Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
Kayak was terrible, I was told that I got 1 free checked bag, but when I got to the check-in counter I was told otherwise and had to pay for my checked bag!!!!
good service on site, but limited ability to contact the airline directly. Kayaks ability to make changes in a reservation is non existent

Miinukset: "I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience."
Plussat: "The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!"

Miinukset: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Plussat: "I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Plussat: "The flight crew was excellent in accommodating the passengers. One specific flight attendant was very patient in dealing with a continuously demanding passenger by being helpful and firm at the same time; a difficult combination of skills."
Miinukset: "The ground crew in CDG was very disappointing and unprofessional and very specifically in the luggage area. When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Miinukset: "The plane was so old, it's like they bought it at a junk yard. The seats were falling apart and were very uncomfortable. Entertainment system is the same age as a VCR. Food was so bad I actually threw up (first time for me ever; I can eat pretty much anything and no problems). Given other compatibility priced options, I won't fly AirFrance again."
Miinukset: "Connector was late so I’m stuck in London til tomorrow"
Miinukset: "I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey."

Plussat: "Regret I am overwhelmed with catch-up. Number one was the price of the flight. Food was plentiful but average (less than that when compared with what we had just experienced in Italy), and service by phone was phenomenal, given the special consideration of seating and menu details accorded to me."
Miinukset: "Not only do you now have to buy food and drink, by the back of the plane they’ve always run out (our flight was not even particularly full). Flight was delayed an hour - I’ve taken 4 BA flights in the last 5 days and every one has been delayed by at least one hour. No longer worth the price."

Miinukset: "The food was terrible. Indian curry/ pasta and pizza. It was so cold in the plane that everybody had to wear something on their heads. The AC was blowing on my head for 11 hours. I have headaches, my sinuses heart and the food made me nauseous. It was impossible to sleep because of the low temperature."

Plussat: "Premium Economy seats were spacious. And from the looks of it so were economy. They provided nice over the ear headsets which made watching movies nice."

Miinukset: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."
Miinukset: "Plane departed late and stalled at landing- delay caused me to miss connection and set me back getting home by 7 hours at the end of it all."
Plussat: "Not much, crew were pleasant though and the flight on time."
Miinukset: "It was like being on a really cheap budget airline, but paying expensive prices. Food only for sale with a British credit or debit card, won't take cash,no menu cards, and even if I'd wanted to get food, no gluten free options, which is not a lifestyle choice for me, but a necessity.Scruffy dog-eared magazines in the seat pocket. Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."
Plussat: "Entertainment selection was above average, curried chicken dinner was good too!"
Miinukset: "They lost our suitcase full of outdoor gear (boots, coats, underwear, socks and thermals) days before we head to the inside of the arctic circle on an anniversary trip. Pretty upsetting to say the least"

Miinukset: "This was a 3.5 hour flight and the only food offered was an egg and onion sandwich. Pathetic."
Plussat: "Nice crew. Flight was on time."

Plussat: "This is was actually a flight operated by Qatar Airways and my first time with them. And you know what? It was like going back in time: this was exactly what and how BA used to be even 10 years ago. Thank you, Qatar, for wonderful service!"

Miinukset: "Seats were narrow and cramped for legroom. Airplane was old and a wee bit scruffy. 9 hour flight had one meal of a choice of Indian or vegetarian cuisines. A small snack of cheese and crackers and juice would have been nice. Is there really a Finnair? We flew to Britain on American and home to the US on Brit Air. We got a good price on the tickets but thought we would be on a Finnair plane."

Miinukset: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."
Miinukset: "Plane was extremelly cold.Came back with bronchitis, missed day of work.Attendent claimed they do not have blankets, but at least came later one with one. Seat could have been broken was uncomfortabe sit on,"
Plussat: "Everything was good! Something to be said when here are no issues!"

Plussat: "I liked the variety of entertainment selections. The crew kept us hydrated."
Miinukset: "Boarding process for coach from London to Dallas was chaotic. After all the various special groups were loaded in an orderly fashion the other 80% were called en masse which was disorderly. We had a lot of turbulence which the captain never addressed. I get he has to fly the plane but he could give folks a heads up on how long it was anticipated to last. It's scary at times and a word from the expert would be calming. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed over 2 hours after already being there for a 4 hour layover."
Miinukset: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."
Plussat: "The food was quite good."
Miinukset: "The seat selection process is extortion. After paying thousands of dollars for upgrades, I still couldn't get a seat next to my spouse. Customer service didn't care, crew didn't care, but we cared. We also has to bus out to the plane practically in another city, then sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours."
Miinukset: "Transferring from one flight to another, from one terminal to another. Definately, too litte time for transfer. Rushing, with no time to stop at the restroom."
Plussat: "The delay in the flight leaving an hour later."
Miinukset: "The Terminal chsnge. It would be appreciated if additional golf cart transport could be provided between terminals so folks could make connecting Flights."
