Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Miinukset: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Miinukset: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Plussat: "Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit)."
Miinukset: "No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time...."
Plussat: "The crew was fine and boarding was efficient."
Miinukset: "We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00."

Miinukset: "12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."

Miinukset: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Plane arrived at low cost Barcelona terminal and we had to wait quite long for our luggage. Eurowings race to the bottom."

Plussat: "The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Miinukset: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"
Miinukset: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

Miinukset: "Delay almost 3h. No food, no snack at all offered for passengers waiting in the airplane for hours after boarding. After 2 hours they offered water. Woow!"

After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."

Plussat: "We missed this flight, so there was really nothing to like. However, the lady at the Swiss help desk was extremely kind and helpful in finding us an alternate flight."
Miinukset: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."
Miinukset: "Buses didn't fit all people after landing."
Miinukset: "Paid 18 pound extra for extra legroom and a snack but when asked the airhostess she said we didnt pay for one"
Plussat: "Only good thing about flight was it is cheap"

Miinukset: "I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."

Miinukset: "Do NOT spend money buying an upgrade for priority boarding. There is no such thing on this flight - the staff actually told us that we board at the end after everyone else... The boarding process was a mess and the flight barely had water"
Miinukset: "Despite not purchasing meals or drinks, it would’ve been nice to have been asked if I want any water. For an international flight that was over 10 hrs, I would never recommend."
Plussat: "Didn’t make the flight"
Miinukset: "I came in from a connecting flight that was slightly delayed and got to check in 55 minutes before take off but the checkin counter had just closed and they wouldn’t let us get on the flight, and I was traveling with my toddler. Norwegian wouldn’t offer any help because we were too late they said."

Miinukset: "Tight space with big guys next to me but short enough of a flight to really mind this."
Miinukset: "The seats on the plane are no comfortable at all especially for a long flight. The seat room and aisle are tiny , and doesn’t have much room between each chair. You don’t get offered any food unless purchased through app or during the flight."
Miinukset: "Not worth what you think you might save on air fare. They really seemed interested only in trying collect every possible fee they could. Instead of weighing carry on at check-in, they wait until the boarding process."
Plussat: "Crew was very efficient and attentive when needed."
Miinukset: "I was shocked that such a long flight and passengers must pay for any snacks or food. We brought our at the airport for half the price the airline charges as well as twice the amount of food."
Miinukset: "$100 for 1st bag? Outrageous."
Miinukset: "Baggage claim was a horror show. I was going back and forth, after over an hour of this my bag finally showed up."
Plussat: "Entertainment was good."
Miinukset: "Give us some water for free damn it. Some lady passed out and hit her head. The whole reserving food thing is very discriminating."
Miinukset: "Better crew service. Crew forgot to bring ordered food."
Plussat: "Seats have so little legroom to begin with, but when the seat in front of you leans back, then there is no face/body room either, very clostrophobic, couldn't even reach my purse under the seat, and I am not an overly tall or wide person. Reclining seats should be eliminated to give all a fairer amount of such little space."
Miinukset: "Already paying so much for tickets, being charged so much extra for a seat reservation, a "meal" of sorts, all beverages and snacks, a piece of luggage, where is there any good will in treating travelers with hospitality that makes them want to travel more instead to avoid it at all costs."
Plussat: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Plussat: "plane was nice, crew was only ok. but the baggage thing is totally unacceptable!"
Miinukset: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Plussat: "Expedited service. Arrived early. Great onboard staff service."

Plussat: "Paid for a Premium seat in row #1 that was broken and would not recline. Multiple seats in the Premium section would either not recline or would only recline. Crew was stressed and impersonal. Will never fly Norwegian Air again. Ever."
Miinukset: "I got extorted for $180 extra charges in baggage fees. My bags were free on the way to London, but suddenly on the way back they weren’t. This airline absolutely sucks - they pretend to be upscale, but they don’t even offer you a glass of water on an 8 hour flight. No matter the price, don’t fly with them."
Miinukset: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"
Plussat: "Plane wasn’t packed full. Kind attendants."
Miinukset: "People who want to stay up all night talking with lights on and poking the back of seats to select screen choices should be sitting together at the back of the plane. Red eye flights are painful enough, and providing a dark and uninterrupted flight for most people should be your priority. Please switch screen selection to arm rather than tapping on someone’s back !"

Miinukset: "*Norwegian air charged 15 dollars per kilo extra for my bag that was heavy in my case it was 5 kilos so the total was 75 dollars. *The staff at the airport was not friendly at all, my daughter and I got the feeling that they (Check in staff) were looking to find ways to apply extra charges. *NYC Airports have some of the ugliest airports in the world, since I travel a lot I wish money would be invested on the airport to make a great first impression on travelers to NYC and the USA."
Plussat: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Miinukset: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."

Miinukset: "FLL worse airport in USA. 2 hours to get through their immigration. Always like it for international flights and that is with a US passport!"

Miinukset: "A few of the crew members (one woman in particular) were very rude to people that were just asking about immigration forms etc. Her attitude sucked. The announcement volume was low as well so the crew could've been a bit nicer about the questions. Not thrilled with not even being offered water once during an 8 hour flight. I've been flying first, business and economy plus on American alot for the past few years and was u aware that this was a discount airline when I booked. Like I said, I love the new planes but I'm going to spend the money and have a nicer crew with water and a meal for international flights (I flew Stockholm to NYC)."

Plussat: "The Hi Fly staff was great-very attentive to its customers. This was in stark contrast to our flight to Barcelona operated by Norwegian. We did not upgrade our flights, and still received hot food and plenty of beverages."
Miinukset: "There was no entertainment, and their boarding process was a little confusing."
Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a decent plane. Food was okay for airplane food."
Miinukset: "Temperature control is wacky - too hot then too cold, entertainment never seems to change or update"

Miinukset: "The cabin service and crew members on 2 of the 3 Norwegian flights I've been on this past month are the rudest I've ever experienced.. They were snappy, impatient, not communicative about the handing out of hot food, and also I heard one of them talking very negatively about other passengers. I understand that it's a service industry job and dealing with customers/passengers can be difficult at times but it's really unattractive to do it directly in earshot of other customers. The price is great for the flights but I'd really rather not travel Norwegian again because of the attitude of the service team. Really, the worst. The breakfast meal was pretty unsatisfactory. The cold wraps are not appetizing and the juice is just super sugary, kind of garbage quality."
Plussat: "Entertainment options were great"
Miinukset: "They fed us about 2 hours into the flight, and I thought the meal was okay, however my significant other felt the food was poor. The larger issue was that it was a 12 hour flight, and they didn't feed us again until 2 hours prior to landing, thus there was an 8 hour period with NO FOOD. Also, at no point did they come with drinks at any point, and when we asked for drinks (on the second occasion), the attendants simply shut off our light without coming. Lastly, the meal/snack at the end was definitely poor."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed around 2 hours. We were all stuffed in a small waiting room, then kicked out to have everyone go through a security check again with no explanation. The entertainment and food on the plane was not great at all. Probably wouldn't fly with Norwegian again unless I was on a serious budget."
Plussat: "Norwegian is great, all the staff are easy going, helpful and respectful. They want to make it essy for you. It was a brearh of fresh air !! Besides the good flight itself , I like how KAYAK communicates with me, keeping me feel looled after ! I will deffinitelly use KAYAK again in the future, thank you !!"
Plussat: "It was late due to some problem with the plane that required additional paperwork and they did not inform us very well anout it. Food is confusing. We got little half cups for tea that we didn't realize were our tea cups."

Miinukset: "It was delayed and delayed and delayed then canceled and they didn't have a new flight for 2 days. They canceled it too late so all other flights left so i had to purchase a new 1200$ ticket on a new airline the next day"

Miinukset: "I have a Gluten allergy and I decided when I got to the airport that I would upgrade to Platinum. When the started to serve the meals, I politely informed the flight attendant that I had a Gluten allergy and would like to purchase a salad instead. She stated that I needed to reserve my Gluten Free option 72 hours in advance and that a salad was not available. So I ate my snack of a nuts for an 8.5 hour flight. This is a HUGE disservice to those who have allergies! Because of this...I will no longer fly with Norwegian!"
