Turkish Airlines was ready with new boarding passes but we waited two hours at the hotel desk to get a bus to the hotel where we again had to wait till they gave each passenger a room. If they organized the boarding passes ahead of time, why not the hotel? So we were quite exhausted. The plane was again delayed leaving Istanbul. Movies on flight not what they used to be."

Miinukset: "1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

My previous operator sent my luggage to SAW as final destination, which means i have to cross passport control, collect my luggage and start the check-in process; given the time window between the flights, that was simply impossible. TURKISH AIRLINE's ground staff - transit team of SAW airport - Made it happen! I was requested just to wait, then they confirmed transferring the luggage and gave me respective tags! landed CDG - Paris to find my bag safe and sound :)"

Turkish airlines changes 6 hour transit time we purchased to more than 24 hours transit time and they refuse to help us when we try to change the flight to other day. Because of that we are forced to stay in terminal for morethan a day with out any hotel arrangment. I wouldn't recommend their service to any one. So sad"

Plussat: "Every thing. The overall service in economy is equal to business class on American carriers, with the obvious exception of the seat itself. A light breakfast meal on a 45 minute flight? Absolutely incredible. I've also experienced this with Lufthansa in the past, but they didn't have seat-back entertainment on short flights."

Miinukset: "Turkish Airlines was delayed over an hour. It seems like slight delays do happen with this airline; however, you do get what you pay for and I can't really complain much over a one hour delay given the ticket price."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

After arriving at AVP, I noticed that both my valeted carry-on and my checked-in suitcase were drenched. My bags were clearly mishandled, and all of my clothing and devices are now wet. Beyond disappointed."

Plussat: "The flight attendants were able to find a place for my carry-on luggage when the overhead bins were filling up. I got a seat with extra leg room by chance (without having to pay the extra fees)."
Miinukset: "There are no snacks served on the flight. The Philadelphia Airport was overcrowded. There was hardly any room to navigate and there was a long line at nearly every women's bathroom."

Miinukset: "All the choices to eat were laden with gluten, salt, and sugar. Surely a salad is no heavier than what they carry, but might not last as long. For those of us gluten-sensitive, watching our glucose levels, or salt intake there’s nothing. A 40 minute gate change from B29 to A11 in PHX was barely long enough to walk far less find and buy a healthy meal. Yet again I arose at 4am and had nothing to eat until after 4pm. ALL the airlines can do better."
Plussat: "Fast flight that included an afternoon snack, that was a nice surprise. Tight seats and no entertainment, which is to be expected for such as short flight. Got to our destination about 25 minutes early!"

Miinukset: "Wasn't a dislike, but would have liked to board a little earlier with kids of age 5, 7, and 9. However, all was fine and staff were pleasant."

Plussat: "They boarded quickly, left early, arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and efficient."
Plussat: "How fast they had us in the air (5 min early)."
Miinukset: "In their rush to leave, they didn't communicate with the on board crew about overhead bins and I was forced to check a priceless item that I purposely wanted with me in the cabin. The overheads were empty above my own seat. I wasn't allowed to go back and reclaim my bag because they had already taken it. And they were completely indifferent to my situation, which isn't surprising given they didn't understand the value of my item. Thus, I had a full blown panic attack for my entire 2 hour flight, my medicine being one of the items also in my now checked bag. It was too late, my bag was taken and thrown under the plane by the time it struck. And the flight attendants also had on perfume that brought on a tension headache due to my sensitivity to scents. Considering they work in a recycled air tube, this seems like a vast oversight on their part and should consider that not everyone can handle even the faintest of perfumes. It may not seem like a big deal to them, because mental illness is still seen as a made up thing, but it was enough of a trigger that I will not fly American Airlines again."

Miinukset: "Our flight attendant didn’t know what food we were getting. When someone asked in front of me, she said “I’m not sure it could be either turkey or ham”. If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

I wish American Airlines would charge $20 more per ticket and provide some reasonable food. Everything just screamed LOW QUALITY. Lucky I had brought a sandwich and some snacks with me on board. The food was so bad that I didn't even touch it. They should just eliminate the food completely and tell people to bring their own on board."

Miinukset: "It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Miinukset: "Delayed flight from Milan to Barcelona caused us to miss the connecting flight and we were stuck in Spain for the night. Will not get back to US for another 2 days."
Plussat: "The crew on board seemed efficient and friendl for this short 2.5 hour flight."
Miinukset: "No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine."
Miinukset: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"

Plussat: "Landed in foggy night. Crew fantastic. On time. Cabin clean"
Plussat: "This trip would have been another good experience for me flying with Iberia if it wasn't for the man that was sitting behind me. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."
Miinukset: "It was hard to find where to go in the Madrid airport.and arrived only just in time to the check in. I was singled out before getting on the plane to be frisked, etc. One said there was something written on my boarding passes that was an alert. I am a 64 year old woman traveling alone....no plans for anything bad to be sure!"

Plussat: "Check in personnel were able to place me in the 3rd row where the seat pitch was poor but not as bad as the rows farther back. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"
Plussat: "Crew was very nice and accommodating to the fact that I didn't speak too much Spanish"
Miinukset: "I wasn't sure my chicken was cooked. There was enough other good anyway, I wasn't hungry."

Miinukset: "I did not like the fact that we could not check-in online nor at the airport kiosk. There were no attendants to help and explain the issues ppl were facing."
Miinukset: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Miinukset: "check-in very poor. Priority check-in was slower than the others. The attendant was unhelpful and had inaccurate information"
Plussat: "Flight from tel aviv to Madrid was awful. Bathroom was dirty and no hand soap. Ordere d a special meal and never came. It was so cramped you couldn't move. I was betwee 2 tall men who placed there legs under my seat. No direction for connection flight."

Miinukset: "This time, we didn't start boarding until *after* the scheduled departure time."

Miinukset: "Not enough discipline in the boarding process. No enforcement of the carry-on luggage policy. People were bringing on 3-4 small bags and taking all of the overhead space."
Plussat: "Flight was on time. Pretty hassle free. Our flight wasn't completely full which helped. International flight so food was served as well as complimentary wine and beer. Would fly with them again."
Miinukset: "Despite the fact I had payed for my seats 7 months earlier and the calls I made to their call center to confirm them, they gave the seats to someone else and assigned me last row seats, next to the bathrooms and that did not recline. No compensation offered."

Miinukset: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Miinukset: "The prices of the food and drinks!! Ripped off!!"
Plussat: "The food was decent, and we arrived in Boston in time."
Miinukset: "The 8 hour flight had no entertainment. There were screens but the movie system was not working. Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. But the airline/staff just swept it under the rug. I will avoid Iberia flights from now on."
Miinukset: "They kept delaying the flight and then cancelled. I had to take uber to Penn Station and then AmTrack to Union Station. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."
