She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Miinukset: "late departure from boston resulted in late arrival in madrid.More than 12 passengers missed the connecting flight to malaga by about ten minutes. iberia could have delayed the flight to malaga and its customers would have had a much better day."
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled due to weather. BA could not rebook me to get me to Seville in time for my meetings."

Miinukset: "There was 0 legroom. My legs (and I'm 5'10") were literally bulging into the seat in front of me the entire time. I looked around and saw many other people with similar issues holding their legs sideways, etc. Ughh"
Plussat: "I flew business class: the crew and comfort was great; the food was pretty good."
Miinukset: "Boarding was horrendous: they have the whole flight stand and wait to board! In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."
Plussat: "Entertainment was excellent. I appreciated the blanket, headphones, and pillow. One of the staff was very rude to the gentleman next to me because he asked for tea after she passed by with it the first time."

Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

Miinukset: "While making the reservation online it said that you could declare your luggage when you do online check in 24 hours before your flight and the charge would be 15 euro's per bag or if you wait and do it at the airport it would be 30 euros per bag. I tried numerous times to do the check in before our flight and it kept saying unable to complete. I explained this to the agent at the airport and he still charge us 30 euros per bag."

Miinukset: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."
Plussat: "Boarding and disembarking were the best things about this flight. The piloting was smooth too."
Miinukset: "Stewardesses were unfriendly and rude. Long flight, without individual entertainment on seats. Old plane, extremely cramped. The meal request made when booking the flight was not honored. Upon arrival to US customs, was told I was not on the passenger list (thus clearing customs was a bit touchy)."

Plussat: "My bag did not make it to Madrid. It is still in Pariscand they don't know if it will be delivered tonight Sunday at 10 pm or tomorrow Minday! I have no clothes, no toiletries and am extremely frustrated."
Miinukset: "They made many people check their bag but once on the plan there was clearly plenty of room. I asked since I was flying international that I could take my bag, they said it'll be in Madrid, Then of course some how my bag never made it to Madrid and received it the next day."
Miinukset: "Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything."
Plussat: "There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating."
Miinukset: "We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly."
Miinukset: "A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air"
Plussat: "Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage."
Miinukset: "The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal"
Miinukset: "We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff."

Miinukset: "Vueling seems to be late very often. This 40 minute flight flight was over an hour late."
Plussat: "The crew was welcoming and helpful."
Miinukset: "I had to purchase a change in ticket due to delay in first flight. Only take American Express or cash, which was difficult, not a credit card with a chip. Disappointing."
Miinukset: "The boarding process was very unorganized. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours due to baggage issues while we sat on the plane."

Plussat: "First cancelled the 10:00 am flight while everybody already onboard. Then boarded us again on the same airplane two hours and 50 min later. Right in time before the 3h necessary for passengers to file a claim."
Plussat: "Short flight and pilot seemed very comfortable during turbulence"
Miinukset: "Apparently congestion at Barcelona was the reason. The gate crew are clueless and not helpful. I was struggling to understand what was going on. Kayak was showing delayed flight and neither crew or veuling website was getting updated.."
Plussat: "Everything except luggage handling."
Miinukset: "New luggage came off plane in pieces."
Plussat: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Miinukset: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."
Plussat: "When check-in online I was given 1st row seats, as a result I was treated as an excellence customer. Great service."
Miinukset: "Delayed again to depart, and over 30 minutes to show reclaim belt to get the luggage"
Plussat: "The flight actually got me to my destination"
Miinukset: "I asked for priority boarding at the counter since I’m pregnant which they agreed to. They advised me to wait for the priority announcement to board first. That did not happen. They simply let everyone on at once causing a stampede. Flight was delayed. Flight had no AC until almost take off. Smallest amount of legroom I’ve ever had in my life."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but we were never properly informed as to when the flight was actually leaving. Therefore instead of being able to sit in a restaurant comfortably waiting. We had to sit at the gate."
Plussat: "Seems they dont care others customers who do not speak Spanish...!!!!"

Plussat: "The plane was clean and comfortable"
Miinukset: "My flight was approximately five hours delayed and I received no communications from the airline other than changing updates to departure time ranging from two hours to twenty minutes to five hours of delay. Airport staff offered no condolences or compensation."
Plussat: "Crew was nice and provided water while flight was delayed"
Miinukset: "Flight delay without reason clearly stated."
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed 3 hours, so I missed my connecting flight. Then there were no more flights until the morning. Vueling paid for a hotel for me, but the hotel was over an hour away from the airport at 2 in the morning, and I woke up at 5 the next morning and sat in 2 HOURS of traffic to get back to the airport. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."
Plussat: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Miinukset: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Miinukset: "Was made to put case into the hold at the gate, they said there wasn't enough room on the plane, got on, there was loads of space and loads of cases. Got to Barcelona and my Kipling monkey had been removed from case, either in Birmingham or Barcelona."
Miinukset: "No space between rows, tiny seats. Even on a short flight the very limited space was exceedingly uncomfortable"
Plussat: "nice enough plane. clean, full. pleasant crew."
Miinukset: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."

Plussat: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Miinukset: "I'd booked it and paid more as it was supposed to be British Airways. This was rather misleading by kayak as I booked with them via the British airways website then forward to vueling. Could have paid less if I'd chosen vueling from the options."
Miinukset: "it took over 55 minutes to check in, instead of having just a luggage drop off point. not sure why you would have people check in at home to have them stand in line for 55 minutes"
Plussat: "No tv or entertainment system which makes more sitting space. I like this."

Miinukset: "they left my lugage the delayed the flight for 2 hours, terrible services"
Miinukset: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."
Miinukset: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
