No issues. Flight was on time. Crew was pleasant. No complaints!

My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
Not enough time to comfortably meet connecting flight. I had to RUN! not fun!!!

Miinukset: "It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares."

Miinukset: "Notoriously, on several flights I have recently taken, my economy seats do not recline at all. On long distance flights this is very uncomfortable! And on this flight from Frankfurt to NYC, my bag was lost, making a claim at the Lufthansa baggage dept took a very long time and the clerk said little, explained nothing and seemed annoyed with my questions."

Plussat: "The plane was new, clean and tight. Seats very narrow, no foot room with carry bag under seat on front. On time depart and arrive. Good movies. BUT, where are my bags. Second day in Geneva without clothes or medicines. SwissPort at GVA isn’t helping. They don’t even know where they are: don’t know if they left EWR"

Miinukset: "They ran out of food- I didn’t have dinner on that flight. We were almost 2 hours late to Dubai. I was irritated to say the least."
Plussat: "Every time I fly Lufthansa I am super pleased with the food. All other aspects fine too."

Plussat: "This plane was an airbus, while the plane I took to Europe was a boeing something. Economy was much more comfortable and there were great entertainment options. I also like the frequent brandy, Bailey's, and water service. The flight attendants were nice and at least appeared to care about the level of service they were providing."
Miinukset: "This probably is just personal preference, but I didn't like the meal options all that much. But that's about it. Mind you, I eat German food often in the States, so the type of cuisine wasn't the problem."
Miinukset: "Gate distances were too far away and passport control in Munich is not organized"

Miinukset: "It was my bad luck to be near two children whose parents would not keep them quiet and who played games on their screen for nine hours straight, shrieking the entire time. Nor did any of the stewards help or say boo to the parents."

Plussat: "Excellent crew service. Nice man from Italy who spoke Italian, German, Spanish and English. I cannot recall his name (Gian....??) but he was wonderful. Helpful, professional and congenial. Thank you."

Plussat: "The crew were very kind and helpful. The flight was prompt. The food was good and the entertainment kept me busy on a long flight."
Miinukset: "I couldn't use my personal headphones as the euro adapter did not work with theirs. The provided head phones worked but I missed the noise cancelling feature of mine."
Miinukset: "Checking in in Tel Aviv was the worst experience I have had in checking in. The ladies just sat there, explained almost nothing, gave no eye contact. Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience."

Plussat: "everything was easy to use and set up from booking to landing. wonderful trip. This was my 1st big trip and 2nd time on a plane. Liked the movies on the plane. All the staff where helpful from gate to gate."

Miinukset: "Announcement system sound quality so poor we couldn't hear the onboard announcements. Our flight attendant was not very friendly and he continued to address us in German even after he was aware that we were English-speaking (he spoke perfect English so that was not the problem). He didn't offer brandy to anyone on our aisle after dinner, even though I heard the attendants on other aisles offering it."

A sandwich could have been offered instead of crisps and water. There were no entertainment such as music or movies in this aircraft. The crew was very nice.
Even though I bought my tickets 7 months in advance I was put on standby and had to take a later flight. I was told they would make overnight reservations in a hotel because of the layover and ended up having to sleep in the airport. I understand weather and changes, but not keeping their word for the hotel was just the last straw.
Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
You should start serving the food because people are paying lots of money and the tickets are very expensive !

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Miinukset: "TSA lack of checking my suitcase in a timely manner caused us to lose our connecting flight to <madrid. <our flight was late 20 minutes and sat in tarmac another 15 minutes before pulling in to gate. This limited the amount of time to get to train, get on a bus, as the first bus was full, so we had to wait another 10 minutes, etc. <heathrow has terrible navigational system of transportation to move customers through the airport. We missed our connecting flight. The TSA purposefully and maliciously laughed at their ability to control myu suitcase and not check it so delaying my departure and missing my connecting flight."

Plussat: "Staff are friendly, accomodating for an unaccompanied child with me, upgraded me and helped to support the extra baggage needs"
Miinukset: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"
Plussat: "World Traveler Plus on BA is not as good as premium economy on other airlines."
Miinukset: "Check in. Too many people checking in and too few BA employees to handle crowd. Severely understaffed."
Plussat: "Effortless flight from CDG to LHR before returning home to New York. Had the opportunity to spend a night in London to visit a couple friends and some of my favorite shops in town. BA kept my checked bag so I didn’t have to lug a suitcase around for my 19 hour layover."
Miinukset: "The ticket agents in CDG wasn’t the friendliest from such a well respected brand but zero complaints considering the deal I got to spend a week in Paris!"
Plussat: "The crew was amazing and attentive"
Miinukset: "It’s an older plane. Video screens are pixelated. Seats are cramped and I’m only 5’3. Boarding process was a mess. They used 15-20 minutes calling the first class and premiere class passengers. Then announce everyone else can board in 20 minutes. I ordered a lactose free meal and got curry with caramel cream, butter, milk stick for coffee and bread. Snack was a snack sized kit kat bar."
Plussat: "As a member of our party has a nervous disposition flying, the stewardesses were extremely understanding and helpful throughout the entire flight."

Miinukset: "No service until 20 minutes before landing (over 2 hours into flight) by which time all sandwiches had run out. No time to drink coffee before landing!"
Plussat: "The crew & procedures were excellent. Perfect timing. I had a book to read & I meditated during the flight, so I didn't need the available entertainment--thus the N/A rating in that category. Perfect timing."

Miinukset: "check is was horrendous. Long queues of people, long wait and not enough people to man the check in counters. Sitting down in my seat my kneeds immediately banged on the seat in front of me. Its clear that this aircraft has less leg space that then usual. And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T."
Plussat: "One of the flight Attendants was went out of her way to assist me with a different meal option that was non dairy."
Plussat: "Live counters for dinner Boarding directly from lounge"
Plussat: "Nice to be able to check carry on at the gate. Clean."
Miinukset: "Why not have an option to check carry on at check-in?"
Miinukset: "Then booked me through Oslo. I will miss the full day and then had to pay 360 ponds more. The worst customer service."
