Plussat: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Miinukset: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Miinukset: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

I would never ever recommend Ukraine airlines to anyone. my husband and I showed up at 2:13pm for our flight along with 8 other guest to the airline. All TEN of us were denied boarding and the supervisor refused to tell us why. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Plussat: Not very much at all

Miinukset: More seat room, better food, drop the damn Russian from announcements

Miinukset: Flight was delayed by 4.5 hours!!! I missed my connection flight in New York and had to spend all night in terminal...w to wait for another connection flight. Did not sleep 2 nights in the row.

Miinukset: mess in Kiev airport,just one assistant check-in,and huge line-up

Miinukset: The santorini airport is a mess. Our flight was delayed nearly an hour because the tiny airport wasn’t able to handle the amount of flights they had coming in and going out at the same time

Miinukset: This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money.

Miinukset: Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation.

Miinukset: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Plussat: Ticketing staff very friendly. Smooth check in process.

Miinukset: Disorganized on boarding of passengers. Entertainment system had to be rebooted three times by the captain. Crew not super friendly.

Plussat: Boarding was good and food too.

Miinukset: The flight to Fort Lauderdale was delayed more than one hour and no information about landing was provided at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Plussat: The price was cheaper than other flights . I liked that it was a direct flight .

Miinukset: Better Boarding process , more comfortable seats to sleep where the foot rest goes up more . provide a pillow and some Hand cream and Kleenex in the bathrooms. The luggage allowance is not as good as most business class flights.

Plussat: Flight and crew are great.

Miinukset: Being ignored by staff since we didn't pre order food. It was difficult to figure out how to pre order luggage and food. We flew for 11-13 hrs with no food service. It was $7 for a sandwich. Felt like a low class passenger even though we spent $1k per person(which is a good deal for flight).

Plussat: Why the 3 hours delay?

Plussat: The plane was comparatively clean

Miinukset: Staff need to be a little more genuine with their simles or just don’t give obvious fake ones.

Plussat: Nothing. I will never put her tickets from From here again.

Plussat: The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you.

Miinukset: The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process.

Plussat: The service is amazing .. the crew took care of us well.

Miinukset: Not much .. its a comfortable short flight.

Plussat: Everything.

Miinukset: Nothing.

Plussat: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Miinukset: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Miinukset: Ok, it's TAP, it's a bargain, but the "breakfast" was a pitiful piece of meat on a stale piece of bread

Plussat: We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia.

Miinukset: Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund

Miinukset: Check in was slow but not crowded and they lost my and other 20 passengers’ suitcases! No information was given about why and we still don’t have any information. AirSerbia does not respond do emails or calls.

Miinukset: Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience.

Miinukset: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Miinukset: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Plussat: Everything! The service was exceptional!

Plussat: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Miinukset: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Miinukset: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Plussat: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Miinukset: The transfer at Frankfurt was a horrible experience. The terminal for departure was all the was at the other side of the airport. Leaving me barely enough time to transfer.
