I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

Miinukset: "My brother and his wife had to wait 12 hrs for plane delay,just to hear that AA canceled all flight for that date. The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Plussat: "Flight crew was very professional and courteous. The food was excellent! It was like eating at an awesome Japanese restaurant! There were toothbrush kits w/small tubes of toothpaste in the bathrooms, which was a nice touch. Bathrooms were very clean. Entertainment was very good and had many choices. Would love to fly them again any chance I get! Probably the best flight experience I've ever had."

I requested the vegetarian meal and it was the best airline food I have ever eaten Flight crew was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working for Japan Airlines. I don't see that very often on any domestic US air carriers. I highly recommend Japan Air."

Miinukset: "We couldn't land in Narita due to bad weather, so we did emergency landing to Haneda to refuel and go back to Narita. But after we got off in Narita, the immigration is chaos. Nobody arranging it and people just going wild, nobody knows where the line should begin. We spent 2 hours plus in the imigration line. So from the scheduled time to arrive at Tokyo 5pm, we get to our Hotel at 2am. Good job Narita airport!"

Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."

Miinukset: "I have started taking SQ instead of budget airlines hoping for good service and on time travel. However, both times travelling from SQ from jakarta was delayed. Yesterday, I got home 1.5hrs later than I should have. I have also to pay for additional surcharge due to midnight cab fare. Further, when I wsa travelling to Jakarta - none of the inflight entertainment was working. So it has been disappointing."

Miinukset: "I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window."

Plussat: "There’s a reason Qatar Airline is one of the top 10 airlines! Other airlines feed you pretzels and charge you for a blanket. Qatar feeds you numerous times throughout the flight and everything is as great as travel today can be."

I am not one of your frequent flyers but travel internationally. However, based on his attitude I will think twice to select Qatar as my choice of airlines."

Miinukset: "17 hour transit in Doha and no accommodation was provided. Though I booked it from a third party I belive QA is at least responsible for making sure that the vendors let the user know that there will be NO accommodation provided. This information is also not readily accessible when searching online."

Miinukset: "I was given incorrect date and missed my flight. I had to spend 750 £ and buy a flight from another airline to get home"

Plussat: "We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Miinukset: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

Miinukset: "Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told "you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit." When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. The airline rep in charge of my group refused to tell us any information, however, only admitting after we got confrontational with her that we had missed our flights. She then offered no information about what would happen to us, telling us we'd find out when we got to the rebooking counter. Very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to wait for another 24 hours for the next flight, necessitating that I would spend the night in Qatar. I was put up in a hotel that was decent, but again that offered very little in terms of customer service. We were given an $80 meal allowance, but despite me not using it, I was nickeled and dimed in other aspects to where I ended up paying $20 to help reschedule a flight that I had missed in my destination country. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and mostly due to poor communication and very cold, almost robotic interactions with the QA staff on the ground in Doha."

Plussat: "On business class, so service was extraordinary"

Miinukset: "The seat from Jakarta to Doha, especially the head/neck holder was uncomfortoble. Too big and stiff and wasn’t on the right possition even though it is adjustable. One of the crew didn’t say anything, not even smile after she opened the curtain between bussiness and economy class at row J K L. She just walked away."

Plussat: "Gave food vouchers due to extended layover. Marché food quality is average at best."
Miinukset: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. Miinukset: "- Tiny, cramped seats and aisles. I'd heard the Quatar has more leg room than other airlines. This is definitely not true. If the person in front of me reclined all the way, they crushed my knees and I'm only 5'7". - Seat cushions are thin and hard. - baggage check in took a very long time; about 45-60"

China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

The food for Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal (VLML) - (A Vegetarian Meal that may also contain eggs and dairy products) was gross and the guy flight attendant wouldn't give me ice cream because I had a special meal. All I wanted for food was no meat; I didn't expect it would have no ice cream and no real food. I should've, could've taken one of the options on the food list and push away the meat myself."

Plussat: "The crew are very nice. They maintain the toilet area clean and with paper supplies. I love the availability of having a hot noodle soup in between meals."
Miinukset: "No slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste for economy passengers. Some airlines will give this automatic due to long hours trip."

Miinukset: "I remember Cathay pacific having nice planes, but I guess things have changed. Plane, bathrooms, everything was downright dirty. Basically the only thing Cathay Pacific has going for it is direct LAX to HK, but that's it. I will try to avoid Cathay in the future"

Plussat: "Delays occur, but reputable, customer service oriented airlines do their best to remedy to the disruption and minimize the inconvenience. Reputable, customer service oriented airlines don't leave their passenger stranded."
Miinukset: "Reputable airlines know ahead of time which passengers are at risk of missing their connection and have someone waiting at the arrival gate to quickly take them to the next departure gate, while the next flight waits a few extra minutes (because we only missed boarding by a few minutes)"

Plussat: "My seat didnt recline so i wasnt feeling comfortable"

Miinukset: "The online check in wasn’t possible so I wasn’t able to choose my seat."

Miinukset: "I think finding a way to empower the crew to explain to passangers who took the extra seats ( some up to 5 per person) the entire 12 hours, that they must switch at some point if asked. There weren’t willing to do it on their own( being civil is a learned skill) and refused to allow someone else to take a nep on the extra seats as if they had paid for it."

Plussat: "In flight service and food was excellent."
Miinukset: "Custom control at transfer airport (IST) was very crowded. Then were no Turkish Air representative available to guide to terminal, to reassure flight will be held. Arriving flight was late, very stressful. Turkish Air representatives near lines to say—we are aware you are connecting would have alleviated stress."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system, in three out of four long flights, did not work. In the one that "worked", the sound was terrible and this made the experience totally unsatisfactory. A major airline should avoid this."

Plussat: "I really liked the whole experience and would only highly recommend Turkish airlines"

Plussat: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Miinukset: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Miinukset: "Honestly I have no negative comment to mention All went well I would fly Turkish Airlines again and again"

Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Had to spend over an hour at the airport to get a seat and almost missed the flight. Something is wrong with the customer service."

Miinukset: "we had to stop in berlin. we were not informed about the length of the stop. food service stopped in the middle and then resumed 4 hrs later. the crew did not offer snacks instead. wifi did not work on the plane so we could not inform our families of the delay. headset was not working on both ears. boarding was very long due to extra security checks. not sure why u need to go through this twice..."

Miinukset: "For a flight this long the seat is very hard after some time. More space is needed between rows. When the person in front of me put his seat back I felt very trapped in my seat."

Miinukset: "They told us to observe the 4 groups mentioned on our boarding passes, then there was only one entry... From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."

Plussat: "Flight was on time."
Miinukset: "The food was poor. No choice and the same, cut-down beef meal I had several times before. I suggest the "cook" on board be dropped and the meals improved."
