The Turkish Airlines crew is quite efficient and manages to provide their service with a smile.
Miinukset: "They haven't all update information about covid update, workers had no idea about anything, rude and unhelpful I had to miss my flight because of their mess, stay at the airport for 4 hours to get my luggage back and get a hotel."
Miinukset: "I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."

They told me one thing but in the end they didn't keep their word. I find it unprofessional and cheating. And on the way back I had food poisoning. Really disappointed about the whole trip."

This may not be entirely the fault of the airline, but it seems that a company like Turkish Airlines should have enough clout to insist on a better travel experience for their customers."

Plussat: "There was upgrade special on our outbound flight at check in which we took advantage of so we were in business class flight from SFO to Istanbul. That was awesome experience - very comfortable fully reclining seats, gourmet food and drinks, impeccable service, wide entertainment selection, etc. Even on the shorter leg flights we took (i.e. Istanbul to Rome and Dubrovnik to Istanbul) they served food (light snack). We flew economy from Istanbul back to SFO but got exit row seats so plenty of leg room and seats reclined good amount. Again, great service, food and entertainment. All the flights we had on our itinerary were newer planes. Turkish Airlines is so much better than American airlines!"

Miinukset: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."
Plussat: "I had heard that Turkish Airlines was very reputable and I'm glad it proved to be true! The Turkish food was nice, the in flight entertainment was great, the plane/ bathrooms were kept clean, the plane was full but not overpacked, even the kids got a "kids pack" :) Overall they showed that they were a good quality airline! My 14 hr flight was very comfortable"
Plussat: "Even on short flights they still provided lunch and beverages, which unfortunately you don't get on such short flights (less than 60 min) with most companies. Still they maintain their service impeccable."

Miinukset: "This is the second time in a week Turkish Airlines are delaying my flight with no proper explanation on why this happened. Out of four flights, I had two delayed, and one was rescheduled half an hour ahead of time. Good thing I headed to the airport earlier. Turkish Airlines no more!!!"

Miinukset: "The entertainment system was of an older style wherein we had a choice of 3 movies and 7 "radio stations" across 15 or so "TV channels" rather than the fuller suite of entertainment options I'm used to on a Turkish Airlines flight."
The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Made me check a bag that I have carried onto hundreds of flights . Caused me to miss my connection in Paris because I was flying a different airline and my bags didn’t transfer . The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work."
Plussat: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Miinukset: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Miinukset: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Miinukset: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

How long you got? Easily the worst airline there is.
Delay of over 2 hours, I had to take another flight in Sofia that I missed because of this delay. Asked to the crew information about the airport as i still was able to make it to my next flight when we landed at Sofia airport. However, crew wasn’t able to give information about anything, no one tried to help us. As readily we missed our other flight, where stranded at Sofia, had to find a hotel and had to book a bus to our final destination next day. Horrible experience.
I didn't sit together with my daughter, and instead of trying to see if we could switch seats after boarding, the flight attendant said, "that's what you get when you buy low cost tickets.". I thought that was funny, a bit unprofessional :)

Miinukset: "Central Naples to Central London lasted 16 hours door to door! No proper explanation is given as to when to expect the flight to depart even roughly. People were kept standing up, waiting. Vouchers given for refreshments were valid in two places, one of them outside the airport! Somebody who couldn't use her voucher wanted to use it on the plane and it was not accepted."
Miinukset: "Delays, with poor comms. After advising of delays, they called us to form queues at the gate, but it was more than 1.5 hours before we started boarding. That’s 1.5 hours standing in line with no communication! No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

Miinukset: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

Miinukset: "Very late service. Crew forgot about our row during the drinks service. Usual chaos from Ryanair's aggressive seating policy although people managed to swap themselves around to sit together. This wasted more time of course."

Miinukset: "One hour delay, which we had to be in the plane, and was VERY hot inside, like 35C+ and more. Total inappropriate. Noise from passengers. Tight places between seats in front of me and me. Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."

Miinukset: "So many hidden fees. Boarding was very unorganized. In fact, the entire flight was unorganized and uncomfortable. I would never fly RyanAir again!"
Miinukset: "The plane was faulty so we had to change aircrafts and ended up leaving 2.5hours later than scheduled"
Plussat: "Efficient boarding process"
Miinukset: "Uncomfortable seat. We paid to check our bags as they were oversized according to Ryan's website however we saw many people stowing bags much larger than ours in the overhead bins."
Plussat: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."

Plussat: "Boarding and deboarding were both a little hectic. Crew was pleasant and spoke both english and Italian."
Miinukset: "The cabin seems cramped, and seats not comfortable. My knees were hitting the seat in front of me, and I'm only 6'. Luckily my flight was only 1.5 hours."

Plussat: "Boarding for small lower priced airline went well on return from Santori i to Athens. Seats comfortable . My daughter travelled with me also. To check bsg in waz little expensive over 25 Euro. First flight 2 days prior when we flew from Athens to Santorini was almost a heart attack. I did not know that once you check in that you cannot view boarding pass and tried at vomputer diwnstairs and people at desk upstairs at Athens airport says common with Ryanair."
Miinukset: "I woukd like you to mention to encorage people to print out boarding passes the same time you check on on your email. Otherwise 2 hrs prior yo boarding everything locks up on you and we had to go to 2 lines to write up reservation flight info and then stand in another line to psy for the cost of printong out boarding pass which was over 30 Euro for 2 people."
Plussat: "They are taking 50 euro for only one bag while check in !!!!!!!!! Which is makes my angry ..... I bought the ticket cheap but I'm not statisfy with there service . I felt bad ideas about this company ."
Plussat: "The flight was on time and I got a good seat despite not upgrading."
Miinukset: "Some passengers were noisy, but luckily I had earplugs."

Plussat: "The price of the flight and that they had direct from Barcelona to Sofia. Also that they gave us a free checked bag so that we did not have to carry it onto the already cramped plane."
Miinukset: "The boarding process was slow and late. When we booked the flight it was stated that we got a snack and water, but we had to pay for everything. Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."

Flight attendant was rude when I asked to buy a Coca Cola and proceeded to give me a Pepsi and rolled her eyes and looked at me and said that both are the same."

Miinukset: "Plane was late again . Only 40 minutes but seem to be a pattern."

Miinukset: "Never said the fare didn't include bags until we arrived at airport. Charged 86 euros they make you pay. For that i would have gone on a better airline with baggage included. wasn't a cheap fare after all and no seat assignment u less you pay as well. Rude ticket counter person."
