Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"

Plussat: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Miinukset: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Plussat: "There was absolutely nothing I liked."
Miinukset: "We didn't have a flight. Our flight was canceled at the airport. We were told 10-15 minutes after our boarding time that there would be a delay, but we should check back in 45 minutes. So, we never made it to Stockholm to take that flight back home."

Plussat: "I am vegetarian with no egg fish or meat. I didn't get any choices"

Plussat: "The crew was fine. Got there on time."
Miinukset: "We arrived early to airport and we could not check in till 1hr before flight with the rest of the 200plus passengers. So waited in line with heavy bags just unnesccessary! Then get thru security and nowhere to sit for flight. But have shopping!!! Omg who needs to shop we want to sit and get food!!!! Not stand and fight to get food because your airline gives no snacks or drinks!! It's like entering prison for 2hrs"

Plussat: "We were eventually rebooked in the class we paid for."
Miinukset: "Our flight was cancelled with no notice. We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."

Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Miinukset: "The crew was completely rude. They banged my knee with the food cart and didn't even apologize. The seats are so tight and the people in front of me had their seat in the reclining position the entire flight."

Miinukset: "Loud engine sounds. I wore ear plugs but they were not enough. Must invest in noise cancelling headphones if I fly with SAS again, apparently."

Miinukset: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"

Miinukset: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."

Miinukset: "They charged me 60 pounds to check my bag after I checked my bag in online. When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."

Miinukset: "I did not like having to pay Euro 70 for my luggage at the AP. I do not recall ever having got the option to pay for my suitcase online when I booked my ticket. You guys need to make this more clear."

Plussat: "So far best flight I've ever experienced ! I was traveling to Europe and both ways I was pleasantly surprised, planes were on time , super nice crew and great food , Way to go SAS !!!"

Plussat: "It was a shorter ride with few frills but we arrived safely. The two young employees who rendered wheelchair assistance were very gracious and attentive to every detail."

Plussat: "The automated kiosks made it ridiculously easy. Flying out of LAX can be a pain, but that went by so smoothly. I'm cheap and have become accustomed to Spirit airlines. So when I received free (decent) meals a complimentary bottle of water and a plethora of inflight entertainment."

Plussat: "From finding affordable tickets to the moment we left the flight we had a wonderful experience again on SAS. Boarding was simple, we left on time, the flight was smooth and enjoyable, crew and food wonderful. It was a super experience so thank you SAS!"

Plussat: "Wonderful service! Flight attendants kind and thoughtful. Once in terminal 5 (from terminal 1) a Sas gate agent escorted us to flight since our previous United flight was so late"

Miinukset: "I arrived in Copenhagen with no ticket. I was unable to print my connecting ticket in Gdansk and the woman at the SAS counter in Gdasnk could not help me either. When I landed in Copenhagen, I had several hours before the next flight. I went through immigration and went to the SAS counter where my gate was. Woman told me I could not print the ticket there until an hour before the flight, but if I wanted to go back through immigration, I could get it printed there. I opted to just wait. One hour before the flight there was a huge line of people like me who had not tickets. I stood for about 30 minutes until I finally got it. Then flight was delayed an hour... Everyone was really nice and the flight was enjoyable, I just don't get what the heck is up with their ticketing system. Why can't I print a ticket at any SAS counter with printing capabilities? Why doesn't the phone app work? Why can I print connecting flights at kiosk?"

Miinukset: "Internet was down and no entertainment on a transcontinental flight. That’s absurd. Overhead luggage packing was not regulated so made intentionally difficult. Assignment of bags to be checked should be based on size not who is last. Grossly disappointed with service"

Miinukset: "3 of the crew Members were extremely rude... snarky remarks when asking very simple questions... We are supposed to have a good experience as a costumer. Not my fault the crew might be tired or having a bad day."

Miinukset: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

Miinukset: "I wish the flight crew could more strongly enforce the storage issue. When I have to check my bag, adding another 40 mins to my airport experience, because someone puts their purse in the overhead storage it peeves me a bit."

Miinukset: "We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat."

We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous"

I would like to tell you that food is always awful in TAP AIR PORTUGAL flying from Dakar/Lisboa/Dakar. No respect for the passengers."

Miinukset: "The planes need to upgrade the seats. When we were served food if the person push their seat back your food tray would flip like two did on our flight. Staff was jaded and sarcastic. I'm glad I had a discounted flight. I'd be angry if I paid full price. Poor staff, seat architecture, and poor food."

Plussat: "The one glass of white wine I was served was delicious. Crew was friendly. Food was surprisingly elaborate for a short flight."
Miinukset: "Boarding process a bit chaotic. The process started before they were ready to let us on the plane. My special meal was forgotten until after meal service. They skipped our row for beverage service and there was nothing served prior to the meal."

Miinukset: "The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes."

Miinukset: "We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal"

Miinukset: "I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem."

Miinukset: "I arrived 13 hours late, had two extra flights. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

Plussat: "Flight crew were nice plane arrived safely"
Miinukset: "They nickel and dime you. I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

Miinukset: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

Plussat: "The airplane crew was very professional. The entertainment was very good."

Miinukset: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."

Miinukset: "When the flight was delayed the people at the desk did not make an announcement about the delay, what was causing it and what we could expect. People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Miinukset: "They charge $100 to check a bag. Never again."

Miinukset: "The space/seat size was very limited"

Plussat: "First class accommodation was great! We had about a 3-hour flight and would have appreciated a blanket, pillow and a headset."
Miinukset: "I didn't like that first class was checked in first at the counter. But everyone rode on the same bus and disembarked at the same time so first class didn't really board the plane first. Some of the TAP counter employees were very unhelpful & actually dismissive. We had gate 19 and there was no sign of activity when it was time to board. When asked some counter employees, they couldn't care less. You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."

Miinukset: "The flight to NY was so cold that I had to wear my winter coat and hat the entire time and I was still cold."

Plussat: "the flight was fine."
Miinukset: "The 70 euro luggage fee was a bit excessive. The delay and subsequent missing of my connecting flight that resulted in a 11 hour layover and a 10 euro voucher was pretty lame. TAP Portugal customer service leaves a bit to be desired"

Miinukset: "Selected to check my hand luggage due to full flight . No reason at all for this at all."

Plussat: "There was great entertainment on the first flight"

Plussat: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Miinukset: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"

Plussat: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Plussat: "Everything was mediocre,"
Miinukset: "Seats were too narrow,very little leg room,poor choices in entertainment"

Plussat: "Comfortable seats, no extra charge for blanket and pillow, gluten-free meal was quite good, provided water throughout the long flight, in-flight entertainment offered fairly recent movies, cabin crew were respectful."

Plussat: "Once you get to the airline all is good"
Miinukset: "TAP changed the flight and only allowed 1 and one-half hours to transfer. You need to go through Portugal custums and the line is long."

Plussat: "Plane was on time, snacks provided"
Miinukset: "No reclining seats, no pillows, no entertainment. Very uncomfortable for three hours. Also, made me check my carry on without even weighing or measuring."

Plussat: "The crew."

Plussat: "decent selection of movies and the tablet was nice to watch them on"
Miinukset: "Despite booking a vegetarian meal none was available."

Miinukset: "flight was delayed and sat on the run way for close to an hour."

Plussat: "Incredible experience!!! Best airline ever I have flown on!!"
Miinukset: "Only complaint was group lines should have been established before boarding began. Everyone was in a large group before they told us where to line up and then it was too late But once we were on the plane it was an amazing flight experience!!! The comfort was unparalleled to other airlines I have flown on. Thank you so much!!!"

Miinukset: "You can't watch a movie you want to. The channels are set, like tv, can't rewind or pause"

Plussat: "Flight was very good and comfortable."

Miinukset: "the airport in Lisbon is really disorganized with few people to check all the passports, so it took a long time to get to the connecting flight."

Plussat: "Love how tap took care of us when hurricane Mathew was passing. We were sent to a nice hotel in Fatima (city in Portugal). The company paid for our lunch dinner and breakfast. Unbelievable customer service."
