Plussat: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."
Miinukset: "We were delayed by complicated connection from Vienna train station to Vienna airport, by the time we arrived, we missed our flight. We called your customer service, and a recording stated that we would get a reply within 48 hrs. We contacted website customer service and it stated that we would get a reply within 48 hrs. We needed immediate assistance from a HUMAN BEING to change our reservation, that was impossible. We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."
Miinukset: "My chair did not recline at all, which make long fly very uncomfortable. When I complained to fly attendant, she said that there is nothing she can do about it. The table in front of the chair was also very hard to open."
Plussat: "I called Lufthansa customer service on 8/10/16 the day before our flight because I wasn't feeling well and was concerned that I might feel worse the next day and have to cancel our flight. The lovely Customer Service rep was so sweet and concerned about my health, answered all my questions about what to do if I needed to cancel, and told me to call back anytime for more help. Also the flight attendants remembered my food allergies and were very attentive on the flights."

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. Miinukset: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Miinukset: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Plussat: "The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance"
Miinukset: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Miinukset: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"
Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes. After over 24 hours of travel this was not appreciated. Also no lounge access at Toronto airport."

Miinukset: "Airport handling is catastrophic. A lost bagage created the twins to be locked. Half an hour and we could not enter. Delays and huge mess in front of police checkpoint. No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Miinukset: "Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers."

Plussat: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Miinukset: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."

Miinukset: "Awful boarding procedures missed take of slot and sat on aircraft for just short of 2 hours. Chaos with hand luggage having to be checked - why why why charge SO MUCH for baggage??? Encouraging people to pack cases in overheads only to have to take them off and put in hold anyway at gate. Why purposely seat us apart !!!!! Never use Ryanair or Kayak for flights in future. You directed me to LastMinute.com -also awful!!!!"

Miinukset: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."

Miinukset: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"

Plussat: "I bought two tickets together and they wouldn’t allow sit together even though the aircraft was half empty, another stupid way to overcharge"
Miinukset: "I checked in online. Didn’t realize I had to save a mobile download of the check in. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and told us to get out of line. We pulled it up on our mobile and got back in line. She then told very rudely agreed to help us. My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

Miinukset: "Seats too small and too close together. It arrived late, and claimed to be "on-time". Our luggage disappeared for 15 mins while later arrivals got theirs before us."

Plussat: "App not working for days. Not able to access boarding pass. Gate charged 55 euro just to print a bourding pass."

Miinukset: "I did my reservation online and they asked me to pay 50 euro because it not completed I already did first step and second strip but than no response from your website I came to the airport 3 hours before departure to a void the problem but office was closed"
Plussat: "The flight left on time and arrived early. I like being able to board and leave from the rear entrance when seats are in the back of the plane."

Miinukset: "Called to gate only to then have to wait over an hour before boarding. No info given just stood there like lemons. Also they do their upmost to make you pay to sit next to each other! I know they are trying to make as much profit as poss but just annoying."
Miinukset: "Poor communication for the check in, passport control and boarding. Flight delayed with no communication. Landed late and then delayed again and had to wait 40 min to deboard the plane. Missed my connection costing me an extra 60 euro to get to my final destination :( they don't care!! I read reviews that this airline is habitually late. I assumed people were just being hard on them. Nope! I will either avoid this airline or assume an extra 2-3 hours of wasted time anytime I fly with them!!"

Miinukset: "The weight categories differ from the ranges of other regional airlines."
Miinukset: "They made me go through a lot of runaround -- three different lines -- to get a boarding pass and I had to pay £15 for it."
Miinukset: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."
Plussat: "The flight was in time"

Plussat: "On the way to Athens I seemed to have more legroom than usual. I could stretch my legs straight."
Miinukset: "On the way back, I seemed to have less legroom, though it seemed the same plane 737-800. I knew that there would be no food or entertainment ."
Plussat: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Miinukset: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."
Miinukset: "An hour late"
Plussat: "En general fue una buena experiencia para ser un vuelo low cost. Importante saber que los asientos no se reclinan y que si el vuelo va lleno sólo caben las primeras 90 maletas en cabina, las demás se pueden despachar al momento del abordaje sin cargo."
Miinukset: "Cambian de Gate bastante, así que hay que estar atentos. A nosotros nos cambiaron tres veces de Gate en nuestro vuelo de Madrid a Dublín."

Miinukset: "We did not like the surprise 45 Euro per person fee for not having a boarding pass printed. That was not readily available in our instructions. We were at a place without a printer and thought we should just print at the airport. We did not like the incredibly close seats to the row in front. It will have to be a dire day for me to fly Ryan Air again. I would prefer most other methods of travel, certainly another airline. The air crew was also a rude when bumping me each time the cart rolled by without apology."
