Forced me to check my bag and the lost it. Uncomfortable seats No charging capability in under-seat outlet USB charge was incredibly slow Video entertainment was slow and unresponsive Drinks were tiny half-filled glasses, even coke.
My luggage is lost delayed. Flight was lost/delayed
The in flight display for entertainment was very bad. There was something wrong with the touch screen. Another passenger in the same row had a similar experience. The continuation of technical problems were quite disappointing. I paid extra money to choose to fly with this carrier and it was definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest to roll the dice with a different company.

On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

No babes the entire time I was in Germany. Arrived in Mumbai after paying the $350 US change fee and no bags. Bags finally arrived on Monday at 9AM Without clothes, toiletries and medications for 6 nights. Now I am delayed and will probably have to pay rebuke and fare change to extend my stay here."

I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour."

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Boarding was two-step, checkin then wait then enter the aircraft. Aircraft was very old, seats worn and even ripped. No entertainment. Feed was very basic - a warm sandwich in a plastic wrap… crew was ok, a bit cold and stern but otherwise polite

Miinukset: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."
Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Miinukset: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Miinukset: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Miinukset: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Miinukset: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."
Plussat: "Air France is the worst company I have ever flown with. They changed our seats last minute. They where late both flights. Not worth the stress if your layovers are short. Also they took my passport with no explanation of why into another room with out my permission."

Sitting in row 9 I did not get my first choice for dinner menu , disappointing.
I am not an airline worker, so I can not judge or give opinions on the job. I do think the overall company needs an overhaul to get their stuff together. It seems like everything is very jumbled, unorganized and unhappy, compared to other airlines. I have flown w/ American 3-5 times over the last 3 months. Every single time, there was something going on. My husband and I are flying American to London, in October, to visit our son. We told him to anticipate delays and cancelation.
Boarding g groups seem useless.
The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. It was extremely frustrating.
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

We had upgraded for better seats but it turns out the seating wasn't better at all. The flight home in seats much further back were MUCH more comfortable. I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not."

Miinukset: "I paid extra charge for Seat 29C. It was not provided though requested several times. After a hot argument this was provided. Crew were not co-operative. Flight was delayed by three hours. Connecting flights missed. I reached my final destination by a delay of 24 hrs. Luggage came after 3 days. No wheel chair provided at LHR. I have been suffering from Back pain since several years, underwent surgery. I had to walk a larger distance at LHR to hotel and back to to catch flight. Very horrible journey I had ever experienced."
Plussat: "The crew and the plan and the service were all top notch. However, their new policy as of 1/1/2018 in which they even charge for coffee and water seems very misplaced and excessive."

Miinukset: "The flight home to DC was fine. The flight going to London from DCA was horrible.The deserts on the kids meals had mold on them. My daughter was vomiting as a result of the food. It ate into our trip which was hard for us as we were visiting my grandmother who is not well. We contacted the airline about it and their proposed compensation was not what we were expecting. Honestly we plan to make an annual trip but based on our experiences with this trip maybe we'll choose a different airline."
Plussat: "They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front."
Miinukset: "Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them."

Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "For the back of the bus, the seat was still pretty comfortable and I did manage to sleep. Boarding was easy, The entertainment seemed great, thought I fell asleep"
Miinukset: "I didnt' manage to get a good seat. I sat in the middle row, last row of the plane. : ) Also, i must have fallen asleep, but I was never offered even a cup of water."

Miinukset: "We did on line check in, printed the tiket, and they decided to reprint it, and it never work, every time that we used this re-printed ticket doesn't work, we needed to call many time the staff, and in the baggage drop off constantly said that our baggage hast over weigth without weigth it, the scale said another thing, I have the impresion that they were pushing for extra-weigth pay."
Plussat: "The flight was short and we hit a day when there was free checked luggage, if it fit in the metal box."
Miinukset: "The French Air Force, or whatever, kept us grounded for 40 minutes because they were practicing their air show for Bastille Day. Really. They were just practicing and air travel came to a standstill."
Plussat: "The flight crew worked really hard on this flight and it seemed like they had very few breaks or down time. The entertainment was great, it made my flight seem shorter than it really was."
Miinukset: "1. Allowed us to book connection but time is limited. You need 5 hours layover to get to gates in London, every gates seem to be requiring to ride a bus. 2. We missed our connection and booked us to the next flight, waited 5 hours. 3. We were assigned to row 54, headache the whole trip, almost throw up at the end. 4. my daughter almost didn't eat because apparently only have chicken curry. My daughter is vegetarian."
Miinukset: "Very cramped seats; terrible food; was put on Air Lingus instead of BA; missed our connection and Air Lingus was very difficult to work with"
Plussat: "It was quick."
Miinukset: "The EMB140/145 is just a bit too confining for me... I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia."

Plussat: "That you could watch movies and shows from the headrest, very helpful to pass the time. They fed us a lot (very salty) and were very nice."
Miinukset: "I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most."
