Food should be supplied as per request. One meal option they are giving as per passenger request either vegetarian or non vegetarian. When real vegetarian people get to choose by that time all vegetarian meals are finished. Entertainment telugu movie collection is very poor. When 90% passengers are Telugu speaking there are only 2 Telugu movies whereas other language selection is more. Movies number should be based on passenger destinations

The staff lied to me all day long. No one informed me that my flight times had changed. I’m still sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. The worst experience I have ever had flying. With this level of incompetence and lack of compassion I can’t imagine how the airline business will survivor. This experience has encouraged me to stop traveling. May god have mercy on you and your customers. Not sure I can handle to be lied to my face anymore . Sleeping on the floor in the middle East with no hope of getting home

I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.

A wasted and very disappointing trip! I bought a ticket which would get me there quickest but instead had an extra 8 or 9 hours with an extra stop in Mumbai and layover of 5hrs!"

I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

Miinukset: "I planned a wonderful vacation for my birthday only to face a horrible experience. Not only was the flight uncomfortable, but my television did not work. There was a huge box underneath the seat in front of me which prevented me from stretching my legs outward. The television was on but the screen itself wasn't operating. I reached for the remote located in the armrest only to find the entire piece missing. Only the base was there. I asked the flight attendents three times if I can move to an empty seat and they said "give me a moment". The moment never came. I really expected more from this airline."

Now we, US citizens don't like to ask for food just so you know. The crew should offer. if we don't need the food, we can always say no."

Plussat: "Turkish Airlines offers an experience much better than your average two-hour plane hop in the U.S. There was a full meal served, staff were kind and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extra stuff to you, and there were many choices for in-flight entertainment."

In addition, the flight was delayed by 1 full hour and when we arrived in Vienna our luggage (and the luggage of many other passengers) had not been sent with us. We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

I felt denied water and so, dehydrated. I counted one smile The entire flight. The crew seemed unhappy and wanted to do only the bare minimum. Disappointing, especially after such an incredibly positive experience six weeks ago."

Miinukset: "Confusion delayed takeoff by 1 hour or more. Staff at gate had an issue in their system. They let others after me on the flight but said would be missing luggage. I said that is fine. Ten minutes later they said they would not let me board. I spent no less than 4 hours trying to get out of the airport-- waiting for visa and then through customs. Every Turkish airline desk took a long time and I was sent to at least 4 Turkish airlines desks. It is all a mess. So I am one day delayed in my arrival to my destination. This has been so frustrating!!!!!!!"
Plussat: "I liked the efficient way in which we were able to board. I thought all of the flight attendants were friendly and were eager to please any requests from the passengers. The plane was clean and comfortable . I thought the handling of food and drinks was very good. The food was good and there were ample servings for inflight food. I liked the wide selection of movies to watch and I liked the way that we could see our flight from a camera under the plane. That was a first for me and I thought it was interesting to view the monitor from time to time."

Seems like the plane was cleaned quickly and not put back together carefully."

After the sleeve was already attached! I can understand when you are in some small airport or flying with low cost airline. But it's Turkish airlines in their home airport! Really disappointed."

Miinukset: "Bathrooms were very dirty by half way through the trip. Crew should keep them cleaned. Free Wi-Fi should be the standard on such a long flight. More leg room needed for Americans & Europeans above average height. Larger water bottles should be passed out before sleeping hours. Each passenger needs a personal fan. Temperature was too warm. Gate agents in Istanbul had a very confusing set-up to get on plane. Gate agents not empowered to help passengers with all issues that arise. We left item at gate in Catania, & gate agent unable to offer any help or detailed guidance to help us work to get it back."

Miinukset: "I was very disappointed with Kenya Airways on my recent round trip from Kigali to New York to visit family for Christmas. Due to a delay on my connecting flight from Kigali to Nairobi, I missed my flight to JFK and had to stay in Kenya for a full day, shortening my already brief trip. I do not know what caused this delay other than Kenya Airways staff having seemingly no urgency to get us off the ground. On my return flight to Kigali a delay attributed to “operations” increased my layover from 8 hours to 12 hours. On top of the scheduled delay we were delayed an additional hour because boarding did not begin when it should have. I was also less than impressed with the movie selection on the plane. I will not be flying with Kenya Airways again and now understand why they were the cheapest option!"

Miinukset: "My Air India and Kenya Airways flights were packaged together as though they were a code share, but when my initial let on Air India from Delhi to Mumbai was delayed I missed my connection to Nairobi. What followed was a bizarre five-hour scramble in the Mumbai airport that ranks in the top three worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. I had already checked in and had a emailed boarding pass, but wasn’t let through security without the official airline printout. Although the Kenya Airways Nairobi flight was also delayed and was still several hours from boarding, their staff was nowhere to be found and none of their 10+ customer service numbers was working. I finally managed to get a hold of a representative over the phone via the airport’s information counter, and she swore that a staff member was on the way to meet me. Two hours and several calls and assurances later, the flight took off without me and the Kenya Airways staff stopped picking up the phone. Then there was a crazy several hours of back and forth as a single employee emerged and demanded that I get a letter from Air India taking responsibility for the initial delay, before disappearing again for several hours. The disorganization, unprofessionalism and outright lies I encountered were frankly bizarre and unlike anything I’ve encountered while flying before."
Plussat: "This company obviously trains its employees to belittle and disregard customers. I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."
Plussat: "Once on the flight the flight crew were caring and accomodating."
Miinukset: "Kenya changed my flight to two hours later 18 hours before I was to leave. Making me have a 10 minute connection. Then after an hour in a airline office they promised to hold my connection. When my flight landed on time, they did not hold my connection. So they changed my flight and didn’t follow through on the fix. We would now miss wedding activities and business meetings. Then my partner got sick and they refused to taxi us to hotel for the night but take a bus that leaves every three hours. Her sickness got worse and there was a Kenyan airlines doctor who evaluated her at the airport after waiting 40 minutes laying at check in with her crying due to pain. We had a medical release from the doctor saying she needed extra space to lay down but the check in manager refused to make room for her saying the flight is full and she would not upgrade her to accommodate the medical release because we had an economy ticket. My partner looked so bad that the flight crew considered kicking us off but eventually made the space for her to lay down and were helpful on the flight. This is this disgraceful and the worst experience I’ve had with any company."

Plussat: "Barely made it to boarding through Security as I was late being the only passenger delayed yet the staff were so understanding and patient enough to wait on me as before closing the boarding gate. great Customer service."
Miinukset: "Late take off, no concern for transfer at Nairobi - consequently we nearly missed our connection to London and our luggage did not!"
Miinukset: "After my transfer in nairobi, my luggage was lost and when my luggage tag was entered, there was no record of where my luggage is. Platinum on skyteam and no one can help...Kenya airways strikes again. Just glad they didn't last minute change the flight to go to Bujumbura first like they did with my outbound flight."
Plussat: "New planes. Good airport, on time. Staff is very friendly all good. No complaints"

Miinukset: "three of us were travelling together with 3 bags. Two bags didn't come - they were left in Nairobi. We were in Nairobi more than 3 hours so it should have been enough to get the bags on the plane. This is super frustrating - also can Kenya Airways not deliver bags in nairobi if they left them. I do understand when flight connections are tight etc, but this wasn't."

Miinukset: "The flight was 5 hours late, we were not informed while waiting or why it was late. It was very frustrating, especially that Nairobi airport has no free wifi. Kenya Airways is not to the standards of other Sky Team companies."

Miinukset: "I was stranded for 48 hours with no food, water, money or wifi and they kicked me off my fligbt"
Plussat: "The in-flight crew were wonderful!"
Miinukset: "I was told to get my boarding pass at the counter, and when I did so, I was consistently told how wrong I was. They moved gates, and didn't update the screen or airport-wide monitors. A staff member didn't come get the 30+ passengers until 15 minutes before. One of my two bags didn't make it to the airport. After working with a very unfriendly airport worker, I was told it would be delivered to my hotel by 8 am. The receptionist told me tha they left a message, saying I could pick it up at the airport."
Plussat: "The food was great. Ate rice and chicken and had bread. Even with a short flight, they offered a meal, drinks and coffee. Also enjoyed the comfort, because the flight was not full. I had an extra seat of room which was very nice. The crew was also very helpful and nice."
Miinukset: "Before my flight, the workers at the gate would not let me enter earlier than 1 hour prior to departure. Also there was no entertainment offered on this flight although there were systems in place."
Plussat: "NOTHING"
Miinukset: "They lost my luggage going to AFRICA...didn't see the suitcase until 6 days later. When I received the suitcase, over $1000 in equipment was stolen , suitcase was all scrambled...I WAS ROBBED ! ...then on the return flight to HOUSTON, they lost my suitcase again ! W.T.F ?! No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline."
Plussat: "Always treated with respect, economy seats were comfortable. Attendants always managed to accommodate. In the morning, i asked for a diet coke and she said, I just have juices and water. So I changed my order. Then when she got a chance brought me a can of diet coke with ice. So nice!! I'll definitely fly with Kenya Airways again."
Miinukset: "IN Bangkok while waiting to board the flight, the gate attendants stopped making announcements and just held up cards. I was trying to follow instructions and not crowd the gate and missed my time to board. It's totally a minor thing but at the end of the trip at 1am it was just frustrating."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were very nice."
Miinukset: "The plane was a little dirty - and you couldn't see through the windows at all because they were scratched up. I missed my last look at Kilimanjaro."
