Miinukset: "When I bought the ticket, checked bags were included in the price. When I got to the counter, they said no and I paid $80, which was more than the flight for two cost. When I tried to use my frequent flyer account to pay for the bags, they said I couldn’t, although I had over $200 in credit. Very bad service! Very bad!"

Miinukset: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."
Plussat: "The seat, the screen, the plane. Premium Economy in Iberia is totally worth."
Miinukset: "The power source wasn't working, Premium Economy pax can't go to the Business class restroom, although is just next to their area and have to cross half of the plane for the 1st Economy class restroom."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch was so small my knees were hard against the seat in front of me for 1.5 hours and I was miserable the whole time. To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. Miinukset: "For the first time ever an airline lost my luggage. I fly several times a year and thus was my firat time flying Iberia. What a headache and inconvenience."
Plussat: "The entertainment system with movies was great, with plenty of choices and good sound. The crew was very good. Legroom on the seats was good. They kept the temperature in the plane just right. We could board first because we had a 5-year-old child."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed an hour leaving Chicago, and arrived an hour late in Madrid. The screen was not updated in Chicago to let us know what was going on. It's a mass of people at the gate, with very little systematic lining up. One luggage piece did not come out on the carousel in Madrid. We had to wait 1.5 hr at the airport to confirm that they would send it to our Madrid hotel. Hopefully it will come. The food was mediocre. Pasta for dinner with little to no meat. Not even fruit. They are clearly saving money on the food."

Miinukset: "The flight crew only cared about their first class passengers."
Plussat: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Miinukset: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"
Miinukset: "Doctor recommended not to travel but no credit given."
Miinukset: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."
Plussat: "Great in flight experience! Cabin crew were very friendly and kind. Entertainment was awesome!"
Miinukset: "Food was delicious compared to most American airlines. However, portions were smaller. Seating is more narrow compared to standard non low-cost laung-haul airlines. You will not have a pleasant flight if you're a tall and/or a big person."
Plussat: "Reasonable leg room for a a 6 foot tall passenger"
Miinukset: "Old planes, pilot didn't communicate at times when he would mess around with engine speed and then increase altitude suddenly. Some passengers were truly scared."
Miinukset: "There was very little leg room - far less than a standard flight. Granted, I'm tall but be warned if you are flying British Airlines and it really is Iberia"
Plussat: "Staff, entertainment, food and the plane itself were all good."
Miinukset: "Leg room not great, but better than most planes."

Miinukset: "Chaotic boarding. A large crowd was allowed to clog gate access, and no announcements were made regarding boarding procedures therefore as a preboarding family with toddler we had to push through the crowd to accessential the gate. It seems boarding status announcements could have alleviated the boarding tension."
Miinukset: "The bus to the plane stayed fully packed at the terminal for several minutes. I heard several people start complaining about their heat. The crew at the terminal were brusque. Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."
Plussat: "The flight was nice, take off and landing went very smoothly, small turbulences on the way but nothing serious. Flight was on time as a result."
Miinukset: "Seats are not comfortable specially during almost 12 hour flight. Though I picked my seat when getting my boarding pass, they changed it in the end."

Plussat: "Seats were surprisingly good, even though we could only get two center seats. There were no available business class seats, but now I'm glad I saved the expense as the economy seating was quite comfortable. They took good care of us with food and comfort, and the time passes with plenty of movies to watch."
Miinukset: "Can't help it, but Heathrow is just so big, and requires extensive walking, bussing from one terminal to another, then underground trains, and waiting at the C gates which don't offer the range of restaurants that the main terminal does. But we had 2 1/2 hours to make the connection and there was plenty of time with baggage checked through."
Plussat: "The crew was very friendly, the pilot gave us some interesting information en route."
Plussat: "I do not know why we could not select seat upon booking - so that my wife and I could have sat next to each other. I know it's away you would like to make extra cash - but its a bit silly"

Miinukset: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."
Miinukset: "The person at the gate during the boarding was rude and unethical. I was asked to place the suitcase in the special cage to measure it and despite the fact that it fit the lady asked me to send it as cargo and pay. I had to call a supervisor to show him it fits. Even so the lady argued about. I have taken a picture and threaten to sue the company for harassment and unfair business practice. Jack Dauber"

Miinukset: "Very late service. Crew forgot about our row during the drinks service. Usual chaos from Ryanair's aggressive seating policy although people managed to swap themselves around to sit together. This wasted more time of course."
Plussat: "That the plane made it to its destination safely."
Miinukset: "Online check win had no place to pay for bags. Terrible customer service during check in. Made us get out of line and wait because they did not want to deal with us. Had to insist on a supervisor to handle issues.Had to pay an \additional $140 dollars to get on board for luggage and boarding passes. Ridiculous"

Miinukset: "Their website is extremely hard to use. I was unable to pay for my bags online and yet they advertize 25 euros a bag. I was charged 49 euros per bag at the airport.It costs more for your bag than for yourself to fly. I was not the only person in line at the baggage counter who had the same complaint. A family was charged over 300 euros for their luggage and they stated the same complaint that they were unable to pay for their luggage online. They are actually the most expensive way to travel."

Miinukset: "My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?"
Plussat: "Arriving on time"
Miinukset: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."
Plussat: "Staff is young and energetic! Beat crew on trip so fat and we've been on three other planes."
Miinukset: "Seats are eat too close if you are,tall. The landing was a,3,out of 10."
Plussat: "There is reallly nothing to like. It’s just a flight similar to a bus ride."
Miinukset: "It’s a low cost no frills airlines. It’s just like riding on a bus, so there is really nothing positive above t th experience. The worst part is the lack of directions to check in bags. At Gatwick, I had to pay for my bag in a completely different location and being the receipt to the counter. The website was ambiguous and it appeared as if one bag checked was free. Of course, that’s way too optimistic because nothing is free on the bus...I mean Ryan Air."

Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Miinukset: "My wife and I was split up and ended up in middle seats of different rows and neither of us had people to either side of us. This is Ryanair trying to get you to pay for guaranteed seating the next time you travel. Ridiculous!!"
Miinukset: "Had to pay 150 euros for checking at airport, even after paying extra foe seats and luggage. Boarding area is like a cattle landing shute. Ryanair is NOT suitable for american tourists in Europe. A poor experience."

Miinukset: "Comfort: No reclining seats. No seat pocket. the back of the headrest is an eye-sore and it is in-your-face for the entire flight. They have their advertisements there and there' no way to avoid seeing their ads. Boarding: I had priority boarding, but I could see chaos taking place . More importantly, there was a lady with serious mobility issues (she was old, limping and walking slowly) and nobody from the crew even spoke to her or offered to help as she was getting on or off the plane. I had to tell someone from the crew to get a wheelchair for her after she exited the plane. Upselling: disappointed. They even sell you scratch gamble games, they charge for water during the flight. Ticketing: they charge to print your boarding pass at the airport. I usually get a printed boarding pass at the airport, but stuck to just using my phone. Can not believe this experience. What kind of a airline is this?"

Plussat: "Generally the whole experience was very good. I'd use Ryanair again."
Miinukset: "Acoustics in both the airport and airplane were very poor. I understood almost nothing in French or in English."
Miinukset: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."
Plussat: "Crew was great, flight was on time and arrived at destination early."

Miinukset: "flight was a late time slot. Could have done with a few hours less in Eindhover. We were told to board and left outside in the cold for 15 minutes. No information or announcement as to why the delay.. or why in the freezing cold."
Miinukset: "The air conditioner must have been broken, since it was spraying super hot air and cold air every half an hour. Boiling or freezing. I ended up ill."
Miinukset: "The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury."
Plussat: "Crew was fine"
Miinukset: "Boarding was like a cattle call--corralled into a small hot space, standing because there was no seating and waiting for over 1/2 hour to board. Seats were cramped. There was no food--unless you are accustomed to paying over $10 for an unhealthy snack. To call the safety card affixed to the back of the seat in front of me "entertainment" is a joke. You will not need to worry about my ever flying your airline again."
Plussat: "It's affordable and Ryanair offer a lot of routes, so really when you're planning a complicated trip, they're a good option at times."
Miinukset: "Their check-in systems are really brutal. We were flying with a 20 month old and had overweight bags. We were happy to pay for them but we had to go find an attendant to take our payment because their automated system doesn't do that. I know they're saving money on staffing but I had to seriously consider if it was worth saving a few hundred dollars to go through some pretty epic frustration."

Plussat: "Cost of the ticket but then...,"
Miinukset: "We could not print the tickets. Called Ryan they said just print at the airport. We arrived 2 hours before our flight and were told go back to the machine, and print tickets. We were charged 15 euros x 6 tickets. The agent said, "you should have been here 3 hours early to avoid the charge." Probably will not fly with them again. Why wouldn't they mention this when we sat on hold to tell them we could not get the tickets to print??"
Miinukset: "Service was awful, employees were beyond rude and had no idea what they were talking about. We were assured by 2 different people we would be on time after we were told to go all over the place, paid 200 USD to check our bags only to be told at the gate that we couldn't board. THEN we were told we couldn't get our money back or our luggage until after the girl went on lunch break at 11:30am. She clearly just didn't want to deal with us. We watched her just sit there and do nothing because apparently it was her 1.5 hour break. We ended up flying with a different airline because our experience with Ryan Air was so bad. NEVER AGAIN"

Miinukset: "The person driving the bus from gate to plane was somewhat reckless and made us uneasy. Otherwise all was great."
Miinukset: "Bought my ticket in taxi going to airport, and RyanAir charged me 45 euros to print boarding pass. They stated it was part of their procedure, but nowhere in the confirmation email was it mentioned that I needed to print boarding pass or check in prior to coming to airport. Snide staff too. Total trap. Never flying RyanAir again."
Miinukset: "I was told I didn't make a on-line checking, and I was forced to pay 45 euro extra. That was nasty. You should have told more clearly about the on-line checkin."
