W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". They served us with a cup of Haagen-Dazs icecream for dessert while a Fatboy is normally served by other airlines. I was impressed by how spacious the foot area of their economy seat is. Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

The flight attendants are very professional and attentive. They care about the safety of every passengers all the time. I like the very organized way of getting passengers to board the plane by showing the label - economy class and business class clearly. The taste of the food can be improved. Perhaps more varieties and something more authentic.
Flight attendants perfect as always. Business class checked bag took 45 minutes to arrive.
Pandemic policy: airlines need to have currently update on the website for clearly requirements for Covid 19 certificate in hours , example form.

My flight form Denver to Albuquerque was canceled without my knowledge and I had to spend 5 hours in Denver before getting on to NM. A heads up would have been nice...
Ground crew was short and rude. The concourse lack food and shopping, we did not get the seats we requested and to which we were assigned. The flight crew was pleasant and helpful. Although we are members of the star alliance.. the woman at the desk wouldn’t admit us into the lounge. We also pay for entry into the lounge. It was a very disappointing trip. I’ll probably look into another airline next time I travel,

Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Lufthansa only have pasta and no options. I don’t like pasta so had a bread roll on a 9 hour flight Fold out entertainment system arm would not hold the screen up as it was loose. Generally the inside of the aircraft was in a poor state of repair. Overall the most unGerman flight
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Instead she was giving an really bad attitude about it. Very irritated"

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
BA is always our preferred airline always a good service, the only down side is no lounge at City Airport.

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
I would've liked to be informed of the cancellation of the original flight instead of arriving very early in the morning and finding out, then another hour on the phone holding for British Airways and a two day journey home...not okay. That extra two days cost up nearly 500 USD in additional expenses, including another covid test and two nights lodging. We got lucky that British Airways even helped us...they almost referred us back to Kayak for rebooking, but since the cancellation happened less than 24 hours from the flight they rebooked us. Again, no notification from Kayak or the carrier about the flight...not okay. In the future, I probably book through Costco travel or direct with the carrier. It was unpleasant to learn through a negative experience that Kayak dropped the ball on this one.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Miinukset: "British air wouldn’t let me carry on OR check my guitar, so I was forced to give it to a homeless man at the Madrid airport in order to make my flight. FlyUs was no help at all, neither were BA, AA, or Iberia. Worst travel experience of my life and I’ve traveled the globe with guitars. Luckily it was an inexpensive instrument."
Plussat: "Comfy. Adjustable headrests. Complimentary food and drink."
Miinukset: "Food options were a bit limited but overall everything tasted good. The screens were very old and low quality so it was very hard to see the movies but the selection of media was good."
Miinukset: "This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times! And I hope no one takes anything out of my suitcase! And I'm sure nothing will be done so why do you even do a survey?"
Plussat: "Easy trip to Helsinki."
Miinukset: "Food & drink sales by M&S was unusual. Even water at a price"
Miinukset: "Would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water."
Plussat: "It was a short flight so we only got drinks"

Plussat: "Entertainment and amount of food and drinks served was adequate"
Miinukset: "3 different delays totalling over 2 hours then sat on the plan waiting to take off for another 30+ min with no regard to connecting flights, passenger confort, etc"
Miinukset: "Waiting 6 hrs"
Miinukset: "3 hour flight without any complimentary beverage or snack. Had to request even a cup of water."
Plussat: "The flight was able to board early and arrive early. Very friendly service, enjoyable flight."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........"
Miinukset: "I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. The only way I could get a “partial” refund was to pay another $700. Makes no sense. I already paid over $1000 for tickets and you want me to give you another $700 in order to give me a refund."
Plussat: "Crew were great, food good : better business class than international BA!"
Miinukset: "Too many passengers with over size carry on"
Plussat: "How short the flight was and the fact that I had an empty seat next to me."
Plussat: "On time. Helpful staff on the plane."
Miinukset: "I had two flights on British Airways on the same day separated by 4 hrs. The " system " would not allow my baggage to be sent to the final destination forcing me through the long arrivals line and then back through the lines for screening a second time for the day. That is not at all customer oriented !"
Plussat: "Large seats, fast service."

Plussat: "British airways are putting effort into good bathrooms in airport. On time. No problems. Good quality food. Free tea and food."
Miinukset: "in seat 40 there was no food choice. for baggage."
Plussat: "Very little."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed. The seats are uncomfortable and too small for even normal size male. Food was disgusting. Staff were very nice and helpful if asked. I think all the space and comfort were in buisiness and first class. Economy class is still paying for a ticket, make up most of the passengers and deserves better. Getting into a seat was like getting into a straight jacket."

Miinukset: "I did not like the seats. I have. Bad back and found the seat uncomfortable."
Miinukset: "Seat too small. No free wifi in the XXI century? !!!"
Plussat: "Flying BA is like flying any other American provider. The service was good, the food was meager and mediocre. We flew the same route with SWISS Air a few months ago and the seats are a bit more comfy and the food, snacks and drink were more frequent and delicious."
Miinukset: "Nothing not to like, just have had better for same economy ticket."
Plussat: "It got me to LHR alive."
Plussat: "I fly a lot between North America and Southeast Asia (usually on SQ). My BA flight was a perfectly acceptable long distance flight for a song, so that its best aspect was the low price. It was much better than any US airline's flight to SE Asia that I have been on from time to time, and was a solid B to B+ against the standard SQ A to A-. I flew from Singapore to Charlotte with no issues, then returned two days after their IT disaster in a half empty airplane. I expect they continue to discount while they try to rebuild their brand, so I suspect this kind of flight stays quite a good value for the next year or so."
Miinukset: "I ordered vegan meals. The dinner on the way back to SIN was fine, but the veggie breakfast was absolutely pathetic. Most of the vegetarian food was okay."
Miinukset: "Cancelled flight"
Plussat: "Liked that we were on time and boarding was organized. The food was excellent considering it was cabin food. Like the fact the crew kept asking if we wanted water, juice through out the flight. They were very attentive and quite nice."
Miinukset: "Seats are too close together and there is not much leg room or elbow room. Not too many movie choices as the majority we saw on the flight to London. We experienced turbulence during the flight and there was no communication from the pilot found that a bit odd. Just to set everyone's mind at ease I expected something to be said from the cockpit."

Miinukset: "Then booked me through Oslo. I will miss the full day and then had to pay 360 ponds more. The worst customer service."
Plussat: "We had a ton of extra leg room"

Plussat: "Staff are excellent, really friendly, respectful service. Food (expensive as always on planes) but excellent quality, really good choice to use M&S as providers. Excellent communication from pilot and cabin staff on delays before takeoff."
Miinukset: "System for paying by food with Avios points did not work. Plane left almost an hour late due to delays (landed 30 mins late)."

Plussat: "We enjoyed the entertainment on the flight. The crew was great too!"
Miinukset: "We were right in front of the restroom, closest to the back wall. We kept hearing the toilets flush and had to deal with all the people in line for the restrooms. It just felt a little crowded back there. Boarding wasn't ideal either. We were delayed 3 hours and couldn't get a confident update until we actually boarded. The only thing near the gate was a Starbucks that took cash only. That's more of a problem with the airport though. Overall, for an 11 hour flight, it was quite enjoyable."
Miinukset: "They lost all of our luggage from our group traveling together. 8 bags didn't make it. Very frustrating."
