Miinukset: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."

Miinukset: "I always try to avoid the airline because they keep the cabins so uncomfortably hot. No matter how many clothes you take off or complain it is like a Turkish bath. It is torture."

Access to the lounge was given finally after I produced my physical Gold card even though I gave them my UA number. There are no ticketing agents in the Istanbul Airport within the secured area. I was not comfortable going outside security and then back again through security to upgrade my ticket. Agents at Turkish Airlines CIP NOT helpful."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Miinukset: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Miinukset: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Plussat: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Miinukset: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Plussat: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."
Miinukset: "my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to."

Plussat: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Miinukset: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"
Plussat: "Nice, turbulent-free flight. Food was good, service with a smile. Leg space was OK because Boeing 777s are usually better at this."
Miinukset: "Flight left over an hour late because of a sensor glitch. It is concerning when a technical glitch happens. But, the flight was smooth."
Plussat: "Flight unpleasant. Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Miinukset: "There was no service at all outside of first class. There was garbage around my seat. Small seats even in extra space seat"
Miinukset: "Is not the airline fault. Is thanksgiving weekend. The boarding was extremely slow because So many wheelchairs, . The weather and Chicago airport doesn’t help neither. The capitan take a time to go out and explain what we had to expect. That was a plus. Still for us is our #1 choice"

Plussat: "The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us."
Miinukset: "Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this."

Miinukset: "I did not find out until I looked at the boarding pass that our flight time was changed. We had to miss a family function to go to the airport sooner than expected."
Plussat: "Newer plane, wifi worked well, coffee good, not sure if it was on time, but it didn't matter to me. Friendly crew. Smooth flight."
Miinukset: "Turbulence throughout the entire flight, couldnt sleep, and they didnt offer any snacks because of this"

Plussat: "We always have a good trip in American Airlines. Is better now that they have the same rate from PBI and FLL"

Miinukset: "PHL-Lisbon plane left 3 hours late due to CATERING problem. Seats were uncomfortable and food was awful. Lights and entertainment controls at my seat didn’t work."
Plussat: "Arrived a little early and without incident."
Miinukset: "Flight attendant had a problem with my wife asking for Coke Zero. There was one can left and she was reluctant to serve it to her."
Plussat: "Customer Service, movies & comfortable seats"
Plussat: "Everything except TSA, my daughter 14, had a precheck. TSA sent her through, and made me go in separate much slower lne. She was upset and scared, which upset me."
Plussat: "Liked the crew. The flight was on time and went as expected. We are safe and happy so can’t get much better right?"
Miinukset: "Didn’t like the credit card advertising announcement over the intercom and then again by the crew. The lack of food and snack options was pretty sad but that’s par for the course nowadays. One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

Miinukset: "Gate agent did not start forcing check in, which caused delay in boarding. Ground crew did not stock aircraft until 20 minutes after scheduled departure time. and DFW did the usual 20 minute taxi and then 15 minute hold prior to take off."

Miinukset: "crew coming in from another flight was late. Then, according to announcement our plane had been sitting 2 hours and they would have to call for power. It was already a late night flight, now delayed 1 1/2 hours leaving. The plane interior was hot, that helped with our displeasure."

Miinukset: "One half hour before boarding we learned there was a delay. Obviously, American Airlines knew way before this time of the delay. At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"
Plussat: "On time flight, bags made it fine and didn't miss even though we had a short layover"

Miinukset: "There were no individual screens on the seat backs, Sono entertainment system . the whole plane had to watch the same movie. Also no wifi or access to other entertainment"
Miinukset: "Crew was rude."
Plussat: "My two Grandchildren and Daughter and Son in Law were bumped from first class due to change in equipment. There was no refund or other compensation offered at the gate. Agent said to contact AA customer service."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
Plussat: "I was so comfortable I slept - I never sleep while traveling"

Plussat: "The single flight attendant was very friendly and down to earth, and was keen to share her experience with us."
Miinukset: "De Havilland Dash-8's can be a bit noisy, and they seem to be the only planes they fly into Hilton Head. However, that isn't to say you're unable to get sleep on them, because my partner and I both slept the entire flight- the vibrations are only slightly disconcerting. Departure was about 15 minutes late out of Charlotte."

Miinukset: "I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!"

Miinukset: "They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late"

I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

Miinukset: "The boarding check-in person was confusing. Anyone that didn't speak Spanish got in the wrong line. They didn't announce that there were two lines, one for A and one for B. So we were mistakenly directed to stand in the line for a Madrid flight, when we were going to Lisbon. They made the last minute call only in Spanish, so we all almost missed the flight. The landing was a bit rough with crosswinds."
Plussat: "Plane was good, service on board pretty good."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed and we were never notified despite receiving multiple emails to ‘upgrade’ our flight. While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."
Plussat: "Everything was great. No complaints, just an acknowledgement abt layovers and the time needed. Had an hour an a half layover but by the time you get on line to go thru customs n security again we were definitely cutting it close but that's TSA not the airline but the airline could have maybe added another maybe 20-25 mins to the layover. We felt like world travellers running for our connecting flight tho and we loved it! Lol!"
Miinukset: "Book wheelchair assistance for flight, all went well. At destination Lisbon, no wheelchair no assistance very poor service."
Plussat: "Free food and drinks. Pillow and blanket and ear buds all ready on each seat! More spacious seating."
Miinukset: "No indication booking was discounted flight on kayak website! Charges for baggage very , very high!. Very bad border crossing as we waited in line for a simple passport stamp for 3 hours!!!!!!"
Miinukset: "Could have had a vegetarian option for the sandwich."

Miinukset: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Miinukset: "My entertainment console did not work for the entire 8 hour flight, and to make matters worse the screen kept flashing a bright white light every 30 seconds or so, preventing me from sleeping. I had to tell 3-4 crew members for them to at least broadcast a movie to my seat to make the flashing stop. I was also seated right next to the bathroom, which usually isn't so bad, but since most of the passengers were elderly, it was being used literally nonstop for the majority of the flight. The crew only briefly cleaned it once... I was seated next to a screaming toddler as well. This isn't really the airline's fault, but it certainly didn't help. I felt like I did not get my money's worth for this flight and that it was a poor experience."
