I was charged twice for my checking bag and on board bad too
Check in extremely slow. Only one hour after regular check in was open, somebody came and opened the priority check in desk . The seats on this line Tel Aviv-warsaw -tel aviv are not reclinable at all . That’s weird and uncomfortable. The crew was nice .
the company doues not provide basic cofee and somthing to eat on a price that they ask for and also very difficult to communicate with the company except social apps
Flown this route twice with Wizz- both times more than 6 hours delay
Delayed by 40 mins, unclear why. No information given.
The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Booked with kayak tickets indecatered 20x25x40,10kg but Rayan air change £46. Mention booking is done through third party, Blamed Kayak for incorrect information given to customers. Tried to contact kayak and kiwi to upgrade the return journey, kiwi said cannot be done. We will have to pay for the baggage on our return trip. Very unsatisfactory.
The plane was filthy again
Sick of Ryanair allowing people to seat jump into seats they have not paid for. This was a flight where, in an Exit row, they felt that they would apply generosity and let a 20 stone fat human into the wider space for nothing. Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for the person who HAD PAID and was elbowed and nudged into half a seat beside them. For 4 hours!!!catch on Ryanair, this human MADE A CHOICE on the basis they pull this trick every time and WIN
Bag drop was a joke. 40 minute queue from the moment the system opened at 4.20am. 2 hrs pre flight is not enough time to get a full plane of passengers through on time before the gate closes. Only 6 of the 10 stations were open and the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there. We were lucky, other people not so much as the staff were panicking to get everybody through. Flight was its usual mediocre self. Just budget cattle moving.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
It was all good. Will fly with them again.

You have to do a line for check in, then to pay to check in luggage, you have to go a ANOTHER desk, do another line, and pay there, THEN, go back to the Check In desk to CHECK IN luggage. TO many unnecessary steps for a simple transaction."

Miinukset: "Didn't think about pre-checking bags. It was expensive. So all liquids were taken and thrown out upon security check. The bags were checked anyway. There were not many people with their carry one on the plane, most ended up being checked."

Obviously this happens, that's fine, but on landing at stanstead the bags from the hold were not released onto the baggage carousel for over an hour and a half after we landed. This is completely unacceptable and wasn't acknowledged by airport staff for over an hour, with no explanation given at any point."

Miinukset: "I checked in two days in advance, had to pay for the check-in and baggage fee. There was no link sent to me to print out my boarding pass When we got to Stansted, there were no working kiosks. We went to the check-in desk, where apparently many people were having the same problem we were. My wife and I were told by a very rude Ryanair employee we hadn't checked in. I showed the woman my email receipt and she refused to honor it. We are challenging the charge on our credit card. She lectured us on showing up to the airport two hours in advance. We told her we had, but had been in line for 50 minutes. My wife paid 50 pounds each to check us in, even then the security set up was... labyrinthine. And mind you, I say that knowing full well how long an airport security line can be. When we got to the point where we were supposed to hand our boarding passes over to be scanned and verified, mine wouldn't work. I waited there while the security officer called the desk we'd just come from to verify I was allowed to fly. Mind you, we were being told the gate was about to close, so time was precious. After getting through that and security, we encountered another problem. If you don't know, Stansted airport is actually a mall with an airport somewhere inside. We ran through a long, snaking corridor of shops, following signs saying "all gates." It was an absurdly long run. I don't think I've seen any other airport laid out so poorly, most have shops mixed in with gates, but not Stansted. The gates are all at the end of this silly commercial strip. But not really, you see... when we got to the end, there were no gates, but trams to another terminal. We boarded the tram, got to our terminal and ran even faster to make our flight. Luckily, Ryanair is so disgustingly disorganized that the flight was delayed. Amazingly that which caused us so much stress ended up saving us. I will never fly on this pathetic, god-forsaken airline again. It is a scam designed to filch people who are in a desperate position out of money. Also, I would advise anyone to stay away from Stansted airport. Seriously, I've flown extensively in the Americas and have encountered some pretty chaotic facilities, but Stansted was utterly soviet in its disorganization. I'd rather wait for a bus at New York City's Port Authority bus station, navigating vomiting hobos, than deal with Ryanair, or Stansted airport, ever again."
