Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.

Airport boarding more organised.

One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.

Circling so many times before landing I was nearly sick. And a very hard landing so much so I hit my head on the seat in front of me."
Plussat: "1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines"
Miinukset: "1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness"
Plussat: "Took off on time and landed early"
Plussat: "The aircraft ergonomics and layout good, the cabin staff etiquette and service attention excellent, great cleanliness of cabin and on board toilets, and considering space limitations and high number of passengers the food and refreshments were excellent. Makes B.A. look second rate. Again excellent driving by those at the pointed end."
Miinukset: "Ground staff at departures at Montego bay were a little aggressive and arrogant. Dont know where the hell the 787 manufacturing plant got their seat designers from, but they certainly didnt get a degree in human anatomy, I guess they thought the plane would only get short haul usage i.e. two and a half hour flights......seating most unconfortable!"
Plussat: "Efficient and timely"
Miinukset: "Tight for space and asked to change one of two seats to a aisle seat for my partner who had a bladder infection and needed to go to the toilet often. Was refused at check on saying no available seats but after take off noticed that there were available seats."

Plussat: "Perhaps because I'd previously flown Premium Cabin on the Dreamliner but I found the seating uncomfortable. I've flown long haul economy with both Etihad and Singapore and was expecting the Dreamliner to be up there with these airlines. Sadly not. In all other respects the flight was fine. Boarding, food etc all good."

Miinukset: "The plane was old, and falling apart. They didn't allow me to return to my home country, made me miss my flight, and forced me to buy another ticket. Never will I go with them again! Poor customer service! Also morning flights are so early no train makes it at that hour. You'd have to spend the night at the airport."

Miinukset: "The booking & checking system was terrible: online check-in didn't work, adding a bag didnt work. When calling the helpline an unhelpful agent explained that 3 days before the flight I could neither check in online nor add a bag! I've never heard or seen this with any other airline. I was told I would have to pay excess at the airport, around 10GBP per kilo! When I asked to speak to someone else I was told there was noone I could speak to! So, one of the largest travel companies in the world has noone to speak to when you have a problem... think about that for a moment. I felt like I was in a Kafkaesque novel. Crazily, when I phoned back in desperation later that day, it was suddenly no problem to add a bag. At the airport it was a similar fiasco: Thomson insists on a ridiculous 5kg for the on-board luggage. Most board cases already weigh 2-3 kilos before you've put anything in them! Not just this, the case was weighed at check-in. Again, I haven't experienced this in years. So the not very competent check-in agent had me juggling weight between two cases, just to comply with the rules, rules which seem exlusive to Thomson. This was the worst pre-flight experience I have ever had, and I have flown more than 25 times a year on average for the last 20 years. Thomson needs to revise its website, procedures & customer service urgently."

Plussat: "Once through security boarding was relatively quick. Small seats though with very little leg room. Pleasant cabin crew though. I do wish that the airlines would invest in decent seats, on both the 757 (outbound) and the 737 (inbound) I suffered really bad with cramp and ANNOYINGLY this policy of having seats that recline on a short haul flight is silly. There is barely enough room already with the seat in front reclining ..."
Miinukset: "Check-In was ridiculous at Manchester Airport on the outbound flight with a long single very slow moving queue. 6 Check-In staff for about 7 or 8 flights all leaving within the hour! And then frustratingly the same on the way home - just 4 desks open for 4 flights all leaving within a hour of each other."

Not fan of Air Canada. Only two things they ever serve for in-flight food. Chicken or Pasta. I traveled many times with them , never heard about anything else from their mouth for food. I call them "cheap chicken pasta airline".

Miinukset: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Plussat: "The crew was friendly. Baggage arrive safely. But the repeated commercial interruptions trying to sell things made me wonder if it was commission based - a nap was not possible from the announcements but you could buy things duty free. I am glad it was a short flight. A new plane."
Miinukset: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Miinukset: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Plussat: "The plane was very clean and new. The crew who worked this flight were most friendly, professional and quite articulate in three languages including the captain. I highly recommend them."
Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Miinukset: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Miinukset: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."
Miinukset: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."

Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

On board you pay for everything, even a glass of water. Tiny seats and the person behind me kept pushing on the back of my seat. Very uncomfortable! Will never fly airbaltic again."
Plussat: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Miinukset: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."
Plussat: "Flight was on time which was surprising given a late snow storm in Tallinn."
Miinukset: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

In economy: The seating area is sufficient for small children only. Nothing is provided for passenger comfort, not even water."

Miinukset: "here is why i am not going to fly norwegian anymore. they have a weight limit on carry ons. it's a scam. mine had clothing in it and was hardly packed tight and it went over the limit. this was an automatic checked bag fee of $60 each way. added $120 to my fee the moment i got to the airport on my first leg so much for discount airline. my 5pm flight home was delayed 2 hours.. then 3. then 4.. then no information then at 11pm the flight was officially canceled. we were given no hotels or instructions. panic'd passengers also with no real information were passing stories around. the most popular story was the flight is CANCELED YOU HAVE TO BOOK YOUR OWN NEW FLIGHT THERE ARE NONE FOR 2 DAYS! so i did. i booked a flight on my phone thinking i was stuck for 36 hours. At 1am they finally unloaded our bags off the plane. the bag that i wanted to carry on the whole time, mind you. Since there were "no hotels" according to the airline, i booked one within a few miles of the airport (airline does make it easy to reimburse for taxi hotels and food online). as I was leaving after 1am they finally made an announcement we will have a plane it will leave around 5pm and they will text us details, which was a slight relief. naturally they had no transportation for us, so another 45 min wait for a cab. I was able to cancel and get a refund on my new booking and had to trust that they would come through. ultimately they had some old plane from another airline show up that got us home as scheduled that day.. whatever. the screens were not working so that was just that extra punch in the gut. Things happen, planes break, and i certainly am all for making sure equipment is safe, but being stuck at the airport for little reason waiting for my carryon i was forced to check for a massive fee with no information until after 1 in the morning was disturbing."
Plussat: "Replacement flight was good, just 24 hours too late. The flight was handled by Privilege Airlines (Spanish) which went smoothly."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed several times, from 17:10 to about midnight when it was cancelled. We were given very little info and didn''t learn about replacement flight until 2 AM next day which was then scheduled for 17:10 the next day, 24 hours later. We ended up staying in airport for extra 24 hours (couldn't fine hotel w/i 30 mi.). Basic problem was slow decision making and poor communications"
Plussat: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. The boarding process was fast and efficient. The crew was very fast in their response time especially when food was ordered. The entertainment was probably my favorite part of the ride because it helped pass the time."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for poorly explained reasons, there was a huge baggage cost for an international flight, the plane taxied for 5 hours after landing, the heat was cranked up and there were no fans, our baggage hasn’t come out 2 hours after landing, but most of all there was no in flight entertainment for the 7.5 hour transatlantic flight - I don’t want to fly Norwegian ever again."

Miinukset: "Baggage allowances where very restricted and no headsets on airplane. Good choices where bad and had to pay for snacks and coffee."
Plussat: "If the format is ordering food there's suppose I be a good standard of service. And there isn't. Also they didn't have earphones for sale-- if they're not handing them for free st least make sure you have some for sale."

Miinukset: "I didn’t realize the airline charges for EVERYTHING! Flight staff was not friendly. We were rarely acknowledged or asked if we needed anything. I will be looking at traveling with other airlines, ones that at least don’t charge me $60 for one bag."
Miinukset: "It's unpleasant that the crew does not come through and at least offer complimentary water. I had to get up each time to ask the crew for water and was given a small cup to take back to my seat. Once, I was told they were too busy. By the end of the 8-hour flight, I had a headache from dehydration. Not fun. I'm unlikely to fly Norwegian again."

Plussat: "Just the price, but I ended paying more for my trip that bif I would have selected another airline with "true" business class."
Miinukset: "This is in relation to my original travel date which was a day earlier before the flight I bought through Kayak... Due to cutoms delays entering London from Madrid, I arrived at the ticket station for Norwegian 50 minutes before departure, for thw agent to tell me that it was too late to check-in and that I was to for fit my business class tkt (no credit, no reimbursement) and that I need to buy a new tkt (for next day, they only have one flight to Kax) . I know I could have made it to the plane if I was allowed to check in. There are other major negative things about Norwegian Air. This was tje first and LAST time I will fly Norwegian. I don't recommend anyone to flight this airline unless you like pain and suffering."

Plussat: "Clean, nice food, great crew in Premium."
Miinukset: "New movies were woefully lacking"
Plussat: "The crew was reasonably customer-friendly and the individual entertainment options made long flight easier, and economy class at the back of the airplane was as comfortable as can be expected."
Miinukset: "The pre-boarding and boarding experience was dismal, with extended delays requiring leaving the gate area accompanied by vague explanations and conflicting instructions about when to return to the gate, when to expect an update, and how to expect the update to be communicated. Instead, ground agents were rude and blamed passengers' confusion on us rather than their own lack of coordination and communication among themselves."
Plussat: "Gave us free food"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed from 5pm to 10:30Am the next day. Had to sleep at the airport. Also had wait about 1.5 hours on the tarmac because of concerns over someone's nut allergies."
Miinukset: "We had to wait for over an hour to get our bags"
Plussat: "Great plane and good food. Onboard service was good. Boarding agent needs to be fired."
Miinukset: "Rude boarding agent picked on people he didn't like and made exceptions for others"
Miinukset: "They did not have the vegetarian meal that I Pre ordered and paid for. I was very disappointed."
Plussat: "The lighting was nice and the personal entertainment on each passenger's seat were nice for a long flight."
Miinukset: "The airline list our car seat, so we had no way of taking our child on the two hour drive home from the airport. Orlando Airport offered absolutely no options."
Miinukset: "although he seem to allow a carry-on bag and a personal item, the misleading print is that the two bags in total cannot weigh more than 10kg. This is extremely deceptive since even a "personal item" such as a backpack with a laptop can weigh almost 10 kg by itself. the policy seems to deliberately make people show up with bags they have to check at the gate for $50. in fact, nearly every passenger had this problem. the employees at the gate, rather than be sympathetic, would just smugly point to the fine print and say "It says it right here!" Seems like a way to squeeze more money out of people since there's nothing else you can do except skip the flight. i did. it authorize them to charge my credit card but they ran it anyway. Very bad customer service. would not recommend this airline."
Plussat: "The aircraft is nice and I enjoy the extra luggage space many companies require a lot of passengers to check their carry on at the gate and that really annoys me so I appreciate having room for everyone and their belongings."
Miinukset: "There was only one crew member that was customer friendly but she was amazing. The others that were in my area all had a horrible attitude."
Plussat: "The new plane we took from London to Boston was clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was also very attentive and polite. Would absolutely fly Norweigan again!!"
Miinukset: "The staff didn't walk around and offer everyone water throughout the flight- you had to ask for it, which feels a bit needy. But they did deliver it quickly when requested."
Plussat: "Leg room was excellent."
Miinukset: "I was quite surprised that no drink or food was offered freely on the flight. All items were for sale at a higher price. This was a flight of over eight hours and to be offered no water was abominable. Preboarding left you in an enclosed room where you were not able to go outside to purchase food or drinks. There was a vending machine but if you didn't have current currency, you couldn't use it."
Miinukset: "First off. I was late to my flight on the 19th, and Norwegian forced me to purchase an entire new ticket for a flight the next day. I have missed flights before and have never had to pay for another flight. The the next day, when I go to board, I see it is not Norwegian Air at all, it is some airline called Hi Fly that I have never heard of. Norwegian sold this flight to someone else. This airline is not up to my standards. The entertainment selection was very sparse. Besides the 1 1/2 meals provided, there was no food on an 11 hour flight! They ran out of alcohol 3 hours into the flight, which again, I have never seen that happen before."
Plussat: "I loved that the crew alerted me that I had left a bag on the plane after I had gotten off."
Miinukset: "Besides ice you better be ready to pull your card out because you have to pay for all refreshments"
Miinukset: "Flight was handed off to another airline - both airlines blamed each other for any problems. Misinformation regarding seat upgrades. Flight ran out of drinks."
Plussat: "Good service, flight food, loved the checked suit jackets the male stewards were wearing, very stylish. Plus text message flight updates."
Plussat: "I had an extenuating circumstance on my way to the airport and the crew and staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful, rather than leaving me overseas for another night. The flight and in-flight experience was also great."
Plussat: "First time flying Norwegian internationally and it was fantastic. Brand new plane with a nice entertainment system and high tech window shades. Super nice employees and the food was alright as well. Will fly Norwegian whenever I can."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that the dishes that were available where very spicy, I can't eat spicy foods so there wasn't an alternative"
Miinukset: "International flights should serve food for free. This one did not."
Plussat: "Good airplane and crew."
Miinukset: "Given middle seats for both my Madrid-London and London-JFK legs in Madrid, where checkin was a last-minute rush. Spent 7 hours in London and had no way to request a seat change. Purchased my ticket 6 months in advance and couldn't request seat until day of flight - then not given chance to get an aisle or window seat. Don't think I would use Norwegian again."
Plussat: "The entertainment was excellent. Crew was competent and efficient."
Miinukset: "Lack of space in economy. No light show needed."
Plussat: "Friendly staff, comfortable seats, lots of space for bags, temperature and air pressure was great."
Miinukset: "Boarding process took a long time, not enough seats in boarding area. No wifi on a 10 hour flight."
