Really disturbing that only 2-3 people were masking in a flight full of maybe 80 passengers. The flight itself was okay.
Except constant choice of pasta and horrible salads, Lufthansa was excellent. Post Covid optimizations a savings don’t work so well. Understand company needs to survive.
Lied and said the plane had left when I could see it at the gate. Every flight was delayed and lufthansa was the reason I missed my flight, but they had no remorse. They are declining in customer care and on timely departures
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

I will not be leveraging Kayak again to book flights or hotels. My experience in trying to get an issue resolved was near impossible as I got bounced around from one company to the next; I called AA, Kayak, Iberia, ChatDeal and nobody was able to help me get checked in on my flight back home. It was only when I got to the AA checkin desk at the airport that they worked for an hour to get me checked in - AA in person customer support was amazing and they were able to correct for all the issues with this Kayak/Chatdeal booking. This booking was a mess - when I went through Kayak - I thought I was booking with British Air - then I got Iberia and AA - Iberia never even picked up the phone or called back - AA couldn't work with us at the onset b/c Iberia was the partner and they didn't have access to their records. Then I called ChatDeal and they told me that Iberia's servers have been down for over a week that's why the non response. Kayak booking with untrusted partners has led to a lost my trust and I will not be returning. However, I will be booking directly with AA again b/c of their customer support was great. Thanks for making such simple checkin processes so v. complex - never in my history with Kayak has this happened before and I will not let it happen again - by just not using you again.
Pilot was good. Internet is worst ever.
There were no individual air control for the seats so there was very little moving air throughout the entire flight. My entertainment system froze for twenty minutes of the flight. The check in process was slow and inefficient. The food was bland.
The crew were the worst I have ever had on a flight in a long time! One guy was stuffing food before the door closed in front of everyone. I asked the lady to help me find a spot for my luggage! I was instructed very rudely to keep walking to the back of the plane til I found somewhere. It was literally at the back. I was sitting in about row 9. Then when I sat back down she opened a compartment where I could have put my bag seriously!!!When we landed I asked her to assist in getting my bag. She pretty much ignored me no help at all. I finally retrieved my bag once everyone got off the plane. And I told them both when I departed the aircraft that was the worst service I have had in along time (the pilot was there also)and if this is how they treat tourists I would not fly again with them!!!! I did not eat or do entertainment so N/A there

It's a mass of people at the gate, with very little systematic lining up. One luggage piece did not come out on the carousel in Madrid. We had to wait 1.5 hr at the airport to confirm that they would send it to our Madrid hotel. Hopefully it will come. The food was mediocre. Pasta for dinner with little to no meat. Not even fruit. They are clearly saving money on the food."

The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."

Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."

The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."

When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."

More importantly, there was a lady with serious mobility issues (she was old, limping and walking slowly) and nobody from the crew even spoke to her or offered to help as she was getting on or off the plane. I had to tell someone from the crew to get a wheelchair for her after she exited the plane. Upselling: disappointed. They even sell you scratch gamble games, they charge for water during the flight. Ticketing: they charge to print your boarding pass at the airport. I usually get a printed boarding pass at the airport, but stuck to just using my phone. Can not believe this experience. What kind of a airline is this?"

Miinukset: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

Miinukset: "The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury."
Plussat: "I liked that the plane was boarded from the front and the back. I liked that you could check in weeks in advance. I had no issues pre-paying for luggage - just had to figure out what I was taking."
