I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Plussat: "The crew was great. It was only a short flight, so we only got a c0okie, but what a cookie!! Big and soft and super tasty. And the coffee was quite good. Germany has never been known for its superb coffee, but this coffee was very good. None of that fakey airline taste to it at all. Could easily be the gourmet coffee you'd serve at home. You DO serve gourmet coffee at home, right? And water and juice and then more water and more juice, all served up by very nice people--not just good service personnel, good people. Baggage pickup was quick and smooth--I travel with my cat, so pickup can be rocky. Nothing to it here."

The gate counters at IGIA, New Delhi were allowing some passengers to pre-board early even though the passenger was not senior citizen or handicapped, or family with children. Food from New Delhi to Frankfurt was less than optimal in taste."

Miinukset: "My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Miinukset: "There was a 4.5 hr delay due to "technical difficulties". We had to switch planes. This caused me to miss my flight to Tucson out of LAX. When I asked them to help rebook my flight that Lufthansa caused ne to miss, i was told there is nothing they can do. Seeing as how that last flight was not booked through Lufthansa. This is absolutely ridiculous! There were no Lufthansa flights into Tucson so I had no choice but to go with another carrier! So after a long grueling 4.5 hr delay and 11+hr flight now I have to stay in a hotel because my flight out via Southwest was the last one out for the day and The only nonstop flight departs at 12:35 tomorrow. Thank goodness Southwest booked me on another flight at no charge! They take care of their customers. It was not their fault I missed the flight. It was dur to the "techincal difficulties" with Lufthansa. And every hotel within a 8 mile radius has been sold out. And at one point I booked online only to find out upon my arrival, after paying for taxi and havig him leave, thAt this hotel is sold out and should not have allowed me to book online. So after landing at 7:15 pm at LAX I am just now in bed at a hotel after searching and paying for cabs etc. And on my dime! Absolutely ridiculous !!"

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Miinukset: "I am an American who flew roundtrip Chicago - Madrid. We (family of 3) still haven't received our lost luggage from 2 weeks ago. When we checked in at Madrid, one staff told us to ask about the luggage downstairs at the luggage retrieval, which we are not allowed into. I came back and another staff woman told us to immediately go through immigration, because it takes so long to get through. Since our luggage appears to be lost for good, we will never take Iberia again. Madrid airport is a nightmare! We arrived at Madrid airport 2 hr 20 min. before our flight. Because the distance from the check-in counter to the plane is unbelievably far, and we all have to wait in very long lines, and then take multiple trains, escalators, and finally a bus, and U.S. passengers have their passports checked twice in long lines, we got on to the plane barely in time, on "last call" 30 min. before it took off. We will never fly through Madrid again! On any other trip from Spain overseas, we will choose some other city in Spain to leave from."

The crew MAYBE twice said something to the passengers but essentially washed their hands of it. They just let them run amuck. Even when going through some turbulence the pilot came on to tell everyone to sit down. No one did, but the air stewards also didn't say anything. Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing."

People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

Plussat: "Very uncomfortable seat from Iberia Airline.The cushion was almost down to spring. Need to upgrade. Crew are not very helpful. Service is not good. Specially at the Airport, speaking English is very bad. I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Plussat: "1. Crew and food 2. Getting rebate of $118 for not getting the outward pre-booked seats. 3. When the plane doors closed on our return trip, we asked the crew about the empty pre-booked seats and they allowed us to move. We really should get a rebate for this leg since we were put in the wrong seats."
Miinukset: "1. Paying $236 for pre-booked seats and not getting them 2. Trays which collapse when drinks put on them and having to eat on a tray when plane is hitting turbulence. 3. Seat light not working 4. Horrible Boarding process in Heathrow and overcrowded waiting area in both Manchester and Heathrow terminals. 5. Being assigned other seats on return trip despite calling 2 weeks before to confirm we had the pre-booked seats. 6. Phone calls prior to check in and talks at check in could not resolve the seat issues. One excuse at check in was poor exchange of data between Iberia and BA. but we booked the advanced seating via BA website."

I was unable to board due to an error on my green card that I was unaware of ... Iberia says I is considered a no show and wouldn't budge ... Once I'm able to reschedule my flight I will be looking at other airlines"

The flight departed a little delayed and we waited for a long time at a cue. The rest is OK, especially the comfort.
Efficient boarding and check in Good comfortable plane Only issue was emails asking me to get Spanish QR Covid code. That was simple but whatever I uploaded to Vueling they told me they could not validate. As a result I had to do an airport check in They need clearer communication

My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

Miinukset: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."

Disembarkation at Seville airport was in a part of the airport distant from the main facility. We used stairs to leave the plane then had a very long walk to the luggage area and Covid monitors. They could do much better.

Miinukset: "I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my flight. When it was time to check in at the airport I was greeted with a scowl and was told I needed to pay 80€ per ticket because I didn’t check in 2 hours before. In all my flying I have never heard of this kind of policy. They were uncompromising and rude. They also demanded an additional charge of 50€ for my checked bag which should have been 1€, apparently, had I complied with the unknown terms."
Miinukset: "A lot of hassle to get a “cheaper” price which gets more expensive for every single thing you get charged for. Also, the long lines to board and the stress of finding overhead space for your baggage is not great."

I did have to pay the luggage fee, I don't understand why you have to lift your luggage through the size measuring device when clearly my luggage would have fit in the overhead compartments. Aside from that, I thought the lighting (yellow lighting!) and the advertisements all over the interior was tacky and distracting from having a calm, relaxing flight. I don't think the $$ saved is worth going through this again."

I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Plussat: "Trying to print your boarding pass was very difficult and then coming to airport without it caused penalty if 50 eu plus going to stand in another line. Every other airline I've used could print a boarding pass for you at the point where you checked your baggage. Huge dissatisfied!"

Miinukset: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."

Miinukset: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

Miinukset: "I had booked a flight from Rome to Seville in either August or September 2016 for November 10th. I paid for the flights then. Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."

'Chat rep' finally asked what browser I was using. Google Chrome! It's pretty common. She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."
