Flight was delayed almost three hours
Honestly the only poor experience was the lady at American Air line check in in Fort Myers airport. Who didn't listen when I said i already paid for my bags online and she tried to charge me $40. When I clicked cancel on the kiosk she scolded me and sent me to "full service check in". To which that gentleman was very nice and I proceeded to pay nothing more, like I expected.
Flight was delayed three hours sitting on the plane. This happens almost every time I fly with American. There is always problems
Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour

Everything was great! Registration, boarding and flight overall experience was great!
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
The flight attendants were rude, and then our connection got canceled and we were offered nothing in return for missing work because of it.

Miinukset: "Nothing was offered or included, not even water! The crew never passed asking or offering anything. Not even when you saw them face to face. I recently took a flight of the same length with Frontier and even though you had to pay for carry on and buy the water at least they cared"
Miinukset: "This was the most uncomfortable flight of my life. We were packed in like sardines during COVID. This was the least amount of legroom I've ever had on a flight."
Plussat: "The pilot did a great job navigating around the bad weather and the landing was amazing, I barely felt anything! Thank you to them and the flight attendants!"
Plussat: "Crew was great"
Miinukset: "Not operating in any way like there is a pandemic going on. Both overbooked flights. Put everybody too close together and then spouted a bunch of social distancing. All words no action. No sanitizer or wipes offered. No amenities."
Plussat: "Fine but still crowded and stupid mask policy means nothing on a crowded airplane"
Plussat: "Crew was amazing, we were well-fed and service was great!"
Miinukset: "Captions for the hearing impaired, but not possible unless there are individual TV's. I understand that this was an older plane--a "classic." Hoping that entertainment will become more accessible in newer planes"
Miinukset: "Boarded too many people and there key bridge filled up. Also, on a night flight just skip the credit card ad and let me get to sleep"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed because of another flight before ours and there was poor communication."
Plussat: "That I took off and landed safely."
Miinukset: "The attitude of the employees."
Miinukset: "Flight currently delayed 3 hours! No help booking another flight or compensation or way of getting back to NYC in time."

Miinukset: "Old airplane. Upgraded to Business Class. The video system was not working properly, didn’t show images so it was hard to choose a movie or program. The seats are old fashioned, and so are the pods: not as comfortable a flight as on newer planes."
Plussat: "Crew was nice"
Miinukset: "Not enough leg room. They did a gate change and I almost missed the flight because nothing was announced and when I looked at my phone app it had the previous gate."
Plussat: "The meals on Japan Airlines (JAL) were delicious!"
Miinukset: "Fukuoka and Narita airports had terminals that weren’t connected by a train or even an indoor path. It was covered but it was cold in Narita and Fukuoka required a slow shuttle."

Miinukset: "Nothing, all was great."

Miinukset: "With one exception, personnel very unfriendly."

Miinukset: "Seat space is bad. Food is all for a fee."
Miinukset: "AS changed flight time,had 3.5 hour layover in charolette originally was going to arrive at 11am in Denver, didn't arrive until 1:30pm"
Miinukset: "The Video on Demand service for movies, TV, and Music would skip every 10 to 20 seconds, jumping forward about 2 or 3 seconds at a time...making videos unwatchable. This was a problem for my seat, the two in front of me, and apparently many other seats on the flight."
Plussat: "Timing was on point. Majority of the staff was friendly. Wifi with gogoflight and as I am a T-Mobile Customer is definitely a big good point."
Miinukset: "No food was given if you didn’t buy anything. Even being the flight almost 4 hours. ($10 for a chicken wrap...)"
Miinukset: "This was actually an American Airline flight with other carrier names. I hate how AA tries to get passengers to pay more for seating. Even less than 24 hours before the flight they were trying to trick me into selecting a less desirable seat or pay an additional $93 per seat. It was only because we got to the airport early did better seats mysteriously become available. Even after selecting seats they still tried to get us to pay for "better" seating."
Plussat: "The newer plane is the only nice thing."
Miinukset: "This service is terrible. We had to run and practically knock people over to get to this flight. After being stuck in Dallas at the beginning of our trip. There is nothing organized about this company. And no concern for their customers. We heard different things from every single employee we talked to."
Plussat: "Departed and arrived on time and friendly and efficient service during flight."

Miinukset: "No entertainment"
Miinukset: "Due to what had happened in Alicante and having to purchase a new ticket for Rosario IBERIA told us they could not issue a boarding pass due to the fact that the flight from Madrid to JFK was on American Airlines. Once we arrived in Madrid it was very nerve wrecking because we had to go to several places in and explain everything and we needed to do a lot of running in order to make it to our flight on time, all this with two small children and people that were so unwilling to help"
Miinukset: "we had to wait for the 4th flight attendant for almost 3h in la. The Crew at the gate wasn't even able to make proper announcements. The plane didn't provide charging stations for your devices, I would expect for a flight like this that you either have screens on each seat or you're be able to charge your devices"
Miinukset: "No entertainment no wifi"
Miinukset: "Denied boarding by gate agent. 5 min past mandatory one hour cut off from boarding. We had been standing in line for agent for 30 minutes. Two customers flying with little dogs delaying the movement of line. Flight was subsequently delayed by 2 hours and 10 min. More than enough time to allow us to board under 1 hour regulation. I booked LATAM instead of AA based on reputation, very upsetting experience for us."
Plussat: "Nothing to expect from Domestic fight."
Plussat: "Arrived safely and captain had good communication."
Miinukset: "Gate agent closed door and left the gate at least 15 minutes before departure, so when myself and other passengers arrived no one was there to board us, then she got upset at us. Tray table in 11F was broken. Catering delayed the flight, and never showed."
Plussat: "I liked because it was my mom first international trip and she got all the support from the crew. She loved it!"
Plussat: "A short flight, so quite comfortable"
Miinukset: "Lengthy delay due to a broken seat. Missed connection then the next plane had an equipment issue. Had to deplane after 40 min and wait on a new plane. Every flight has had an equipment issue causing a major delay. I'll never fly American Airlines again."
Plussat: "The professionalism of the crew."
Miinukset: "The flight left late and they did not explain why their was a delay. The landing was not smooth. It was a rough landing."
Plussat: "It was a great experience. Flight on time, excellent seats, even though the reservation was made one day before flying out due to an emergency. Wonderful flight crew. Will suggest to others and fly likely again."
