Good cabin crew, Wi-Fi availability al through my trip.
The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

Plussat: "I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

Plussat: "The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable."
Miinukset: "I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too"
Miinukset: "Crew on the ground was very rude"
Plussat: "Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times"
Miinukset: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"
Miinukset: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."
Plussat: "Great crews, excellent customer service"

Miinukset: "I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare"
Miinukset: "The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals."
Plussat: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."
Plussat: "Only the cabin crew was good."
Miinukset: "It was the worst flight that I ever had, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, no TV, the food was terrible."
Plussat: "Plus seat was good. On board crew was nice."
Miinukset: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."
Miinukset: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Plussat: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."

Miinukset: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."
Plussat: "The Crew was the only thing that stuck out. Associates had Way more patience than i."
Miinukset: "Late takeoff, priority seating happens same time as general boarding, two pieces of lost luggage"
Miinukset: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."
Plussat: "Not much"
Miinukset: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Plussat: "Lovely crew, clean toilets"
Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."
Plussat: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Plussat: "Movie selection was awesome! Food was good too."
Miinukset: "Too many interruptions. Every time there's an announcement, it interrupts the movies and some of the announcements were completely unnecessary and there were so many of them, it was like constant interruptions, really annoying."
Miinukset: "Very warm and stiffy air on board. Need change light. Very sad neon. Probably Boing style."
Plussat: "Was upgraded to Business class, so the food was acceptable. Comfort score also reflects the Business class seat. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient."
Miinukset: "One bag did not arrive in Toronto, apparently delayed in Paris."
Plussat: "Spacious cabin, clean and bright. Attentive crew offering snacks and a drink for an hour flight."
Miinukset: "Although incoming plane arrived late, flight home arrived 20 minutes early."

Miinukset: "Not easy to find reader boards at Paris airport. Also security almost made us not make connection"
The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
Flight was late departed 30 late. Bagged claim took forever waited over an hour to get bag.
Prior arriving flight was late yet this crew got us all boarded in record time and we landed ahead of original schedule. This new thing of using your own device to watch the available shows and movies is not cooperative with Apple devices. My boyfriend’s android phone was fine.
Everything went well no issues.
Did not make the connection due to delay in the first plane
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
The seats were shaped uncomfortably, I needed a blanket behind my back to not be slumped. The stewardess were friendly and exceptionally kind to my kids.
My honest opinion is it was very good
No service at full first class price. All in name of COVID.
Plussat: "The Captain was courteous and the flight itself was good."
Miinukset: "There was a barking dog on the flight that was very high pitched. The stewardess was not polite, kept repeating herself and her voice was like the teacher you never wanted to have. The WiFi did not work. We had to wait for a gate approximately 30 minutes when we reached DFW."

Miinukset: "3-4-3 seating for a plane designed for 3-3-3 is very uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "Very old airplane used for this route. Upgraded to business but seats and pods are old fashioned, uncomfortable. Newer pods and planes used in other routes make the entire trip more comfortable. The video system didn’t work properly, hard to figure out what to watch."

Plussat: "Boarding was fairly quick, and improvement has been made with people waiting for their boarding group to be called from crowding the boarding line. The crew was friendly and accommodating."
Miinukset: "Several seat changes had to be made, but it all worked out."
Miinukset: "It’s an absurd to pay so dearly on airline tickets is not to have a booster snack, and no blanket, that’s very cold!"
Miinukset: "Crew do not know what kind of menu they have. We had white fish moqueca, rice was uncooked. Moqueca was flavored Boarding was very confused, we bought premium economy, on advertising we could check-in on business class, no specific line for business or economic, only separated line for first clas"

Plussat: "Wonderful flight. arrived 15 minutes early. crew pleasant."
Miinukset: "A couple of flight attendants were a bit grumpy/short with passengers. Lack of food definitely not ideal but glad they could get something given circumstances with health department. Still waiting for promised vouchers to arrive."

Miinukset: "I never got on my scheduled flight. The flight I did get on, 4 hours later, was fine. But caused major delays to my train departure from NYC to Philadelphia"
Plussat: "Smooth ride, easy security"

Plussat: "All I want is clear communication- not strung along. Reasonably comfortable seat - without person next to me too large for seat. Don't gate check my bag then I find plenty of space above my seat. Stop giving people food and drink on short flights as it is unnecessary and it constrains use of the bathroom"
Miinukset: "The scene of returning bags at the gate of arrival is awkward and other passengers take advantage - blocking walkway etc. please change system and adt a baggage handler to drop bags in a line along one side of the gateway while passengers wait along other side of the gateway"
Plussat: "Got to watch movies"
Miinukset: "Couldn't eat the meal both had dairy no other choice"
Plussat: "Very pleasant employees at the Hattiesburg/Laurel airport. We were thanked for our patience even though it wasn't directly their fault for the call-out."
Miinukset: "They kept delaying the flight in Hattiesburg because of someone who called out earlier in the day. My family had to take off of work early to take me to the airport and it was difficult to know how late they could work due to the flight delays."

Miinukset: "5 hour delay, fear of cancellation ruining a trip planned for years, not feeling we were told what was happening, series of delays extending decision time, unappetizing sandwiches during delay."

Miinukset: "The United flight's aircraft was cannibalized for another flight as our plane was only slightly more than 1/2 full. Our later aircraft were cannibalized twice more, until we finally got a spare aircraft after a two hour delay."

Miinukset: "Both to and from the seat didn't fully function and both ways the entertainment system broke down"
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
