This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

This causes last minute seating delays as people negotiate with others around them and you still don't end up with your companions or on an aisle/window seat of choice. Seats have an average amount of room by today's standards (less than Jet Blue but more than United). Crew is stingy with water. Flight was delayed with ever-changing departure times. Then boarding was started and stopped with no information."

La personne nous ayant fait monter dans l'avion était détestable, en effet elle a fait payer des suppléments bagages à toutes les personnes voyageant avec une valisette alors même que le bagage correspondait aux mesures indiquées sur le site internet, et ce sous prétexte qu'il "est interdit d'avoir des roues à son bagage". Tout cela alors que la porte d'embarquement a changé au dernier moment, poussant tous les passagers à traverser l'aéroport alors même que le vol était retardé pour des raisons totalement lunaire tant la façon de les décrire était maladroite, je cite le pilote "Nous avons du retard, car à Pise des enfants handicapés, les pauvres, ont pris du temps à débarquer", remarque que la totalité de l'avion a trouvé déplacé. Le clou du spectacle, encore plus de retard, cette fois ci à cause de la météo, n'étant pas la faute de la compagnie, mais cette dernière ne présentant que des excuses sonnant bien fausses. Résultat des courses: arrivées à l'aéroport à 23:20 au lieu de 22:15, un supplément bagage injustifié pour mon amie, des commentaires désobligeants et déplacés, du grand art!

I don't think I'll use Kayak again if they are not clear regarding paying for bags ahead and saving. It may have been my oversight but I'm both poorer and wiser. Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."

Plussat: "You know i have never had a bad experience on any airline until till today at 2:15pm on September 29, 2017 while boarding the plane for flight number 4244 on easyjet airlines when i was told that i had to take my backpack that served as my purse for my last two weeks of travel and put eveything in my backpack, which included my wallet, passport, ipad, phone, meds, and ereader in my other regular size carry on. My son and i each had a carry on suitcase that met the requirment when I flew to Rome last friday on the exact same size plane. I was told I was NOT to have two types of carry on bags i was only ALOWED ONE and was NOT given the option of putting it under my seat. They were more than willing to charge me another 50 Euro to check my carry on bag. But first she asked to see my ticket to see if i was even allowed another checked bag. She DID NOT look at my ticket but immediately flipped my passport and saw that i was from the US AND TOLD ME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY ONE CARRY ON BAG! Yet this awesomely nice Canadian couple (they spoke to me after the flight landed in Paris and were shocked i was made to do this given what they carried on the plane) who had checked and paid for 3 bags and then turned around and carried on a cloth canvas bag for him, a black purse for her, a shopping bag bigger than her purse with items in it and two backpacks. What happened to being able to carry on a carry on suitcase and a purse for women or a lap top size bag, which in some cases is larger than my backpack?I have never hated anyone in my life but I am really tired of the world judging ALL AMERICANS under the same umbrella. I spent my hard earned money in Italy and to be treated with such disrespect on the way out of the country completley floored me! I will not ever fly back into Rome, Italy on any airline! These people are rude and do not care who they offend but Americans are supposed to kiss eveybody's butts! Sorry but I am mad and have written to the airline and i am sure nothing will happen."
Miinukset: "Also, there is a reason for the space under the seat in front of you. The crew seemed completely untrained to deal with a problem of no place to put bags. There were many samll backpacks and purses in overhead bins that should have been on the floor in front of the petson carrying them. My bag or nobody else's bag should have to ne put at the back of the plane while my seat is damn near at the front if the plane. They were not afraid to offend me but people from countries other than the US they wouldn't even make them put the bag under the seat in front of them."

We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

We had to take on the expense of a hotel for the second night then because we could find another flight out, all of our luggage was paid for and lost all that money also. Very disappointed with easy jet and how they handled it, they pretty much told us they didn't care about our connecting flight because they were not the carrier. Never will use again."
