My driver at my destination therefore waited an additional hour for me and I was charged 90 additional euros. The flight said it was on time online and at the gate it also read “on time.”"

Her luggage was going straight to Bishkek from the US.Last year an old model of mob.phone has been stolen from her suitcase - this year (it is ridiculous guys) souvenirs for friends, 2 small boxes of chocolate candy bars & new underwear with tags. Turkish Airlines do smth. at least try to prevent thefts."

Miinukset: "Checking laptop in Istanbul was very inconvenient, and retrieving it in Atlanta took a lot of time as we had to wait at baggage for it to arrive. Not Turkish rule, but still a consideration for future flights."

Miinukset: "Display panel for one of our seats was broken and after asking to have it reset, staff was not attentive to make sure issue was resolved before moving on. If you're going to be on a flight that long...you want to have your entertainment, and don't want to keep bothering someone to have it work. Also seats were cramped compared to other airline planes and staff seemed to not have an issue that there were some other people on the plane drinking bottles, getting drunk and loud."

The plane also had Florescent lighting that changed colors every 20 seconds for the first 2 hours of the flight, my wife got nautious. At 11:30pm they served supper, which the food was good but this was supposed to be a red-eye so we were expecting some rest. The lights finally went out at 1200 midnight. They turned them back on at 6:00am for breakfast. I will never under any circumstance fly Turkish Airlines again."
Plussat: "I had a great flight from Istanbul to Berlin. I enjoyed the Turkish delight they passed out after reaching altitude. We were also provided an enjoyable chicken dinner. I liked the way the captain came over the audio system and gave us information about what part of Europe we were flying over, it was interesting for me. The take off and landings on both Turkish airlines flights that day were very smooth and on time."
Short but smooth flight. Crew was very friendly
They don’t offer much to eat for a 6:40 am flight. It was a drink and a cookie. They could’ve offered more to eat. I am comparing this to KLM who we flew into Florence with.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔
There could be some more leg space in the economy class.

The food smells good, usually, but it isn't that great. The chicken I had was fine, but the side dish (sweet potatoes) wasn't good. The salad had too much radicchio, the soft cheese was too rubbery to cut (spilled my water doing so), the cake wasn't up to German reputation. Also, one flight attendant, got her own suitcase down, at least 5 times, stretching directly above me, with her jacket in my face and never apologizing. My seat wouldn't recline, nor could other peoples. This is why I paid to choose my seat, so I could sleep, more easily but I sat upright the whole time."

Miinukset: "This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Miinukset: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Plussat: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Miinukset: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."
Miinukset: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"

Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Miinukset: "the delay of the flight, the drinks we had to pay in the lounge, some poeple got a 25$ compensation coupon and we didn’t. The connecting time was about 1 hour and the luggage was not put on the plane to beirut"

Miinukset: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."
Plussat: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."
Plussat: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Miinukset: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."
Plussat: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Miinukset: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."

Miinukset: "The plane was so old, it's like they bought it at a junk yard. The seats were falling apart and were very uncomfortable. Entertainment system is the same age as a VCR. Food was so bad I actually threw up (first time for me ever; I can eat pretty much anything and no problems). Given other compatibility priced options, I won't fly AirFrance again."

6 hour delay with bad communication as to why

The power outlets did not work at all, the wifi was spotty, there are no TVs, and the seats are way too narrow. As a positive, we did get in pretty much on-time.
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
Boarding and flight was smooth. Arrived 35 minutes early. Crew pleasant.

Plussat: "American Airlines seemed to have upgraded their airplanes. The seats, which were abominable in the past, were comfortable. They also had in cabin movies. I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline."

Miinukset: "If I am in business class and platinum status, why can't I use the lounge - which is only available to Platinum status going to LA or SF, Latin America but not to Cancun. American Airlines needs to change this policy."
