Miinukset: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."
Plussat: "Although I felt Qatar responded poorly to the cancelled flight, the actual flying experience was wonderful and made me forget about the extreme inconvenience and poor customer service regarding the cancelled flight."
Miinukset: "My flight got cancelled ten minutes before boarding. Workers gathered phone numbers and told us they would call to direct us a new flight. However, no calls were ever made. I had to call the airline multiple times to get an answer about a new flight. In my first call, the customer service was rude. There was also zero compensation for the inconvenience."

Plussat: "Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices."
Miinukset: "There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class."

Miinukset: "I had a 14 hour layover in istanbul airport. Arrived at midnight and flight wasn’t until 2 pm the next day. I just assumed that they would give me a hotel. Come to find out thats wasnt the case when I landed. Given all kinds of reasons/excuses. The guy at the transfer desk told me”you should have known that your layover was this long since you booked it”. Will have second thoughts about flying Turkish again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Might stick with Emirates or Qatar."

Miinukset: "The air conditioning did not work in the front part of the cabin. I asked about it but nothing changed. It was very uncomfortable for everyone in that part of the plane. The back was cool front was miserable."
Miinukset: "This was the worst I have ever experienced. My flight arrived into Istanbul and 45 minutes until the departure I was told it had already left. I later found out something very similar had happened to a man from London, a couple from Boston, three people from Ghana, and many more that were taken advantage of in an attempt to sell tickets for them to go home. Never in my life have I seen such corruption first hand in a business that claims to be professional. I travel with them roughly twice a year so I'm not really a huge spender when it comes to their service, however I have suggested many to use their airlines. Never again will I make this mistake, and never again will I fly with them. I think I would rather spend the few extra hundred dollars than to have to experience that again. Turkish airlines you have lost my service and my respect."

We had 1hr 30 minutes to walk to transfer flight and pass through customs and checking points . we did not have enough time .most of the time we ran to catch up the flight"

My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

After 5 days of waiting, more than 50 calls to customer "support " that barely speak English, I was forced to go to "Airport " to chek what is the problem with my request. Over there they helped me, and everything was fine after that. But this is RIDICULOUS, that I need to go to f... airport to solv the problem. Never ever turkish!!!!!!"

In flight service was good but seemed to be a bit slow as there was only one flight attendant serving half the economy cabin. They used to do a second drink service on this flight which was really nice before. Food was ok but TK has had better food on my other flights. The meatballs aren't as good as some of their more flavourful suppers."

Miinukset: "The foot rest in economy class is really uncomfortable for people over 5'10'' in height as it means we have less legroom, even if it is folded up, and can be uncomfortable to press against. Food is too much the same across all Turkish Airlines flights. I took 6 flights with Turkish Airlines in 1 week and got cheese sandwiches in every flight!"

Miinukset: "Worst airline I have flown, avoid if at all possible. We saved $400 each on a long haul flight from LAX connecting through IST and we should have spent the extra money. Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"

(Un-)fortunaltely there was no movie I really wanted to watch, or classical music for my taste (recitals, chamber music). Anyway, this is not a major problem, just a tiny glitch. The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Both times, LH925 on 1st May from Heathrow to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. and TReturn on 9th May, LH327 from Venice to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."

Miinukset: "I could not even cross my leg. The coach seats are ridiculous and because of that, I will not book on the airline again. Sorry, coach seats should be an option for everyone, not just someone the size of a 9 year old. I'm only 5'2" and 120 lbs."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."
Miinukset: "First flight mechanical issue so couldn't make it to any of my connecting flights and they had to reroute me, however they couldn't get me to Torino so they got me to Milan and I had to take a two hour bus and then the metro to get where I needed to be. And it took them over an hour to reroute my flight!"
Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."

Miinukset: "Traveled with elderly father...all great until Boston Logan Airport. Wheel chairs supposedly went to wring gate. 5 or 6 needed chairs. Waited min of 10-15 minutes standing!!! My father requested to use bathroom... Boston Lufthansa staff refused to let him step back in plane leaving him standing and very uncomfortable!!! Staff on plane and others applauded at how poorly handled this was. Then finally got chair.. At end of ramp saw a min of 4 chairs and 3 people doing nothing... Still had 4 or 5 people waiting for assistance. Our assistant did not speak English... Or minimal... I told him where we needed to go for scheduled bus he did not listen... Dropping my Dad a significant distance from where I told him... He refused to take him there. Other wheel chair person was dropped there.. So not out of range... But found out they were dropped at wrong stop too!!! However... I believed that most was Logan's fault... But the lack of compassion on Boston Lufthansa was very upsetting to all... But .. Still believe Lufthansa is a wonderful airline and I will in time try to forgive that agent."

Miinukset: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Miinukset: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."
