The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Terrible seats terrible food terrible everything
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Miinukset: "This flight from Athens was delayed which caused us concerned for our connecting flight in Frankfurt to Los Angeles. We told the crew and they were not very empathetic about our concern. It would have been great to have announced overhead or even to us personally all the gates to those of us who were getting connecting flights. We were just told to check the board outside once we landed. Lufthansa could have provided excellent service to my family if they had helped us with our connecting flight gate information to navigate the airport terminal we had never been in before. We literally ran to get our connecting flight which was upstairs once we identified the gate # by ourselves."

Miinukset: "Another late take off, probably because the incoming connections were late. So it was good that the airline delayed the connecting flights. However, this leg of the trip was so late that I barely made it to third leg of the trip. A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.
Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

I always travel to Brazil and back, but the difference is that this flight is excellent in space, very polite employees, excellent food. very, but very good, compared to the Delta plane when I went to Brazil on a tight plane and the food was not of excellent quality like the latam one. I am very happy with the treatment and the trip
Purchasing tickets through BudgetAir was underwhelming...
My daughter left her phone in the seat pocket on the flight from Lima to Cusco. We reported it upon reaching our hotel, by the phone was never retrieved. We were disappointed that it was not collected by the cleaning crew. Overall, the flight was nice and the disembarking pleasant.

This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."

Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

Miinukset: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

And I asked if we can have better seats for the next fly and they refuse because they supposed to be full but I notice close to me was a empty row and someone noticed that and move to it. They could made the things a little more easy with a mom with a toddler. They used to be more considered"
Miinukset: "My itinerary was changed without my knowledge, the new fights included more stopovers, longer flights, and I was not seated with my husband. In addition, most flights were delayed. This experience was awful."

Plussat: "It was dreamlined. So much leg room . Flight was one of the most comfortable one ina long time"

Miinukset: "The flight got changed to departure 1 hour earlier, didn't get any notification as the company who I bought the ticket through didn't give my contact details to the airline. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"
Plussat: "Great service and delicious meals"
Plussat: "Despite being closed out of my flight, LATAM made it relatively inexpensive to change my flight to the next day. But, flying on other airlines out of Santiago, there is really no need to close the flight one hour before flight time. This is a LATAM policy only. I should have been on that flight. My return flight was delayed 3 hours. Go figure."
Miinukset: "Arrived 50 min before flight, but it was closed and was forced to pay a change fee and arrive 2 days later to Easter Island. There was still plenty of time for me to make that flight, but LATAM's policy of closing flights 1 hr before flight time really screwed me."
Plussat: "I like the fact that LATAM is part of the One World alliance"
Miinukset: "The check-in process was chaotic and they have lost my luggage even though it was a direct flight."

Miinukset: "Seats were ridiculously small. I had a more comfortable seat from Charlotte to Miami than the 8 hour flight to Santiago. There should be a law against someone sitting in that type of seat for 8 hours!"

Miinukset: "Even though it was the same exact plane at the same exact flight. All passengers had to get out, go through a security check point, then wait in line to board again. And at boarding all carry-ons were searched by hand, proving that the security check point is useless."
Plussat: "While I had no problem on this flight, my dealings with Latam agents in phone and in person have been horrific. I had to purchase a new ticket and dealing with them was terrible - long hold times for simple questions, incorrect ticketing, lack of empathy or service attitude. Fly Aerolieas instead."

I got overhead space as I was worried since I was in the second to last boarding group. More snacks and options for my 5 plus hours flight.
Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour

Everything was great! Registration, boarding and flight overall experience was great!
Our flights were on time in both directions. I loved having the American Airlines app to get notifications to check in and alert me of gate changes.
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
Standard flight. Could be better by taking off and/or arriving at scheduled time.

Miinukset: "Way too crowded during Covid, every single seat was taken. Then, to make things worse, they let people in with food so they'd have the excuse to unmask in-flight. On top of which, they passed around snacks (in a 2-hr flight?? during Covid??) so 80% of the plane took their masks off to eat their pretzels and drink their water. Unacceptable."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 6 hours weeks before which made the return really inconvenient for my schedule. Then the flight was delayed on the day of the flight until the next day. I did not get to the hotel room until 3:30 AM- 3 hours sleep then back to airport only to have the flight delayed again."
Plussat: "one of the crew members (Ana) was not only rude and bumping the food cart everywhere, she apparently did not learning as kid the basic of thank you and please. In addition her personal manners of cleaning her nose with her hand, was not only disgusting but unhygienic."

Miinukset: "The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."
Miinukset: "American refused to board me becouse LAN did not send the reservation to AA system. Flight was full and AA did not even talk with me about what to do. They just unloaded my bag allready checked to MIA.. After two hours standing at LAN counter they changed my flight to Lima and than to Miami. I came to Miami 12 hours late, very disappointed by this service. According to AA my ticket was never confirmed by the airline !! How can you sell it to customer ??"

Plussat: "Everything about the crew and the in-flight amenities was comfortable and well-planned. The flight attendants were friendly and responsive and the plane was clean and comfortable. I felt that there was enough legroom even in economy."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system lost power in my section about 30 minutes into a ten hour flight, and while some of that time was spent sleeping I wasn't even able to turn on the reading light. I know the flight attendants tried several times to restart the system and I appreciate that, but there were several dark lonely hours spent waiting for dawn."

Miinukset: "Seats were very cramped and did not recline enough to get comfortable. Temperature of the cabin was hot then cold. No sleep again. But the cabin crew looked refreshed in the morning. Guess they had better seats. It should be a law that all airline employees from the CEO on down should only be able to fly in coach. Maybe then the seats will get better."
