refundable."

Miinukset: "Not enough beverage service. Only had the chance for 1 glass of wine with meal. Would have liked a water station set up so that you can help yourself whenever needed. Boring/very limited movie selection."

Miinukset: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."
Miinukset: "Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."
Plussat: "Not much. Flight was pleasant and smooth."
Miinukset: "They called us for boarding before anyone was at the gate and we all had to wait on a stairwell until they opened. It made no sense and seemed dangerous to have so many people waiting on the stairs. Nothing was served on an hour flight, not even water unless you paid for it. Never encountered that before on any other airlines."
Miinukset: "There was a long-ish and poorly organised layover in Luanda, which involved the flight crew individually identifying the carry-on luggage on the plane so as to ensure no one who had disembarked had left anything behind. This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Miinukset: "We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

Miinukset: "Even though I'm a star Alliance frequent traveler status holder, and the status grants an extra bag on economy class I was forced to pay for my first checked in bag. Furthermore, since I assumed I'll be getting my checked in luggage for free (as it states on the miles and more website) I didn't pay for it in advance a fee of 35$, meaning they made me pay 65$ in the airport."

We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."
