Crew had enough time to pay a bit more attention to passengers. The service level of Lufthansa has been very poor in the past 2 years and I will fly from now on with other airlines where possible. This in particular considering that Lufthansa increased their prices above average.

Seats extremely uncomfortable, broken and would not recline, very hard cushions, food was unpalatable and masks were not optional. Flight from Munich was delayed, updates were not too good. Overall very poor performance of this airline
It was not Lufthansa. It was a cramped United flight. We have health problems and had to pay $472 extra just to get a better seat. The temperature in the plane was freezing. Plus our luggage was not put on the plane and 12 days later, we still don’t have it.
According to the locals, my misfortune was a common one, that Croatia Air has been neglecting to fix for years: The small planes that make the Zagreb to Dubrovnik flight can't actually complete the flight to Dubrovnik many times a year. The plane can barely make it to Dubrovnik when filled to capacity, and when the wind is high, it needs spare fuel to attempt the landing. High winds on small runways mean the plane often fails to land and needs to circle back around and try again. But it doesn't have enough fuel so they don't even try to fly to Dubrovnik, and land halfway across the country in Split instead. Adding a 5 hour bus trip to the end of 48 hours of sleepless flying was Not Good. Being on a bus ride without good air flow where most of the passengers took off their masks while the pandemic still raged was Not Good. Having missed my pickup from the airport and arriving at 4AM was Not Good. There not being enough taxis at the place the bus drops off at 4AM was Not Good. I ended up stumbling through a cold town in the middle of the night for an entire hour, dragging my luggage uphill for two miles. Croatian Airlines needs to fix their Dubrovnik route, so this stops happening. All the locals rolled their eyes and complained of how common this diversion is. Either put a better-sized runway at the airport so that planes can reliably land even in high winds, or put a plane with the fuel reserves to make the repeated attempts needed on this route, or both.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Advance seat reservation was $30 per leg and seat. (I paid only for the overnight eastbound flight; on the return I found enough seats available by online check-in just after it opened.) One overweight bag was $100. Considering these charges, Singapore Airlines is the better choice for FRA-JFK. Minor quibbles with the entertainment system: * Front-facing camera points very low. Would be nice to see other planes during taxi (not just their wheels). * New "live map" during flight added useless gimmicks (view of earth from space), removed data (altitude, speed, outside temperature)."

Miinukset: "I checked my one small siitcase which easily fitsin the overhead binas the ticket agent told me it was a full flight and thus required. My hand luggage was my handbag. The flight was actually 2/3 full with plenty of empty seats and empty bin space. Most passengers had 2pieves of hand luggage. So I had to wait for luggage at the end of the flight when I could have easily stored it overhead."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Flight was delayed over 8 hours. Little information was provided. No other flights were available. All flights overbooked and waitlists were 20+ passengers.
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
The staff was very friendly, they were enforcing good safety practices. It's pretty good value for the money, too.
Check in was horrible in Miami. The woman was rude and not helpful with the questions. There was nothing to like at the check in and there were really slow even for First class passenger like me.
I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much
Check-in was a nightmare. At least half the self-serve kiosks were out of printer paper so were out of service. It was chaos. No one was directing traffic, so you had to hope you were in the right line. We finally got to a kiosk and checked in, and printed one bag tag for checked baggage. We were in line to drop off the checked bag, and the lady working that station just walked away and didn’t come back. After we waited a bit, another person in line went to ask at the nearby counter if the bag check person was coming back, and she wasn’t, so we had to find a new line and wait all over again. Once we got our bag dropped off and our tickets, the rest was easy. The security line went quickly, and the terminal was clean and nice. Our flight was great and the flight crew was excellent. I think if someone had kept up with the kiosk printers, a lot of the check-in headaches and stress would have been solved.

I also have trouble sleeping on flights and thought there would be the opportunity to watch TV/movies but this was not the case unless you wanted to pay extra. Most international flights already have this built in for free and should be included in the cost. What a disappointment flying on American was. I will take LAN or Copa from now on as my other options."

The flight was cancelled. Is unacceptable. We want to pass a good moment during our trip. But because of you we have galeried during more 1 day.
The flight info was a mess - I could not find any itinerary confirmation anywhere (except the email I was sent) and could not lookup status on the airline websites or anywhere else. My flights did NOT show up on the American Airlines app, and looking up my flight info departure gate etc was practically impossible. Check-in didn't work through app/web and we had to manually do everything with the check-in agent which took 30minutes. ANNOYING! ALSO: in-flight entertainment would only play the same two ads and quit without playing the movie. This happened over and over again.... I must have watched the Canada Tourism and Hyatt ads at least 30 times. ANNOYING! This will be the LAST TIME that I book through KAYAK, and definitely NEVER EVER EVER use chatdeal again!
Boarding and communication
The airplane seems to be in good shape. The crew member aren’t as welcoming as they’re in other European airlines. It’s hard to understand the flight attendants when they speak English.
My review is limited because we had two flights. One from Madrid to Chicago on Iberia Airlines was awesome, business class, roomy with good food and clean bathrooms. The other Chicago to San Diego on American Airlines was not so good, really poor, over crowed and small bathrooms. It would have been better if we could have stayed on Iberia all the way to San Diego.

Miinukset: "55-minute connection across terminals - five of us missed this flight. Iberia didnt even offer a voucher for breakfast. Makes this an overnight nightmare"
Miinukset: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."
Plussat: "On the plane, the trip was fine. The trans-atlantic section of the flight was surprisingly spacious."
Miinukset: "The connection was too short in Madrid, so I missed my flight to Berlin and was stuck in the airport for 11 hours. No airport lounge. Kind of a drag after a 9 hour flight. Also they said that my luggage would already be in Berlin but it was not and now I am still trying to find it. Yikes!"
Plussat: "Great in flight experience! Cabin crew were very friendly and kind. Entertainment was awesome!"
Miinukset: "Food was delicious compared to most American airlines. However, portions were smaller. Seating is more narrow compared to standard non low-cost laung-haul airlines. You will not have a pleasant flight if you're a tall and/or a big person."

Miinukset: "I was not allowed to check in online, so I had to go to the airport early to check in. Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

Plussat: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."

Miinukset: "Iberia Airlines The flight attendants on the Iberia section of the flight from Madrid to Chicago could have cared less. The plane was late and the crew could have cared less. They fasten seat belt sign was on way way too long with no turbulence so they did not have to open the bar. They would not serve vodka from the cart and you needed to go to the back of the aircraft for it. Will not fly Iberia again. ."

Plussat: "My family (four of us) flew FinnAir (Iberia) to Madrid and back and found the service outstanding. The flight crews were top notch, the takeoff and landings were smooth and even, as were both flights, the food was fine, the entertainment was great, and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Overall, a superior experience to any U.S. airline I have ever flown. I would fly them again any time. Five stars."
Miinukset: "On the return flight from Madrid, we ended up having to board the plane from the tarmac, which was interesting. I can remember decades ago when that was done, but it was a first for us. We checked our luggage, so it was no problem for us, but some passengers had to lug big carry-on suitcases up those staircases. I'm not sure what passengers with disabilities had to do to board. I don't think it was the airline's fault, but it was a little out-of-the ordinary."
Miinukset: "When I got on the plane there was urine on my seat and no one told me before I sat down. DISGUSTING"

Miinukset: "Flight was canceled, no option given to rebook over the phone or at another desk. I waited 6 hours in the airport to get my flight rebooked for the following day. Cancelations happen but there was no plan in place, to manage such a situation. We were offered no compensation except free chips 5 hours into the wait. I've never had a worse experience with an airline."
Miinukset: "This was American Airlines, not Iberia. Flight was supposed to leave at 9:45 pm but was delayed to 10:30 pm. At around 10:45 the flight was delayed again. At around 11 we were told that our pilots were too tired to fly and two other pilots might fly us but we wouldn't know untill 12:30 am. At 12:45 am we were told the back up pilots refused the trip. American Airlines has no back up plan for this apparently and the flight was cancelled till 9:30 am the next day. It was 2:00 am before I received a hotel voucher. Overall terrible experience."

Miinukset: "Seats were cramped. Boarding process did not follow the assigned group numbers. No drinks or snacks were offered. Checkin window assignment in the airport was not made until 2 hours before flight time and we were forced to check in the carryon boxes."
