Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

Everything was so good service excellent
Clran and comfortable plane, nice crew and a complimentary breakfast was offered. Boarding and departure was late.

Miinukset: "Short connection time - way too short for this size airport. Never book a transfer in Istanbul with less than 2.5 hrs connection time. The airport adherence to covid social distancing rules was a joke. I think it was the worst experience and provoked a lot of stress. The boarding was also chaotic and business class did not board separately. The Meals on board were poor - fish or lamb (smelly) they quickly run out of pasta in business class. This whole experience was bad."

The same lack of communication occurs once you on board. I joked to my wife that the cargo on a Fed-Ex flight is given more information. Arrived in Istanbul with a very tight connection. Airplane was not given a gate so we needed to take a bus to terminal. The bus dropped us just about as far from our connecting gate as possible. Since it took four buses to transport passengers, one could have been designated for US bound transfer passengers (who were all leaving from same group of gates) and taken us directly there."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Austria Airlines just not for me. Thought I will have a great experience, however it was the other way around. Every passenger on board had the same meal with no preference.

Miinukset: "The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

We arrived to the gate to start the boarding and they just told us wait here for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were asked to wait another 20 minutes. Only when we missed the take off time by 10 minutes they bothered to update us and inform us that the flight is being delayed in 2 hours."

Sick of Ryanair allowing people to seat jump into seats they have not paid for. This was a flight where, in an Exit row, they felt that they would apply generosity and let a 20 stone fat human into the wider space for nothing. Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for the person who HAD PAID and was elbowed and nudged into half a seat beside them. For 4 hours!!!catch on Ryanair, this human MADE A CHOICE on the basis they pull this trick every time and WIN
I had checked in requesting Special assistance. They claimed they didn't see it. On leaving Naples I confirmed that this notice existed. I recently had hip surgery and am suffering from severe autoimmune disease on immunosuppressive therapy. I was not assisted or allowed to go through Fast Track (while my booking clearly stated this) resulting in me having to run a huge distance on foot. I arrived in extreme pain and limping just before missing my flight. If there hadn't been a fight with another passenger and the company (hence delay in boarding) I would have lost it for sure. Unacceptable.

Miinukset: "The check in process is absurd. I did not have a chance to check in on my phone beforehand, so I waited in line to check in at the desk. At my turn, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me for not checking in and told me I had to go speak with another office (though she did not clarify why) and then come back to her. The airport was small, so lines for check in, security, this other office, and those seeking food were all merged into one large group. This second office didn’t open for another 40 minutes so I was thankful I’d arrived early. Standing in line, those around me all figured out why we were there: this was the line to pay extra fees. Apparently if one doesn’t check in beforehand, there is a fee. Ok, I had a few euros left. Nope, it was €68.20 to check in at the airport desk. I took my receipt and went back to the first line, she printed me a boarding pass and I was able to get through security. The fee to check in at airport was more than the cost of my ticket."

When we got to the airport, we had to pay an additional 40 pounds each for 4 bags to be taken on the plane, which was DOUBLE per bag than the seats cost ($20 each). When on the plane, I wanted a cup of water and they brought a bottle that cost 5 euros. This airline will nickel and dime you into oblivion."

Ryan Air was not clear about this policy...we went back and looked at all communication from them. Kayak was not clear either, so we will be looking for a refund!!"

Plussat: "Quite easy to fly to Dublin. No frills- our carry ons and backpacks were not weighed nor sized. The rules stated specific allowable weights."
Miinukset: "Nasty lady at the counter checking ID before flight. Very rude about us not filling out a visa form that we didn't understand we needed to. My friends guy was also nasty and he insinuated that she would have to go downstairs and possibly miss the flight to go fill something out. It all need to be more clear before boarding"
