Miinukset: "The flight with United Airlines was horrible. The seats were small... leg room not the best. The flight attendants were terrible. I called 3 times to get headphones and they never came to give me any. The food was dry and we were only fed twice. I’m vegan/vegetarian so there wasn’t any options."
Miinukset: "the seats are not reclined, not comfortable at all"
Plussat: "Excellent crew!"
Miinukset: "It could have been quieter."
Plussat: "I was surprise that even it was a short 2/3 hour ride there was still food being served. A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Miinukset: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"
Plussat: "No issues, waiting area clean and comfortable. Crew efficientand pleasant."
Miinukset: "Not a thing."
Plussat: "Crews were great. They worked fast and helpful."
Plussat: "Crew was good. The food was good quality."
Miinukset: "Boarding took along time and then the plane was delayed, not their fault but it made the trip less enjoyable. Manila is a poor hub."

Miinukset: "Seats were designed for Japanese folks. Nothing like being stuffed into a center seat with narrow seats."

Miinukset: "Too many announcements the whole flight Wake you up 2 hours before landing by turning on lights, activity (too much time, need more sleep)"
Plussat: "Service, staff, and food were all above-average as compared to other companies with whom I've flown"
Miinukset: "Spacing was a little bit cramped, and side-to-side leg-room was so cramped that my neighbor fell asleep, spread his legs and suddenly had no where to escape. Made sleeping difficult/impossible."

Miinukset: "seat cushion was a bit on the dead side I found myself trying to figure how to fit as many folks in the same space more comfortably. Maybe swapping every other seat to face backward so we have more arm / shoulder room? Idk"
Plussat: "I loved that the interior was completely darkened for about seven of the 12 hours of flight time."
Miinukset: "I just couldn't get comfortable in economy class. Traveling in business or first class was visibly MUCH more comfortable, so be aware that it may be difficult to get to sleep."
Plussat: "It was a fast flight, the crew was very accommodating and it was very comfortable."
Plussat: "The crew is attentive and kind, the promptness is the airline, they aren’t afraid to serve you top notch food and dessert"
Miinukset: "The only thing that soured my trip was on the way back, it was a passenger who was just way overboard disgusting. First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. Reaches down into his nethers and takes a good whiff of his hand. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"
Plussat: "Overall experience was excellent. Seating as spacious in economy as I have had in some airlines' premium economy. Food was fresh and quite tasty although nothing to rave about. The staff are always a delight on ANA."
Miinukset: "The Hollywood entertainment options were limited and not very interesting."
Plussat: "Attentive and polite staff. Comfortable planes. On time flights."
Miinukset: "I accidentally left an external battery in my check in bag and they stopped me to open my bag and remove it as I was boarding. This is obviously my fault but I wish they had called me up earlier to not disrupt the other passagers and slow the boarding process."

Plussat: "The ANA crew were very sweet and accommodating"
Miinukset: "Very unhappy over the first leg. Nothing indicated it was a United Airline flight to be boarded at United Airline terminal in LAX. Seat selected at time of booking was not honored since selection has to be done on United Air's web site. Did not get the meal I ordered for the same reason. Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."
Plussat: "The service, the professionalism, and the wonderful Dreamliner Boeing 787 aircraft"
Miinukset: "Missed my flight over a misscommunication on getting to the airport. Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"
Miinukset: "Flight was moved to6 am, 4 hours earlier than scheduled. Found out less than 24 hours before flight. ANA refused to rebook on an available flight leaving at the original time. Disappointed (and tired)."
Miinukset: "Seats seem extra small, narrow and short. As a window seat there was very little room between the seat and the wall. Food and entertainment average to below average (compared with Qantas, Singapore Airlines)"
Miinukset: "Well, I have the fear of buying ANA air tickets because the previous one, it was United instead. Horrible horrible horrible"
Miinukset: "We didn't hear the announcement that the gate for our flight had changed. I just happened to look at the flight info and noticed our flight was not listed. I went to the desk then I was informed of the change. Poor service."
Plussat: "Aircraft was new and spacious"
Miinukset: "Crew forgot to ask us for drinks upon serving us meals. I also had to repeat my order 3 times."

Miinukset: "Today's flight was delayed and set back arrival by twenty minutes."

Miinukset: "Inflight entertainment was extremely limited. For a nine hour flight there was limited movies in English. Especially as we had seen most of the movies on the previous flight."

Plussat: "I liked the plane! Beautiful and new, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a pleasure to ride in. Staff was as pleasant and helpful as they always are on ANA and despite the long delay due to an engine repair, the ANA staff conducted themselves incredibly professionally."
Miinukset: "It wasn't such a bad experience for me but the plane did have a mechanical failure and the part was not in stock in Cambodia so had to be flown in. That resulted in a 24 hour delay. The ANA staff were excellent and did take care of us well."
Plussat: "Service was friendly and enjoyed the USB charger."
Miinukset: "Seats are just not designed for humans! Ergonomically there could be improvements. I also feel seats are too low."

Miinukset: "If I was going to pick on something, it would be the English announcements which were somewhat difficult to understand."

Plussat: "Great airline. If I give United 1 *, then ANA gets 4* in my book. The staff and flight attendants are very attentive to your needs, polite, always pleasant. I've been using ANA for my frequent trips between Japan and the states, they are consistent. The in flight food is good. You will get complimentary wine, Haagen Dazs ice cream dessert. Cathay Pacific also serve HD ice cream, but half the size on lunch meal. ANA serve on both meals."
Miinukset: "i could give ANA a 5*, but I think their web site needs work ! their web navigation is kinda confused, a little bit less intuitive. If you are in the US you need to log on to the ANA US site, the JP site is in Japanese and it will not redirect you to US. On line check in can get confused as a lot of time it would not recognize the booking number, you have to use a long 10 digit e-ticket number. My fight from Tokyo to HKG would let me check in and get seat assignment until 24 hours before the scheduled flight. The seat map shows all seat ps were taken without telling what is going on."
