Miinukset: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"
Miinukset: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Miinukset: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"
Miinukset: "I didn't get to board, ended up spending $2,400.00 over and above the $980.00 that I spent booking the initial ticket. I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."
Miinukset: "Engine noise in the cabin is loud."
Plussat: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."
Plussat: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Miinukset: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
Plussat: "Good size plane. It didn’t end up being full so there was plenty of room to move around. Quick flight and easy."
Miinukset: "Nothing to complain about."
Miinukset: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."
Plussat: "Absolutely everything perfect."
Miinukset: "Through my own fault I ordered a different seat instead of window seat. :)"
Plussat: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Miinukset: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."
Plussat: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Miinukset: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."
Miinukset: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."

Miinukset: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Miinukset: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
Plussat: "On time...comfortable, clean, newish A321...good leg room...friendly crew...pain au chocolat for breakfast"

Plussat: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Miinukset: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Plussat: "The food was good"
Miinukset: "The seats were terrible, the entertainment units were poor and staff was very reluctant to give proper service."
Plussat: "Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired."
Plussat: "I like that they still feed you and provide alcohol for free, even on a 40 min flight (unlike BA)."
Miinukset: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Miinukset: "Entertainment and food/drinks"
Miinukset: "This is my first time that I travel to US form dec 18 and have to pay for luggage. I can understand if that’s a company policie, but maybe I can flight in another airline that’s doesn’t have any variable fees."
Miinukset: "The seats were tiny! I'm a big woman, but not a huge one and I struggled to get my belt on. Considering how nice their seats are, this is one of the smallest seats I've ever sat in!"
Miinukset: "We waited in the shuttle bus for one hour while they determined the plane needed maintenance and found another plane to warm up"
Miinukset: "Boarding slow"

Plussat: "I've been flying Spirit lately to save money, so know that this is my comparison. American Airlines staff were friendly and helpful, the website was easy to use for things such as changing seats and adding bags, and I really appreciate the updates from AA via email and text. I appreciate the snack."

Miinukset: "Boarding at gate a47 T2A at CDG was chaotic"
Plussat: "Boarding was quick and easy"
Miinukset: "The plane could have been cleaner"
Plussat: "Plane was late missed all connecting flights"
Miinukset: "the flight was delayed 5 hours due to maintenance. The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

Plussat: "All crew very friendly & helpful. Went out of their way to help elderly gentleman traveling alone"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 3 times and I missed a connection in Dallas so I had to get a flight with Delta, but the staff was very helpful getting me that flight."
Plussat: "Our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. They accomodated us with free snacks and sandwiches. The flight crew were very professional and were nice to us, because a lot of us were worried about making our flight. They kept us updated with all the changes. They had good entertainment selections. The pilot got us to our destination about 5 minutes early."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed about 7 times, we changed gates twice, and the I got to my second layover with 20 minutes to spare instead of the usual 2 1/2 hours. When I tried asked the stewardess if I could deplane with business because I was running late for my connecting flight, she said they no longer do that because passengers don't listen to them. Instead of trying, she juat said no. I felt like an inconvience to her, like it was my fault I didn't have enough time between my flights."

Miinukset: "We spent 45 minutes on the ground in miami waiting for rake off in a hot airplane with no real air. Babies were crying because of the heat and everyone was sweating and complaining."
Plussat: "Flight was supposed to leave 5:45 PM , they let us board the plane right on time, then we stayed waiting on board for half an hour, there was zero communication from staff or the captain, then suddenly they asked us to leave for no reason whatsoever, we waited and waited, they decided to move us to Gate 1 instead and had us wait for four hours, they served us little food, and told us wait for AA to provide a new plane. we were delayed for four hours, flight left 10PM. very very dissatisfied, never ride with AA or Iberia"
Miinukset: "I need a refund for this flight. it was a horror, 4 hours of delay with zero communication."
Plussat: "Wheelchair was ready in La Guardia airport, but transfer from gate C to gate B had impossible stairs or shuttle outside. This option required another security check which was terrible. TSA personnel was rude and incompetent. In the end there was no need for such scrutiny and we were released, but the emotional impact lasted for hours."
Plussat: "quick easy flight"
Miinukset: "the remodel at LAX is a mess but the shuttles are nice, just be prepared if you have to shuttle to another terminal. Also check food, I went from gate 50A and had to shuttle to 52A and that area only has one area to get something to eat and its just sandwich, and not a lot of choices."
Plussat: "I had like they way that It was a 777 aircraft that I flew in the crew was extraordinary."

Miinukset: "This plane was uncomfortable and there were no outlets or entertainment - Very disappointing for a plane going that distance. At boarding, group of people are so dense it's impossible to get to line when boarding group called. They block the entrance for other customers. There has to be a more civilized way to board a plane."

Plussat: "777-300 - Good room in main cabin extra. Good entertainment choices. On time departure."

Plussat: "Flight boarded on time and landed 30 minutes early. Best part is the gate was open in Chicago so we truly arrived early. Flight crew was great too. Very helpful and courteous."
Miinukset: "No entertainment. No food. The flight was 2:25 minutes but American Airlines managed to make it take three and a half hours. The tone of staff was closer to prison guards than airline hostesses."
Plussat: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Miinukset: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"
Plussat: "The flight was right on time. Also, in first class it seemed to me we had more legroom than on similar Delta flights."

Miinukset: "Walking through TSA in San Diego there is an agent picking people out and telling them there bag is too big to be carried on ( the same carry on bag I've used for years ) and making people go pay to check them. However some people are being allowed to check their bag at the gate for free. No one at the airport working for them had any good customer service skills. Wont fly with them again"

Miinukset: "The plane has no space. No food. No entertainment It's let's crame as many people in the space. There Seats don't recline. And it's very uncomfortable. You Changed planes on us after we had assigned seats So we weren't in the seats we wanted. Poor customer Service on kayak part."
Plussat: "I don't know how airlines get away with all the stipulations and regualations they have in the buying process there is. Otho g I like about the scam artist they are"
Miinukset: "The fact they they can just make it a policy and then because the employees have to have a job and enforce it blows my mind. 200 dollar transfer fee plus the difference in the ticket when it's over two weeks in advance. You people are scam artist"

Miinukset: "I would never fly with them again, the staff were rude and you must pay for everything, at least let people us the WiFi"
Plussat: "I was so comfortable I slept - I never sleep while traveling"
