Miinukset: "It was freezing on the plane. I had a jacket on and socks and used two of the blankets and was still cold. I also had tried to contact Iberia to order a special meal, but was not able to get through on the line even though I tried for several days. I also was not able to figure out how to order a meal on-line. I was disappointed with the choices of movies."
Plussat: "The in flight movie selection was great. They were generous with providing us wine and complementary in flight entertainment . Didn't have to pay extra to check our bags."
Miinukset: "The food wasn't very good. But at least they provided us with some. We paid extra foe exit row seats and they allowed someone to sir across from my husband in the flight attendant seat they use during landing and take off. He sat there the entire flight. He was tall with long legs and took away from my husbands leg room which is why we paid extra for the exit row seats. Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

Miinukset: "I was not allowed to check in online, so I had to go to the airport early to check in. Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Miinukset: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Miinukset: "The flight was very late, the crew was nonexistent. I only got 1 cup of water during a 7 Hour flight. No snacks were offered and the lateness from this flight made me miss my connecting flight."
Plussat: "The price was too good to be true, and it was."
Miinukset: "I flew Norweigan round trip to Paris from NYC in May. I knew that it was a budget airline, but I've never seen such horrible service. If you like chaos and being treated like a second class citizen, this is the airline for you. Upon arrival at the airport, we were not able to check our bags at check in (you have to pay 80 Euro and go upstairs to do so). When we asked the staff at the front desk, they were blunt and rude and looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to check our bag. At boarding, they called group A to board at a different gate, then proceeded to make everyone stand for the next 20 minutes before giving us the update that they would need another 10 minutes to give us an update. The terminal was so small no one had any room to move or find out what was going on. During the flight, the only in flight entertainment was the map, Titanic (in French), and Wonder Woman. The rest of the channels either didn't work or didn't exist. The flight attendants only spoke to the people who pre-purchased their meals, so don't expect them to acknowledge you if you didn't buy anything. We weren't even offered water on a 7 hour flight, you had to get the attention of the flight attendant so you could purchase water."
Plussat: "Really pleased they fly to Austin,Texas direct from London. They give a very cost effective alternative to BA. We upgraded to Premium for a reasonable fee. We liked the masses of leg room but on a night flight it is impossible for the middle/window passenger to escape as all seats are back with footrests extended. The cabin crew were very good. The plane was new and very clean. Roast beef salad for breakfast was tasty if unusual."
Miinukset: "Low cost premium is rare, and some cost cutting is understandable. That said....Premium seats weren’t that comfortable. I’m not too tall (6 feet) but they didn’t support my back well. There was no music entertainment so ensure you bring your own. There is plenty of power. The film selection is the same in both directions and pretty limited. Not a problem if you are sleeping though. Note: When upgraded you don’t seem to get all your prepaid extras refunded and we couldn’t choose our seats in Premium. There is no business lounge in Austin. (There was in Gatwick). The Norwegian app never linked to my reservation automatically. Some synchronisation work required there. Unlike other premium flights the drinks service was pretty limited. I didn’t enjoy eating out of a cardboard box, but the food was tasty."

Miinukset: "Check in took forever. You had to first weigh your bag and we’re charged for 1Kilo over 65.00. You had to stand in lines that took longer than they should’ve been. First to check in bag and then another one to pay."
Miinukset: "Our original flight from LAX to Norway was delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Iceland. The travel site was able to provide accommodations. Our return flight from Oslo to LAX was another bit of a hassle. We were each questioned by Norwegian Air employees. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. I won’t fly Norwegian Air in the future."
Plussat: "Norwegian is bare bones, but this flight on the Dreamliner is very comfortable. It ‘helped’ that the delay meant lots of people cancelled and there was a lot of spare space on board."
Miinukset: "It’s a long flight with no drinks... but with Norwegian you know what you sign up for! Water is $3. The 5 hour delay left something to be desired, but Norwegian texted me early so I knew not to head to the airport."
Plussat: "The food available for purchase was unexpectedly fresh and the screen ordering system is convenient. The plane was new and nice and clean, but pretty tightly packed."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by an hour and a half and the pilot kept saying that we'd be leaving in five minutes leading to a planeful of frustrated customers. The entertainment system does not have a very good selection of films. The crew was fine, but didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful."

Plussat: "We like the automated self-check in for checked bags so you don't have to stand in long check in lines when you already have a boarding pass. we also like that the boarding process is fast and uncomplicated. Often planes are boarded from both ends."

Miinukset: "No blanket or pillow provided for an 11 hour flight? No headset to watch entertainment? Why don't seats in front of toilets adjust but the ones in front do..thus squashing us in even further?! Why must we pay extra for drinks or snacks? Remember it's an 11 hour flight, fully paid for.."
Miinukset: "Well, due to a delay from Bergen to Copenhagen, I barely made my Copenhagen to Boston connector flight. The crew did their part to make sure I didn't miss my connecting flight which was terrific, but my check-in baggage did not make it (I hope it is still in Copenhagen). Normally I wouldn't grade so hard, but my check-in luggage was also mishandled on my connecting flight two weeks ago from Copenhagen to Oslo, causing me to miss my initial Oslo to Tromsø flight and settle for a later one. So two mishandled check-in bags out of six flights over a three-week period is not a good ratio. To be honest, if my baggage appears tomorrow I will be annoyed but not too angry. If not and it's lost, well, I love Norway and Norwegian patience, but conscientiousness is a good thing, and Norwegian or not, carelessness is a bad thing. I hope my luggage arrives tomorrow so I can forgive and forget."
Plussat: "Entertainment and great aircraft."
Miinukset: "The crew had no personality and the food wasn't good. I went to order from the screen since it was hard to eat the dinner, they were out if everything. A few kinks that could be worked out. But start with the people! When I say thank you and your crew ignores me...its simply rude."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice, there were movies to watch, boarding was easy and the flight didn't have any problems in general"
Miinukset: "Seats are on the smaller side and it was a long trip, I asked about food and the flight attendant told me there wasn't any service so I bought a sandwich, after that we got dinner."
Plussat: "The aircraft is nice and I enjoy the extra luggage space many companies require a lot of passengers to check their carry on at the gate and that really annoys me so I appreciate having room for everyone and their belongings."

Miinukset: "1 hour to board because the system is all messed up. 4 hours (really though! I took a nap and watched a movie) on the runway while they tried to fix the plane only to be told we have to get off. 2 hours on line, which we learned an hour into the wait, to be placed in a hotel because NO ONE who worked for Norwegian was around to deal with passenger rebooking. 1 hour waiting in line for a room OUTSIDE of the hotel (it's January in Paris. It's cold). I got to the airport at 5. I got to my hotel at 3am. Had a lovely dinner of vending machine fine French cuisine. (Shout out to those meal vouchers we never got!!!) Our new flight time has been changed 3 times from 2pm to 3pm to 6pm. Im still not on a flight almost 24 hours later."
Plussat: "Cheap tickets, on time flights and modern aircraft"
Miinukset: "It's a budget airline, don't expect any luxuries. No free water on board. Check in experience at Helsinki was ridiculous. Spent an hour queuing just to DROP our bags. This was AFTER already having boarding passes and luggage tags"

Miinukset: "Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food."
Plussat: "As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm."

Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."
Miinukset: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
Plussat: "Cabin crew - efficient, friendly and with a sense of humour."
Miinukset: "Having to buy Prority boarding to guarantee access to the overhead bins. Seats not that comfortable. Little legroom (i’m average height at best)."
Plussat: "The price and the female staff were gorgeous."
Miinukset: "Everything from start to finish at BCN."
Miinukset: "Once we finally got through the archaic baggage drop and security lines, we found ourselves in the tiniest terminal with essentially standing room only. Flight was then delayed by 1 hour. Once Boarding was announced we waited in line for about 30 minutes before they started letting people through only to wait another 30 minutes in a hot corridor (major fire hazard) awaiting a bus to drive us about 100 feet to our plane. It really was a circus, there were about 10 buses that kept circling around the tarmac in front of us, stopping in front of our boarding line, doors open, then inexplicably the bus would take off without anyone on board. We finally boarded a bus and were driven right in front of our plane, yet for unknown reasons we were kept on the bus in about 85 degree weather with no AC or ventilation for 20 minutes!!! There were people boarding the plane as we waited in the hotbox and there was no obvious reason as to why they wouldn't open the doors. People began slowly panicking, one woman was hyperventilating because it was so hot and the air was suffocating. Suddenly doors opened and we boarded plane with no explanation. To make matters worse the AC did not appear to be working on the flight, it was quite warm and humid on the already uncomfortable Ryanair flight with non-reclining seats or free water. NEVER AGAIN!"
Plussat: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Miinukset: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Miinukset: "The staff, one in particular, was very rude. I asked for some hot water to drink on board as I wasn’t feeling well, and the flight attendant refused. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, and just helped ruin the overall experience. The flight was late. We also ended up alighting the plane in rain when we got to London, which cause me to get a cold."
Plussat: "Left late but arrived on time."
Miinukset: "Cost of seat and priority far too expensive, got caught out or wouldn’t have purchased. Flight really cold next to window. Boarding sign went up and our plane had not even arrived. Got everyone standing in lines far too early, my husband can’t stand for long periods, so back was sore before even on flight."
Miinukset: "There were 3 queues, supposedly- one for priority boarding, one for back row seats and one for the rest of the passengers. But there was only one person at the boarding gate and she was accepting anyone with a boarding pass regardless of which queue they came from. This resulted in a lot of shoving and pushing and a complete bottleneck at the gate. It was uncivilised to put it mildly. Really poor experience. Next time I’ll try a different airline even if I need to pay a bit more."

When we landed passport control was very slow and kept us all waiting in the cold. Self scanning machines were not working."

Miinukset: "They made me check my bag when other people behind me had bigger bags. They also didn't make clear lines to board the plane so people were cutting each other. The staff didn't seem to care. I was disappointed with ryan air staff and their lack of care. It seems like they wanted to get it over with as opposed to making sure they were doing their job. This isn't a bagel shop, it's an airplane. It makes me wonder how well the planes are inspected..."
Plussat: "There was nothing positive about this flight experience."
Miinukset: "Called to gate, where there was nothing to do. 10 min later on screens 1 hour delay, 20 mins later increased to 2 hour delay - no infor given. Member of airport staff informed us we would get some food ( distugust unfortunatly) about 30 mins from expected (2 hour late delay) another delay, now leaving 3h10 min later than expected. Board the plane, taxing to runway told we will be flying into Gatwick not Stansted, not other info given. When asking flight attendants, told they had no info either and also had been delayed ( I still can't get over how rude staff were). Just before landing announced that it had all been sorted and there would be coaches taking us to the correct airport. This was a lie! Nothing put on at at 4am we were expected to sort our own transport back to the correct airport. Never again will I fly with an airline that fails to fulfil their contract. Despicable."

Plussat: "Best: The flight was direct, not routed through distant cities as is the case with some low fairs from Stockholm to London."
Miinukset: "Worst: The procedures for getting from the airport entrance to the actual aircraft. Only a few minutes to know the gate, thus getting to the gate is rushed. Also the line for checking in was long, and there was no sigh to let me know that I needed to check in even though I already had a boarding pass."
Plussat: "Effective service point A to B. Flew from Hamburg Manchester and seated 17A. Leg room good on the exit row."
Miinukset: "New slimline seats will be difficult for anything more than 2 hours"
Miinukset: "The air conditioning was very high and I think that most passengers feel very cold during the flight."

Plussat: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Miinukset: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."
Plussat: "Staff polite and helpful. Swift check in."

Miinukset: "No entertainment provided, boarding took quite a while and don't like the extra add-ons pre-flight. The flight started off quite cheap but with all the other add ons to make it an easier trip, it seemed unfair."
Miinukset: "We are done our pre-check online two days before the flight. When we arrived at the airport we were told that it had not been completed and sent to another office. There we had to pay a 45 euro penalty each The boarding took forever. And they were probably the most uncomfortable seats we've ever flown in. We like to save a dollar if possible, but will never fly Ryan air again. Life is too short."

Miinukset: "Too much flight crew communication during night time: Rayan air time for souvenirs shops, coffee breaks... At night a little less break ins will be fine. I know it´s a company policy but if you don't do check in first, I think 45€ its a little bit expensive. :)"
Miinukset: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."
Plussat: "The crew knew no better. But everything from check in to boarding was miscommunicated, chaotic, nickel and dining and overall aggravating to say the least. I will never fly this airline again."
Miinukset: "Please See above. Non disclosed extra fees. Zero sense of customer care or hospitality. Stressed crew. A sense of chaos that does not make one feel safe nor secure when flying."
Plussat: "It was easy, tickets were cheap, and it was fast."
Miinukset: "The price for luggage is ridiculous. Bring a tiny carry on if you want to avoid spending 45 on regular sized luggage."
