The boarding staff were professional. I could not board because I was not aware or informed of Covid restrictions in Japan (passing through) . Fortunately the counter staff declined my boarding so I was not stuck in ORD or rejected in Japan. I will gain the required testing and reschedule the trip next week.

There is no food served, even snack or water they did not offer...but everything is good & ok
Everything is superb in these flight and the only thing I would like to suggest is … it is too expensive to fly. Please find a way to make them affordable.

The area where I sat was spacious. Our arrival was on time.
I was connecting from Atlanta to Chicago to get on this flight. Unlike other airports I've been to, I didn't need to go through security check point which was very convenient and very efficient. I'll use Chicago O'Hara to connect from now on.
Again, lots of space, bug seats, plenty of legroom -served me dinner after I slept through the meal service.

Miinukset: "The plane was delayed from Tokyo to Los Angeles due to a pilot staffing issue. The plane stopped in Honolulu at 6:00AM in the morning and no staff was able to assist so they made everyone go through the run-around to have the luggage scanned for agriculture. Then they stated that even though we had pre-check, we did not qualify and the boarding pass was not issued with Honolulu to LAX. Over 5 hours delay and did not know that we could have stayed in Hawaii free room and meals. Terrible and one of the worst vacations ever for returning to the US. The food was not great."

Miinukset: "I'm an entertainer, very well respected in Hawaii, Japan and the world. and has always traveled JAL. I travel with my guitar and has never had a problem carrying it on board. The staff will usually come a get it and put it in the closet if it didn't fit in the overhead. But I guess recently rules change, and was told I would have to check it in because the closet space is used only for staff and business people. Was told that the 737 was to small for my guitar won't fit overhead. I have taken 737's all my life with Aloha Airlines and told them that my guitar would fit. That gentleman was a JERK! and was'nt very helpful, and told me I couldn't take it on board and I would have to take it to the package store and have them box it up. That spoiled my whole vacation."

Miinukset: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

For international flights: Not ANA's responsibility, of course: the level of Hollywood movie artistry these days is so poor. Perhaps ANA could consider selecting more movie classics and proven gems in their flight selection. More classicTV shows could help, also."
