I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !"
Miinukset: "No pudimos volar a Miami nuestro destino final,porque al llamar a Iberia desde Venecia(horas antes que saliera nuestro vuelo),para informales que por llegar a bordo de un crecuro y no permitrisele a este entrar al puerto por motivos de la neblina,no llegariamos a tiempo a nuetro 1er vuelo con ellos,y nos dijeron que perdiamos la posibilidad de tomar este segundo al otro dia,17 horas despues,donde solo nos ofrecieron la posiibilidad de otro para 3 dias despues y a un precio demasiado alto,nos sentiemos muy poco ayudados y muy disgustados con esta aeorolinea."

Miinukset: "Confusion at boarding gate with different groups being called with no clarity - overpriced for 1 way Trip"
Miinukset: "Half way through the flight my screen stopped working"
Miinukset: "Very hard to get any information about connective flights. I had 1 hour between the flights and I asked the assistant at the passport control to help me to get through, she said that everyone needs to stay in the same line. I pushed myself through, which I never do, and run all the way to the gate, and hardly made my flight. It is very hard to get any information because most employees don't speak English. I will never fly with Iberia again. I would rather pay more and fly with another company. I was very upset about my flying experience."
Miinukset: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."
Plussat: "Very nice crew"
Miinukset: "Couldn't check in online and couldn't get my boarding pass to my second flight through Iberia, had to do it at Madrid and it was very inconvenient."
Miinukset: "For the first time ever an airline lost my luggage. I fly several times a year and thus was my firat time flying Iberia. What a headache and inconvenience."
Plussat: "Clean plane, pleasant staff, excellent movie selection. food better than most."
Miinukset: "The flight crew only cared about their first class passengers."
Plussat: "Reclination system, closer and closer to the AVE, is an advantage. Although still to improve how not to disturb the passenger behind you."
Miinukset: "Boarding was messy. We barely fitted in the waiting area. Food quite crappy, especially breakfast."
Plussat: "Everything was above what I experienced with other airlines."
Miinukset: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."
Plussat: "The food was good"
Miinukset: "The plane was supper cold & the service was poor."
Miinukset: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."
Plussat: "Quick pickup of baggage."

Miinukset: "They start boarding on time, but inexplicably kept people waiting on the jetbridge and did not allow anyone to actually pass through the airplane doors."
Miinukset: "No free snacks or drinks"
Plussat: "A short flight but could have some form of entertainment."
Plussat: "Considering my flight was from Tenerife to NY even though they stopped in Madrid they could have given us at least a bottle or glass of water without charging for it. No TV so not the greatest flight. Staff not very helpful at airport to accommodate a seat change to be able to sit with family."
Plussat: "The flight delayed for 2hours. I required the blanket but it was used with lots of hairs not really hygienic. The crew was not friendly and kind of rude."
Plussat: "The ease at putting my luggage in.."
Miinukset: "The prices of the food and drinks!! Ripped off!!"
Plussat: "Great selection of movies and the food wasn't too bad."
Miinukset: "The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat."
Miinukset: "The entertainment cost money for the flight and the transfer procedure for luggage in Boston was unclear and poorly organized. One of our bags was lost."
Plussat: "The crew members where very helpful throughout the flight with whatever I needed."
Miinukset: "The fact that everything costed more money."
Miinukset: "The aircraft has air condition problem and they whole flight was extremely HOT!!!! Cabin crew paid very little attention to this until we were 4 hours into the flight and basically said there is nothing I can do. I call for the head of the cabin crew and she took 2 hours to come talk to me. I had to wait for here to come out from her flight nap in the crew quarters."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for over 60 minutes. In addition, boarding was poor an took over 30 minutes. Leg room was ok, however, seats were very narrow"

Miinukset: "The check in agents are truly the worst. Only one check in agent came after me through security and apologized on behalf of his colleague and upgraded me. Awful check in person"
Miinukset: "The boarding gate was very far, and I had to walk all the way."
Plussat: "Everything was as expected except for the inconvenience of no having food on board."
Miinukset: "Had to pay for food. not a single chip :("
Miinukset: "At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane."

Miinukset: "Toilet was disgusting, crew spoke over the pa and could not understand a thing, entertainment was an old in the back of the seat player very slow and bad picture. Breakfast was a piece of bread."
Plussat: "Crew very pleasant and professional. Priority boarding worked very well"
Miinukset: "Bridge did not work on arrival. Used bus. Sky priority but then they stuck everybody on like cattle."
Plussat: "The crew was helpful and friendly. The craft was pretty quiet.with plenty of amenities."
Miinukset: "I reserved seats at purchase but the air Europa app did not recognize my seat selections and we ended up being seated at random. The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic."
Plussat: "I got to my destination safely."
Miinukset: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."
Plussat: "The plane was clean and spacious."
Miinukset: "Although a short flight, there were no complimentary food or drink options."
Miinukset: "The excessive baggage fee"
Miinukset: "Not only did we board an hour late but we were basically held hostage for over 3 hours inside the airplane due to navigation difficulties. We were in the middle of the ramp and little information was given. Needless to say I missed my connecting flight. A total nightmare."
Plussat: "I was put on standby because I wasn’t able to check in before getting to the airport. They were overbooked."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly, and the chicken with rice was not amazing but better than average for plane food."
Miinukset: "The plane was not in the best condition, worn seats, many screens not working... Looked like maintenance is not a priority."
Miinukset: "We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."
Plussat: "I want a refund of 450 euros...i had to pay for my baggage...i paid 1.184 us dollars for my tickets...and was supposed to be free hand bag and first bag free...how was printed in the tickets you sent me.. Please i need to get my money back...air europa told it was your fault... Yoel flores Miami...305 763 6049"

Miinukset: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"
Miinukset: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"
Plussat: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Miinukset: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."
Plussat: "One attendant took care of an infant while a mother was suffering from a nose bleed."
Miinukset: "Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"
Miinukset: "We did not receive any beverage drinks during flight. Only the first 10 or 15 rows received this service. :("
Plussat: "On our way to CCS-Madrid the crew was wonderful, i'd pay with my debit US card with any issues, then when we came Rome to Madrid, the crew was wonderful."
Miinukset: "on our way from Madrid to Rome I did not like the crew to rude, on our way to Madrid - CCS the crew were rude, not all, but most of them."

Miinukset: "I needed special assistance as I am on crutches. They made me wait forever on the plane when we landed and then insisted I just try to walk down the stairs, I almost tripped trying before they finally called for the assistance truck to get me off the plane. I was very uncomfortable by their lack of willingness to help."

Miinukset: "Have to pay if you want a juice or coffee. In order to aboard to plane you have to take a bus first and drop to you at front of airplane taking a lot of time in order to aboard."
Miinukset: "The seating space was horrible. I have used this airline before and everything was good, but this experience was not comfortable. I could barely move in my seat. The rest was good but can work on the space issue."
Plussat: "Movie selection was pretty good"
Miinukset: "Absolutely no leg room , for a transatlantic flight this was terrible. Very uncomfortable seats and flight overall"
Plussat: "Everything from boarding to luggage pick up went smoothly. The food was ok."
