En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally interrupted one male flight attendant from doing his job, he politely gestured which reassured me that he would be right with me when he was done with what he was doing. I asked him if they had any heartburn or antiacids available which they didn't. These 2 interactions with the flight attendants made the flight very enjoyable."
Miinukset: "I was in couch and in the middle seat. I usually get the aisle or window so it was a hard adjustment to sleep in the middle seat because I didn't have leg room and couldn't lean my body against anything so I had to shift often to avoid my bottom from feeling numb."

Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

Gate was overcrowded and hot without enough seats. Staff was pleasant though and friendly and courteous and efficient."

But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

It would have been much better if the plane actually departed. The flight was canceled, so it took me about 36 extra hours to get home

Even if there were fewer options for cost reasons, I would think they'd still have more watcher enjoyment. Rather than pad the list with the likes of Boss Baby or Going out in Style or even a mediocre 60% offering in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wonderful crew, though, can't say enough about how polite and attentive they are."

Miinukset: "At the boarding que there was a Lufthansa employee singling out carry on bags for gate check, when they would clearly fit in the overhead. She addressed me and others in a curt and arguably rude tone of voice and mannerisms. No further instruction was given for the gate check process, hence I rolled the small suitcase to the entry of the aircraft, where the Purser asked why I would wish to check the bag. When I recounted the story, he chuckled and said, bring it aboard, there is no reason to check that bag."

The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Plussat: "The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Miinukset: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."
Miinukset: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."
Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
Miinukset: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"
Plussat: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"
Miinukset: "There was no entertainment which is why I assigned that category only one star. The boarding process in Amsterdam could have been a bit smoother. Announcements were no clear."

This was a one hour trip before our main flight to LA so we didn’t expect much.
This is NOT a review for SAS or Kayak. It's a review for their booking service Chat Deal. I booked a flight via Kayak thru Chat Deal on SAS. Chat Deal incorrectly put my business name on the ticket, picking it up from the credit card, instead of my name which I had properly filled out on their form and proofed it carefully at checkout. That took an act of God to correct. Then, unfortunately, I failed my Covid test and couldn't board the flight to Sweden from Maimi. SAS stated I had to go thru the booking service for credit. Chat Deal was horrible to deal with and offered no help. They said my only option was to re-book. The problem with that is my trip was for a business meeting. I have no reason to fly to Sweden again as this was a one-time thing. Chat Deal had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. They say phone calls are monitored for quality purposes? Then listen to my recorded calls and judge for yourself if you want to use them. I like Kayak as a search engine, but they should remove Chat Deal from their roster of booking providers. I suspect SAS is a fine airline, but they should remove Chat Deal as well. I should have read their reviews before booking through them. The writing was on the wall. My bad.
Check in at Stockholm airport was very slow, please make some improvement.

Miinukset: "The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me."

Miinukset: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."

Miinukset: "Boarding chaotic and Newark airport is very inconvenient. No signs to terminal B and the sky train with the compartment system is not very functional. I am tall person and sitting in the middle of the middle row was very inconvenient wilh not enough leg space."
Miinukset: "It was exceptionally on time. Very informative captain without being chatty. Crew was efficient but not very friendly. Food was tasty and sufficient."

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."
Miinukset: "website made it impossible to pay for baggage ahead pf time...so therefore they could and did rob us blind once we got to the airport the day of"

Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."
Plussat: "Seats are more comfortable than those of many other airlines."
Miinukset: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."
Plussat: "food was delicious and I liked that they give everyone a full bottle of water at the start of the flight; plane was new and updated"
Miinukset: "Boarding was awkward and just a giant mass of people funneling in; tv show options only had 1-3 episodes and not entire seasons"
Miinukset: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."
Plussat: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"

Miinukset: "The Lufthansa representative in Frankfurt made me check one of my bags, when SAS clearly said I was allowed to have one carry-on and one personal item. This was not a Lufthansa flight, but the rude attendant insisted on enforcing Lufthansa rules on an SAS flight and refused to even allow me to voice an objection. I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."
